        고등학생의 자기관리와 리더십 계발을 위한 기독교코칭 프로그램

        The purpose of this study is to develop a Christian Coaching Program for self–management and leadership development, and to examine the effect based on Gary Collins Christian Coaching model. The results of this study are as follows:First, the self–management score of the group in the experiment is higher than that of the control group, t–test results and self–management score t=7.66, p=.000, p<.001 showed significant differences in the level. Second, the leadership skills score of the group in the experiment is higher than that of the control group, t–test results and leadership skills score t=5.81, p=.000, p<.001 showed significant differences in the level. This Christian Coaching Program helps high school students to develop leadership that can manage themselves by obtaining self–management skills. It also helps them educate themselves so that they can enjoy healthy and happy life both at home and in their community. They can also contribute to improving other students` lives by taking the program. The contribution of the said program is deemed to improve self–management and leadership development of high school students on the basis of the results of the research.

        Fetal Growth Rate and Determination of Weaning Time for Adoption of Kittens in Free-Roaming Cats

        The aims of the present study were to determine the weaning time for adoption of kittens, and to evaluatethe fetal growth rate during pregnant in free-roaming cats. This study was conducted on three pregnant free-roamingcats (one feral cat and two stray cats). Radiography and ultrasonography were performed on the feral cat and on oneof the stray cats. In the feral cat, fetal head diameter was measured once during pregnancy to determine the cesareansection (C-sec) time. In the stray cat, serial fetal head diameter was measured from capture to parturition. The bodyweight of the feral cat’s kittens was measured from 4 weeks postpartum because of their wildness. That of the straycats’ kittens was measured immediately after birth. In the feral cat, scheduled C-sec was performed at predictedparturition day by measurement of head diameter, and six healthy kittens were delivered. The stray cats had five andsix kittens by natural delivery, respectively. In the body weight gain of feral and stray cat’s kittens, two female kittensof the feral cat lost weight rapidly after they were separated from their mother, so they were returned to their motherfor 1 more week. After that, the female kittens grew up without difficulty. Body weight gain of the ten kittens bornto the two stray cats consistently increased, by approximately 14 g every day, until they were adopted. The body weightof kittens born by natural delivery was on average 77.5 g greater than that of kittens born by C-sec. However, thegap decreased with time. During the stray cat’s pregnancy, fetal head diameter increased by 0.042 cm every day. Maximum head size before parturition was 2.43 cm. These results indicate that the weaning time for adoption of kittenswas 5-week-old postpartum.

        체육 교사의 직무 중요도 및 수행도 인식 분석

        Recently, there is being increased the educational burdens of Korean physical education teachers due to the implementation of school physical education promotion law and the national-societal needs toward school physical education. However, little academic attention is given on the educational burdens of physical education teachers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze physical education teachers' perception toward their occupational importance and performance, in order to reduce their educational burdens by providing occupational evidences with a rationale and balance. Total 340 secondary physical education teachers working in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggin-do are selected using a convenience sampling method. Throughout the survey, data are collected and analyzed using PASW Ver 25.0, and then IPA (importance performance analysis). As a result, there is a difference on perception of occupational importance and performance in 4 domains(regular curriculum, extracurricular activity, school physical education administration, and general educational administration) and 59 sub-domains. In almost sub-domains except for several sub-domains, it is found that the mean of occupational importance is higher than the one of occupational performance. After investigating the disperse difference of occupational importance and performance using the IPA analysis, it is indicated that all sub-domains are distributed in all four dimensions. Especially, all sub-domains are categorized as one of four different types such as 'high importance and performance', 'high importance and low performance', 'low importance and high performance' and 'low importance and performance' in four dimensions. In the future, it would be implemented the evidence for rational decision making in the process of job description and distribution for physical education teachers in all secondary schools and/or metropolitan and provincial educational office. 최근 학교체육진흥법의 시행과 국가사회적 요구에 따른 학교체육의 역할이 증대되면서 자연스럽게 체육 교사의 직무 부담은 크게 증가되고 있다. 그러나 학계에서는 체육 교사에게 주어지는 직무 부담에 관한 학술적담론은 매우 미약한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적이고 균형 있는 직무 수행 근거를 마련하여 우리나라 체육 교사들의 교육적 부담감을 감소시키기 위해 체육 교사가 갖고 있는 직무 중요도와 수행도에 관한 인식을종합적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 활용하여 서울특별시와 경인 지역에서 근무하고 있는 총 340명의 체육 교사를 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 선정된 체육 교사를대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 PASW Ver 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 대응표본 t검정, IPA(importance performance analysis)로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 체육 교사가 수행하고 있는 교과지도, 교과지도 외 체육활동, 학교체육행정, 일반교무 4개 영역 59개 세부 항목에서 직무 중요도와 수행도에 관한 인식 차이가 나타났다. 소수의 영역을 제외하고 거의 모든 영역에서 체육 교사의 직무중요도 평균이 직무 수행도 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 체육 교사의 직무 중요도와 수행도 차이의 분포를파악하기 위해 IPA분석을 실시한 결과, 4사분면 모든 영역에서 해당 직무 항목이 분포되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 직무 항목은 4가지 유형의 분포(체육 교사의 중요도와 수행도가 모두 높게 나타난 직무 영역, 중요도는 높지만 수행도가 낮은 직무 영역, 중요도는 낮지만 수행도가 높은 직무 영역, 그리고 중요도와 수행도가모두 낮게 나타난 직무 영역)로 나타나고 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 단위 학교, 시도 교육청 등에서 체육 교사의업무를 분장하고 배분하는 과정에서 합리적인 의사결정의 근거 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

      • 영도지역 청소년의 자아개념과 가치관 실태에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the actual condition of the self-concept and value of adolescents in Youngdo-Gu, Busan. The results would be useful as fundamental data of education and counseling for them in order to help establishing the self-concept and value which are on the bases of human knowledge, emotion and human relationship. The data of this study were obtained 372 students(male:208, female:164) of middle and high schools in Youngdo-Gu. The statistical methods used in this study were frequencies, percentages, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis. Also, the statistical program used for the data was SPSS Win 8.0. The major findings of this study are as follows : 1.In the study on self-concept of adolescents, significant differences appeared in self-identification, self-acception, and moral self-concept between sexes. However, they did not appered among grades and religions. 2.In the study on the value of adolescents between sexes, boys were more open and progressive than girls in intersexual view. Among grades, significant differences appeared in studies, materials, intersexual view and religions. 3.In the correlations between variations of self-concept and value, significant correlation appeared among each variations. Also, it appeared between variations of self-concept and value system. 4.On the bases of the results, education, counseling efforts and scientific researches were required as below; 1) The education and counseling of self-concept, self-identity, self-growth and value clarification were required to establish self-concept and value properly which are fundamental life basis of adolescence. 2) For the adolescents who decided their future and accomplish studies on the bases of self-concept and value, the education and counseling of career and decision making in life were especially required. 3) The education and counseling on intersexual relationship and sex problem were important for adolescents. Especially boys and high school students appeared to have more interests and problems on them than girls and middle school students. 4) According to the results of this study, the value on school mate and family variations were the highest. Adolescents are required quidance to cope with the conflicts and problems on human relationship because human much interest and expectation on human relationship. By researching the actual conditions of self-concept and value of adolescents in Youngdo-Gu, the needs and importances of education and counseling for adolescents were appeared. These results may become fundamental data to help adolescents. Further studies should be accomplished for education and counseling for adolescents.
