본 연구에서는 국내 정보통신 기술기준과 표준의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 국내의 경우 기술기준과 표준이 별개로 운영됨에 따라 규제 완화를 효과적으로 수행하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 상호보완적인 역할을 하지 못하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 기술기준 규제위주로의 체제를 전환하는 방법과 상호연계를 위한 법령 개편을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보통신 국가표준 제 개정 시스템 정비, 중점 국가표준 추진방안, 표준화 법령 정비 방안 및 정보통신기술기준과 국가표준의 상호연계 방안 마련에 활용될 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, We examine the point at issue of domestic telecommunications and standards. In Korea, since we can't lighten effectively the regulatory due to operate separately both of Regulations and Standards, we should convert regulation regulatory into standard regulatory through the correlation between Regulations and Standards. In the view of expected effect, practical use for consolidating the establishment and amendment of the national telecommunications standards, and making the consolidation plan of standardization Acts and practical use for making the correlation plan between the telecommunication regulations and standards.
고정 M/W 서비스에 미치는 WLL 시스템의 간섭 영향 분석

This papar analyzes the effects of interference from WLL system has been introduced as a new service into the fixed-service M/W system. To achieve this goal, the interference powers of WLL forward link and reverse link, respectively, effects on a M/W station has been examined and estimated. As the results the interference power from the forward link of WLL system increases proportional only to the base's transmitting power, but the interference power from the reverse link increases proportional to the subscriber's transmitting power and as the cell radius decreases. Although this paper analyzes only the effects of interference from WLL system into M/W system, it can be easily extended to analyze the effects of interference form M/W system into WLL system.
지상고정 통신망에 미치는 이동체 위성통신 시스템의 전파간섭

In this paper, we have examined the frequercies allocated in Non-GSO/MSS system, the PFD level, the e.i. r.p. limitation and the coordinated area to analyze the interference from Non-GSO/MSS system into the fixed terrestrial network. In particular, we have been estimated the interference power from the PFD level of MSS satellites into the fixed communication network by computer simulation using the parameters of MSS satellite. As the results, it is known that interference levels received by M/W sations from Non-GSO/MSS satellite don't exceed above threshold level at all, enven if changing parameters related with M/W stations.
M/W국과 WLL 시스템간의 주파수 공유를 위한 간섭 영향 분석

In this paper, we have carried omit the Capacity of WLL subscribers and the coordinate contour between M/W and WLL systems by drawing the interference power from theoretical interference analysis model in order to analyze the possibility of frequency sharing between two systems. As the results, it is known that the interference effects of WLL base station into M/W station increases with only the transmission power of WLL base station, but that of WLL subscribers increases with the transmission power and the cell radius. So to heighten the capacity of WLL subscribers, it is very important to design suitable transmission power and cell radius. And the interference effects of M/W station into WLL system depends on the number of hops, the distance between hops, and the boresight angle of M/W station. Therefore, for frequency sharing it must be needed to select a suitable capacity of WLL subscribes, control the boresight angle of M/W station and adjust the coordinate contour between M/W and WLL systems.
