At this manuscript, studying the background of legistration and the main contents of trade laws /regulations since the independent of Korea(1945), the writer classified the period into five items from the period of military administration to the present of foreign trade law in the process of the periodic change of the trade laws/regulations in Korea. The writer could find that the common which showed in the process of phase of law indicated that a restriction and a control was more relaxed. And the writer could find that there are still a lot of restrictive structure of laws/regulations. They are as follows ; - Trade license and registration system of trading company - Listed foreign trade items - The permission system of primate transaction - Foreign currency payment controls - Various restrictions of foreign trades - Export driving system Thus this kind of restricted system should be liberlized step by step to simplify the process of Import-Export and to adapt widly the principle of liberalization of trade. In the process of the application of the present law, there are themes for promoting the efficiency. First, to cope with the strength of private econmic. Second, to meet the change of internatinal trade situation. Third, to harmonize between the restriction of government and the freedom of enterprises. We may need to study in the near future to how it compare with the law system and to how it internationalize the direction between America, Japan, which they are advanced country, and Taiwan which is competing with Korea.
슬링을 이용한 옆교각운동 시 아래팔 지지면에 따른 중둔근 근활성도 비교

The purpose of this study was to determine a comparison of electromyographic activity (EMG) on the gluteus medius at the forearm supporting surface during the hip abduction in sidelying using a sling. A posture of sling exercise is that the subjects performed sidelying bridging of parallel position of the trunk and upper arm. Thirty-five university students, 20 female and 15 male, volunteered to participate in this study. Subjects were randomly assigned to the forearm supporting surface. The electromyographic activities forearm supporting surface was determined to be a stable surface, balance pad and air cushion. The electromyographic(EMG) activities were measured during side lying position with each forearm supporting surface performing an sling exercise. Surface EMG signal was recorded from the gluteus medius. The data was analyzed using the repeated ANOVA. This study showed significant difference in electromyographic activities on the gluteus medius between the stable surface and the air cushion during the hip abduction in sidelying using sling. And this study showed a significant difference between a stable surface and an air cushion, air cushion and balance pad. In conclusion, an air cushion could be used as an effective method to gluteus medius activation during sling exercise in a side lying positon.

양어 사료에 피드오일을 첨가하면 사료 효율이 향상된다. 나일틸라피아가 요구하는 필수 지방산의 종류를 알아보기 위하여 대두유 및 옥수수유 등의 식물유 및 오징어 간유, 어유를 사료에 첨가하고 사육하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. n-6 계열이 풍부한 식물유를 투여한 실험구가 n-3 계열의 어유를 투여한 실험구 보다 성장이 좋았으며 그 중에서도 대두유 첨가구가 가장 양호하였다. 총 지질중의 20:3n-9의 수준은 유지의 종류에 따라 현저한 차이는 없었으나 극성 지질중의 20:3n-9의 수준은 어유 및 오징어 간유 보다는 식물유구에서 낮게 나타났다. 틸라피아 사료에 첨가하는 지질로서는 n-6계열을 많이 포함하는 것이 적당할 것으로 나타났다. Experiments were conducted to find out suitable dietary lipids in the practical feed for Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Soybean oil, corn oil, fish oil or cuttlefish liver oil was mixed in the diet and tested. The best weight gain and feed efficiency were obtained from the fish fed soybean oil or corn oil, both rich in 18:2n-6. But the growth rate of fish fed diet with fish oil or cuttlefish liver oil were inferior. The levels of 20:3n-9 in the total lipid were not different in all tested lipids, but that in the polar lipid of the fish oil or cuttlefish liver oil were lower than that in the soybean oil or corn oil. Thus, vegetable oil such as soybean oil or corn oil, rich in 18:2n-6, were suitable as dietary lipid for Nile tilapia. Unlike other fish species, fish oil or cuttlefish liver oil showed no essential dietary value for this species.
메기, Parasilurus asotus 사료의 최적 단백질 함량

새로운 양식 대상종으로 메기의 생산량 증가를 위하여 사료 중 최적 단백질 함량을 설정 하고자 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 평균 체중 약 7g되는 메기 치어의 체중은 사료중 단백질 함량 25%~55% 사이에서 단백질 함량이 높은 사료를 공급할수록 증가하였으나,근육 단백질의 증가는 45% 부근에서 최고치에 달하였으며,그 이상으로 사료 단백질 함량을 증가시켜도 변화가 없었다. 단백질 효율 및 정미 단백 이용율은 25% 부근에서 최고치에 달했지만 45% 부근에서 일시적으로 증가하여 단백질 함량 45% 실험구가 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 멸치분을 단백질 원으로 하였을 때 메기 치어 사료의 최적 단백질 함량은 45%로 사료된다. Feeding trials were conducted for a test of the optimum dietary protein levels for the fingerling Korean catfish, Parasilurus asotus. The growth response was examined in terms of weight gain, feed coefficient, protein efficiency ratio and net protein utilization for 8 weeks at 23~27℃. Within a range of 25 to 55% crude protein levels in the diet, the body weight increased while the dietary protein level increased. Accumulation of protein in the body reached the maximum when the crude protein level in the diet was at 45%. These results indicate that the optimum dietary protein level of fingerling Korean catfish was about 45% when anchovy meal was used as the protein source.
