        변형된 정중옆 이마피판을 이용한 코끝 재건례

        Purpose: The typical reconstructive option for the nasal tip is paramedian forehead flap. However, the forehead flap is too bulky for nasal tip reconstruction and does not look natural, and therefore, secondary operations for debulking are required. Methods: We treated a 46-year-old woman who suffered from a nose tip soft tissue defect using a modified paramedian forehead flap. The flap was elevated from the hair line of the forehead and had 3-layered structure. The distal part included skin and subcutaneous tissue, the middle part included frontalis muscle, and the proximal part had periosteum. Results: The nasal tip was not bulky and looked natural in terms of height, shape, and had 3-dimensional structure without debulking procedure. The patient was satisfied with the outcome. Conclusion: The authors' modified paramedian forehead flap may be a useful option for the treatment of nasal tip, columella, and alar defects. With these modifications, the paramedian forehead flap can provide an aesthetically acceptable nasal tip appearance without debulking.

        John Webster’s revenge plots in The White Devil and The Duchess of Malfi are quite different from those of earlier revenge tragedies in the English Renaissance period. Most revenge plots of earlier tragedies focused on the political meaning, as a kind of punishment of corrupted rulers. But in Webster’s revenge plots, the revengers are rulers of high political position, and the objects of revenge are liberal women. Therefore, the surface meaning of Webster’s revenge plots seems to be the patriarchal punishment of liberal women. However, Webster compares the courage and heroism of the women characters with the hypocrisy and corruption of the aristocratic and religious rulers. The revenge plots paradoxically reveal the revengers’ corruption and irrationality. What is common in the revenge plots of The White Devil and The Duchess of Malfi is the presence of liberal women and the anxiety of the male-centered social order. In The White Devil, Vittoria is a very different kind of woman from Isabella, who has traditional female values. Vittoria has masculine rhetorical skill and courage, and isn’t controlled easily. The titular character of The Duchess of Malfi is also a similar sort of woman. She is a brave woman who disregards the threat and warning of her brothers, and proceeds with a secret marriage regardless of hierarchy. Webster used the revenge plot, which was popular in the contemporary theater, but created a new kind of revenge tragedy through the presence of a new kind of women.

        탬벌레인의 모순적 정체성과 엘리자베스 시대의 정치적 욕망

        The myth of Tamburlaine’s success violates the Elizabethan political desire by fully fulfilling it. Tamburlaine’s limitless victory and continuous conquest fulfill the desire of the contemporary ruling party, but also involve the political desire to violate it. He is not only a hero who shows off the Christian and imperial ideal, but also an anti-Christian savage who challenges the status of God beyond Christian paradigm. Therefore, through Tamburlaine, Marlowe shows the surprising wonder of military victory, conquest, and power as well as the critical defects of such success behind the scene. The discourse of imperial hero represented in Tamburlaine cannot exclude the barbarous brutality. After all, Tamburlaine’s completely contradictory aspects play the role of resisting the contemporary English imperial consciousness, and reveal the violence and madness hidden behind the ruling order and value system of the society.

        셰익스피어 4대 비극과 배신

        Shakespeare’s four great tragedies are full of betrayal, which is the main reason that results in the protagonist’s tragic downfall. Shakespeare seems to believe that the most painful and unfortunate suffering comes from the betrayal of close people such as family members, lovers, friends, and loyal subjects etc. Betrayal of brother and wife in Hamlet, betrayal of right-hand man in Othello, betrayal of a loyal subject and kindred in Macbeth, and betrayal of daughters in King Lear are the common cause of tragic conflict and suffering. It seems to reflect the tendency of Renaissance society in which deception and betrayal were considered necessary for individual success. In the contemporary society doubt and surveillance were natural, and trust often became the cause of betrayal. Through the various dramatic actions of betrayal, Shakespeare explores that betrayal results from the contemporary typical desire of power, wealth, and love, and that the hierarchical and patriarchal order in his contemporary society is in crisis. Therefore the root of Shakespeare’s tragedy lies in betrayal rather than the protagonist’s tragic faults. The sense of loss resulted from betrayal is in the center of Shakespeare’s tragedy. Shakespeare shows how painful it is to live in a world which is full of betrayal and deception. In Shakespeare’s tragic world, the one who betrays for individual success is also betrayed, and cannot escape from the painful and unfortunate reality.

        NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 혁신모형에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 실제 산업현장에서 활용 가능한 ‘NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설․정비 매뉴얼’을 개발하여, 기업특수 숙련기술에 대한 육성․평가를 담당하는 사업 내 자격 운영을 체계화 시킬 수 있는 기준 마련이 필요하고 사업체별 특수직무를 다루고 있는 사업 내 자격이 기업의 숙련요구를 정확히 반영함과 동시에 각 사업 내 자격의 기준과 절차를 표준화할 수 있는 매뉴얼 개발을 통한 신뢰성 및 객관성 제고하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 일본의 사업 내 자격을 운영하고 있는 기업 및 협회 등을 방문하여 해외사례분석을 하여 구체적인 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향과 사업 내 자격을 인정받고 현재 검정을 시행하고 있는 기관 실무자들을 대상으로 온라인 및 1:1 면접조사를 통하여 설문을 실시했으며, 사업 내 자격의 체계 및 내용에 대한 현황분석을 통하여 NCS와 사업 내 자격의 체계 분석 및 자격신설・정비 모형을 도출하여 NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설・정비 표준매뉴얼을 개발하여 이 표준매뉴얼의 사용 촉진을 위하여 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 신설 매뉴얼과 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 정비 매뉴얼을 제시하였다. This study proposes a "NCS-based corporate qualification system for elementary and maintenance tasks manual" applicable to industry in order to establish standards for corporate qualification system which perform education and evaluation for industry-specialized technic, and for corporate qualification system which practice structured training for corporate specialized tasks to reflect the demand of industries" on-site training more precisely, and set up standardized policy and process manuals within various corporations in order to improve credibility and objectivity. Prior research has focused on on-site visits to companies and institutes in Japan that employ corporate qualification systems. Research analyses on current practices, structures and outcomes of qualification systems, online, and 1:1 interviews with administrators responsible for qualification systems, which lead to simulate the qualification system for elementary and maintenance tasks model of NCS and corporate, and establish NCS based corporate qualification for elementary and maintenance system manual, and suggested recommendation to promote this standard manual for use by analyzing current practices.

        『에드워드 2세』 -동성애와 정치적 욕망

        The homoeroticism between king Edward and Gaveston in Edward II matters not because of its moral aspect but because of its political aspect. We cannot be sure if the relationship of Edward and Gaveston is condemning sin or pure affection. But it is certain that their relationship has great influence on the English political state in the play. Edward is not a common man, but a king. And a king`s homoeroticism in the Medieval and Renaissance society may certainly undermine the absolute authority of kingship. Actually there are many nobles who disobey and ignore Edward`s authority in the play, and Edward`s minion Gaveston`s arrogance and slyness also undermine the authority of Edward`s kingship. Marlowe advocates for neither Gaveston nor the nobles. Rather by revealing their hidden political ambitions and selfish desires, Marlowe pays attention to the political conflicts and the undermined kingship. However, it is Edward himself who undermines the political myth and authority of kingship most. His addiction to love of Gaveston becomes the dramatic means to deny even his own kingship. The three groups making conflicts in this play are all in pursuit of their own desires: Gaveston and Spencer desire power using Edward`s affection; Mortimer and the nobles also desire their political power even threatening the king Edward; and Edward himself desires Gaveston. The minions and the nobles are hypocritical in that they emphasize loyalty to the king and the kingdom. However, Edward doesn`t have the Machiavellian hypocrisy and duplicity, from which Edward`s misfortune derives. The desires of these three groups deny the political ideology of sacred kingship. Although Marlowe deals with homoeroticism in Edward II, what matters is not the result of the moral corruption. Marlowe focuses on the political desire which lies on the other side of homosexuality, demythifying absolute kingship.

        3D프린팅전문운용사 및 3D프린터개발산업기사 국가기술 자격종목 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 3D프린팅 산업에서 3D프린팅 운용과 개발에 사용되어지는 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 3D프린팅전문운용사와 3D프린터개발산업기사의 국가기술 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 3D프린팅 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 3D프린팅 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 3D 프린팅전문운용사와 3D프린터개발산업기사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 3D프린팅전문운용사의 필기시험은 3D 스캐너, 3D 모델링, 3D프린터 설정, 3D프린터 출력 및 후가공, 3D프린터 교정 및 유지보수 5개 과목과 실기시험의 경우, 3D프린터 작품제작, 3D 모델링, 3D 스캐너, 3D프린터 유지보수 실무 등을 내용으로 검정 방법으로는 작업형이다. 3D프린터개발산업기사의 필기시험은 3D프린터 회로 및 기구, 3D프린터 장치, 3D프린터 프로그램, 3D프린터 교정 및 유지보수 등 4개 과목과 실기시험의 경우, 3D프린터 조립 및 출력점검, CAD 작업, 3D프린터 프로그램, 3D프린터 유지보수 실무 등을 내용으로 검정방법으로는 작업형이다. 또한, 3D프린팅전문운용사와 3D프린터개발산업기사 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 3D프린팅전문운용사와 3D프린터개발산업기사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 3D프린팅전문운용사와 3D프린터개발산업기사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다. This study aims to develop qualification criteria for training and establishing an expert pool of 3D printing operation experts and 3D printing development specialists in the emerging 3D printing industry. We investigate the domestic and international 3D printing industry, as well as 3D printing- related training institutions and quantity of test examinees. Utilizing competency analysis, this study examines the competencies and educational content of both 3D printing operation expert as well as 3D printing development specialists. In addition, a survey was conducted on the issue of institutionalization of qualification criteria for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists. This study further proposes evaluation methods for qualification criteria for both 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists based on simulations of both written and performance tests. Based on the findings, this study proposes instructional program outlines as well as comprehensive guidelines for training and qualification processes for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists.

        셰익스피어 비극에 나타난 자살과 젠더

        Suicide scenes in Shakespeare’s tragedies reflect the contemporary gender consciousness that men are superior to women. Even though suicide was regarded as unforgivable sin against God’s will in Shakespeare’s England, it seems not that Shakespeare has any prejudice against suicide. The suicides of Shakespeare’s characters are the dramatic means to keep the value they cherish and for which they are responsible. However it is certain that we can find gender difference in those suicide scenes. Male characters who commit suicide in Shakespeare’s tragedies show dignity and subjective judgement. Including the famous Roman characters, Shakespeare’s male characters committing suicide are portrayed noble and brave. The suicides of non-roman Othello and Romeo are also portrayed brave and heroic. On the other hand, the suicides of most female characters are often portrayed as the result of mental illness or God’s punishment. Even the moving and heroic suicides of Juliet and Cleopatra reveal the heroine’s dependence on their male partners. Shakespeare’s suicide scenes are affected not so much by the Christian prejudice as by the gender prejudice. Greek and Roman view of suicide as an honorable and brave act is usually applied to male characters. And The Christian view of suicide as unforgivable sin is mostly applied to female characters. Emile Durkheim, in his famous book Le Suicide, analyzes the importance of social causes rather than unsocial causes, studying the statistical data of suicides of European countries in 19th century. However, Shakespeare’s suicide scenes certainly reflect the contemporary view of suicide which emphasizes the unsocial causes like gender difference. In Shakespeare, suicide is a kind of dramatic means to represent the social prejudice of gender.

        Congenital Upper Lip Sinus Found in Adolescent Patient: A Case Report

        Purpose: Congenital sinus of the upper lip is extremely rare and only 3 cases have been reported domestically. We report a case of congenital sinus of midline upper lip, which was found in an adolescent patient. Methods: A 14-year-old girl presented with a small pit on midline of the upper lip, which was visible at birth. The patient had never been treated for the congenital sinus because it was asymptomatic. Surgical excision under local anesthesia was performed. Results: The sinus had a tract extending into 5 mm posteroinferior and had not penetrated the oral cavity. Histological examination showed a fistulous tract lined by keratinized squamous epithelium. After complete excision, there was no recurrence and we obtained a satisfactory cosmetic result. Conclusion: Congenital sinus of the midline upper lip is extremely rare. This is a special case that is reported because it did not cause symptoms for the patient until she reached adolescence.

        중등 과학영재교육에서 초임 교사의 수업 전문성 제고 전략으로써의 멘토링 적용 사례연구

        이 연구는 중등 과학영재교육에서 초임 교사의 수업 전문성 제고 전략으로써의 멘토링 적용에 관한 사례연구로, 멘토링 과학영재수업의 특징을 수업 계획, 수업 진행, 수업 평가, 멘토링 적용 후 단계로 나누어 분석했다. 한 명의 멘토와 두 명의 멘티를 선정한 후, 멘티별로 중등 과학영재수업 중에서 총 3회에 걸친 9차시의 수업에 대해 멘토링을 실시했다. 모든 수업을 관찰했고, 수업 촬영 동영상과 수업 자료, 멘토링 및 면담 녹음 자료, 참관 노트 등을 분석했다. 연구 결과, 멘토링 과학영재수업의 특징으로 수업 계획 단계에서는 좀 더 체계적인 과학영재수업 구성,`` 과학영재수업=약간 어려운 실험수업``이라는 도식의 탈피와 다양한 교수전략 도입, 과학영재교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 심리적 부담감에 영향, 과학영재수업 준비 시간의 증가 등이 나타났다. 수업 진행 단계의 특징으로는 과학영재수업의 질 향상, 수업 진행에 대한 심리적 부담감에 영향, 수업 진행의 혼선 초래 등이 있었다. 수업 평가 단계의 특징은 수업에 대한 심도 깊은 반성 기회제공, 실제적인 수업 개선의 동력 제공으로 분류할 수 있었다. 멘토링 적용 후 단계의 특징으로는 멘티의 과학영재수업에 대한 자신감 증가, 멘토의 수업 전문성 및 멘토링 기술 일부 향상 등이 나타났다. As a case study on the use of mentoring as a method of improving novice teachers` teaching professionalism in secondary science-gifted education, this study investigated the characteristics of mentoring science instructions for science-gifted students at the plan, performance, evaluation, and post-mentoring stages of the classes. One mentor and two mentees were selected, and mentoring in each mentee`s instructions was conducted during nine classes over three times. We observed the total classes, and analyzed taped videos, the materials, the transcripts for mentoring and in-depth interviews, and field notes. The analyses of the results indicated that the characteristics of mentoring instructions, at the planning stage of the classes, exhibited the construction of more systematic classes, the escape from the schema that science instructions for science-gifted students were instructions using somewhat difficult experiments and the uses of diverse teaching strategies, the influence of the psychological burdens on developing science-gifted education programs, and the increase of the time preparing the classes. At the performance stage of the classes, the characteristics included the improvement in the quality of the classes, the influence of the psychological burdens on teaching the classes, and the inducements of some confusion on performing them. At the evaluation stage of the classes, the characteristics included the provision of the opportunities in deeply reflecting my own classes, and the provision of the practical power for improving the classes. Finally, the characteristics at the postmentoring stage could be attributed to the increase of mentees` self-confidence about their instructions and some development of mentors` teaching professionalism/mentoring skills.
