        연구논문 : 단체급식소의 고객 만족도에 관한 연구 -부산 경남 지역을 중심으로-

        This study was to find out the followings: 1) is general satisfaction of customers who have used institutional food service effected by environment satisfaction, service satisfaction, and food satisfaction of customers? 2) is each satisfaction differentiated by customers` demographic characteristics. The data was collected from 198 customers to use them. The results show 1) general satisfaction of customers was significantly influenced by environment satisfaction(p<.05), service satisfaction(p<.01), and food satisfaction(P<.001). 2) Demographically, environment, service, food, and general satisfaction were significantly differentiated by marriage status, age, and frequency of use. Service satisfaction and general satisfaction were significantly differentiated by gender. Therefore, gender, marriage status, age, and frequency of use of customers as well as environment, service, and food of institutional food service should be considered in order to satisfy customers to use institutional food service.
