        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Competitive State Anxiety upon the archery performance scores. The subjects of study were 32 high school women archery tournaments that was held in 1999. They responded to the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2(Martens et al., 1990). The testing occasions occurred 30 minutes prior to competition. The correlations were investigate between cognitive anxiety level, physical anxiety level, and self-confidence and archery performance scores. The effect of Competitive State Anxiety upon the archery performance scores were compared between sub-constructs and between the levels of the groups, The obtained results were as follow; 1. The statistically significant difference among cognitive anxiety variables existed between games in girl's high archery players. 2. the statistically significant difference among somatic maiety variables existed between games in girl's high school archery players. 3. The statistically significant difference among sport confidence variables did net existed between games in girl's high school archery players. 4. There was a high correlation between competitive state anxiety and archery performance scores in girl's high school archery players.

        This thesis is to be helpful in promoting competitive power in two-line parellel bar competition of women's gymnastics through showing the right way of efficiently training players. For this purpose, the refrees' grade list and video-recorded tapes of women's high school players in the 82nd National 체육대회 were used in analysing difficulty, composition, performance, bonus points, penalty count factors and their details. 1. There were, in difficulty-level, A-grade 4.13, B-grade 4.0, C-grade 2.13, D-grade 3.0 and E-grade 0.25. 2. In performance perfection rate, Ms. Oh from Kyeonggi-do has 94.24%, Ms. Park from Seoul 81%, and Ms. Cheon from Jeonbuk 80.5%, which is in accordance with the ranking order. This simply means that perfection rate and the grade, to a great extent, have something to do with each other. In other hand, despite Ms. Jeon from Chungbuk and Ms. Park from Gangwon-do have 9.6 and 9.5 each as the SV grade, they happened to be far away from Top 3 rank due to the failure in decent and landing. This proves an importance of the repetitive training, which results in the maturity in performance. 3. It also proves the necessity of over D-level performance in landing skill that only 2 players out of 8 satisfied the special landing requirments. 4. As shown in the example that Ms. Jeon from Chungbuk earned at most 7.80 with perfection rate of 64% in spite of plus points of 0.7, and Ms. Park 6.925 with perfection rate of 48.5% despite plus points of 0.5, the failure risk in high-level performances is so high that trainers should encourage their players to acquire the proper skills necessary for such high-levels. I understand I can hardly generalize these results, simply because I limited my research materials to the 82nd National sports Nevetheless, The research results above definitely show us that the players should have the environments in which they are able to feel psychologically stable. And the stability, I believe, comes from the accumulated experiences of participating in the game. Furthermore, the scientific program to improve players' skills should be urgently created and adopted to their training.

      • 창던지기 릴리즈 국면의 운동학적 분석

        This research is to analyze the kinetic change in the release range for the male javelin thrower. For this, 4 players were considered and after taking pictures of experimental situations the data were control point coordinated, human body articulation coordinated, 3 dimensional coordination calculated and smoothed by Kwon3D Motion Analysis Package Version 2.1 Program (Kwon, 1994). For the kinetic change factor, the time, distance, velocity and angle were considered and the followings were achieved. 1.Total time from the power leg landing to release was needed 0.32±0.02sec and there was no difference among players. Especially 0.14±0.01sec was consumed for the delivery motion. 2.For the change of body center, it has been lower at the support leg's lauding and higher at the release as a 90.2±1.06cm. This phenomenon was found especially for the good record player. Consequently, the height of upper limb articulation shows higher throwing height. 3.At the point of release, the velocity of body center showed 3.32±0.20m/s which was a little faster than the domestic research performed before. However, the velocity of each upper limb articulation and javelin showed a little slower than that. This was due to the difficulty of transfer of momentum effectively by the difficulty of position adjustment of body articulation. 4.At the point of release, the motion was released by the upper body of fore and after declining angle of 10.7±2.26deg and the rotation of shoulder was 87.2±5.22deg to the horizontal plane, which was differ among the players to a great extent. Further, the release was proceeded by the lower left shoulder as a 6.8±4.57deg. 5.At the landing range, the shoulder and elbow showed a big deviation. At the point of release, the shoulder and elbow showed 108.8±4.86deg and 134±5.21deg, which was differ 10deg compared to the other research. And this was showed not effective for the stretching motion. Especially, for the landing range, the angle of knee showed a big deviation among the players. At the point of release, it was 163.5±5.03deg, which was differ from the advanced research of 172~174deg. It shows that the momentum from the lower part of body was not transferred effectively.

        The nutrition can be defined as the intake of proper foods in order in order to develop one's physical and mantal completion as well as Player's physical fitness. The institute of sports science at Kong ju national teachers university takes this study aiming to prevent gymnasts from weakening of Physical fitness and facilitating of muscular development which result from the ingestion of innutritions foods. The result of this study are like following. 1. Men and women gymnasts of elementary school intake 2,3970 ㎉ and 2,1700 ㎉ respectively a day. 2. Men and women gymnasts of junior high school intake 2,3840 ㎉ and 2,1119 ㎉ respectively a day. 3. Men and women gymnasts of senior high school intake 2,2312 ㎉ and 1,8908 ㎉ respectively a day. 4. College students and general men gymnasts intake 2,6909 ㎉ and general women gymnasts intake 1,6836 ㎉ a day. 5. For total caloric intake a day on event elementary school players intake 2,1399 ㎉, junior high school players 2,2758 ㎉, senior high school players 1,9761 ㎉, college and general players 1,6691 ㎉. 6. For total caloric intake a day of men and women gymnasts on camp training elementary school players intake 2,4877 ㎉, junior high school players 2,3238 ㎉, senior high school players 2,0193 ㎉, and college and general players 2,4567 ㎉. 7. For men and women gymnasts usual total caloric intake a day, elementary school players intake 2,2278 ㎉, junior high school players 2,3778 ㎉, senior high school players 2,1876 ㎉ and College and general players 2,4355 ㎉.
