호텔종사원의 조직공정성인식이 조직몰입과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 - 조직몰입의 매개효과 -

This study aims to provide new management strategies for hotel managers by analyzing the relationship among organizational justice, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior from the perspective of human resource management. It examines the impact of organizational justice on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational commitment. The survey was conducted among hotel employees of 12 deluxe hotels located in Seoul in October and November 2014. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed and 228 valid and complete questionnaires were collected and used in data analysis. The results are as follows. First, organizational justice positively affects organizational commitment. Second, organizational justice positively affects innovative behavior. Third, organizational commitment has a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior. The current results indicate that in human resource management of the hotel industry, organizational justice, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior serve an important role in improving competitiveness. In addition, the results imply that hotel managers should pay more attention to organizational commitment as well as organizational justice in order to stimulate innovative behavior of hotel employees.
호텔 컨벤션 종사자의 CSR인식과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과

Recently, companies are keenly interested in sustainable growth, and as a tool to enhance sustainable growth they are paying attention to corporate social responsibility activities and organizational citizenship behavior. Previous studies on CSR effect focused on external stakeholders such as consumers, reporters, and not-for-the profit organizations. The purpose of this study is to examine the internal marketing effect of CSR activities on employees. This study aimed to explore the relationships among employees’ perceptions of CSR, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it tries to find out the moderating effects that the trust have contributed to employees’ perceptions of CSR and organizational citizenship behavior. In total, 150 questionnaires were distributed and 136 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. The result of this study shows that employees’ perceptions of CSR has a direct effect on the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. And it has been found that the job satisfaction has a mediating effect between employees’ perceptions of CSR and organizational citizenship behavior.
호텔 조직 내 상사의 비인격적인 감독행위가 종사원의 정서적 고갈과 일탈적 과업행동에 미치는 영향-정서적 고갈의 매개효과와 감성지능의 조절효과-

The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between abusive supervision behavior and emotional exhaustion 2) the relationship between abusive supervision behavior and deviant workplace behavior 3) the relationship between emotional exhaustion and deviant workplace behavior 4) the moderating effect of emotional exhaustion and mediating effect of emotional intelligence in the hotel firms. To achieve these purposes, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by customers in the hotel restaurants. In total, 250 questionnaires were distributed and 228 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. Then the data and hypotheses were examined. The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that abusive supervision behavior has a positive effect on the emotional exhaustion. Second, abusive supervision behavior has a positive effect on the deviant workplace behavior and emotional exhaustion has a direct effect on the deviant workplace behavior. Third, it has been found that the emotional exhaustion mediating effects between abusive supervision behavior and deviant workplace behavior. Fourth, emotional intelligence showed moderating effect on the relationship between abusive supervision behavior and deviant workplace behavior. The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in the hotel firms which emphasizes the importance of abusive supervision behavior, emotional exhaustion, deviant workplace behavior and emotional intelligence. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.

본 연구의 목적은 서울특별시에 소재한 특등급 호텔기업의 인적자본이 신뢰와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 또한 신뢰가 인적자본과 조직시민행동에 미치는 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 인적자본이 신뢰와 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰가 인적자본과 조직 시민행동에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 치열한 경쟁환경 하에 경쟁우위를 위해서 호텔산업의 인적자원관리와 조직관리 측면에 인적자본의 중요성, 신뢰의 중요성을 강조하는 관리시스템 구축의 필요성을 강조하는 결과라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study tried to reveal how human capitals of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affects corporate trust and organizational citizenship behaviors. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effect that the trust among coworkers have contributed to human capital and organizational citizenship behaviors. The result of this study shows that Human capital have a great effect on the trust among employees and organizational citizenship behaviors. And it has been outed that the trust between the company and employees is a mediating effect between human capital and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results of this research shows that for competitive advantage under the competitive environment of the hotel industry, in addition to human resource management and organizational management, the management system which emphasizes the importance of human capital and the trust among company members should be built.

본 연구는 호텔기업의 종사원 참여경영이 심리적 주인의식 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 심리적 주인의식이 종사원 참여경영과 조직몰입의 관계에 미치는 매개효과를 밝혀내고자 서울지역에 소재한 특등호텔 종사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 종사원 참여경영이 심리적 주인의식과 조직몰입에 영향력이 있고, 심리적 주인의식이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향력이 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 심리적 주인의식이 종사원 참여경영과 정서적 몰입의 관계에 부분적인 매개효과를 나타냄을 밝혀냈다. 이 결과는 호텔기업 인적자원 관리의 중요성 및 종사원의 참여경영과 심리적 주인의식이 경쟁환경에서 우위를 점하기 위한 중요한 역할을 한다는 새로운 방향을 시사하는 결과라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is reveal how employee participation management of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affects corporate employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership has contributed to the relationship between employee participation management and organizational commitment. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, employee participation management has a great effect on the employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. Secondly, employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between employee participation management and organizational commitments.
호텔기업 종사원이 지각한 조직정치지각과 이직의도의 관계에서 조직냉소주의의 매개효과

An organization is formed by groups of individuals with various interests, and the limited positions and resources of the organization force its members to engage in political behaviors, such as competitions, conflicts, and negotiations. If a political situation occurs between members or teams due to school ties or personal connections, it could influence organizational attitude and behavior of the members. Those members of the organization who experience organizational politics are likely to take passive reactions, such as experiencing a sense of frustration or job dissatisfaction, all of which could eventually bring about active reactions including absence and turnover. This study aims to provide new management strategies for hotel managers by analyzing the relationship among perception of organizational politics, organizational cynicism and turnover intention from the perspective of human resource management. It examines the impact of perception of organizational politics on turnover intention and the mediating effect of organizational cynicism. The survey was conducted among hotel employees of 12 deluxe hotels located in Seoul. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed and 212 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. This study was to reveal how organizational politics of deluxe airlines affect organizational cynicism and turnover intention. The results shows that perception of organizational politics has a great effect on the organizational cynicism and turnover intention. In addition, organizational cynicism effect on the turnover intention. And it has been found that the organizational cynicism is a mediating effect between perception of organizational politics and turnover intention. The results of this research shows that for competitive advantage under the competitive environment of the hotel industry, in addition to human resource management and organizational management, the management system which emphasizes the importance of perception of organizational politics, organizational cynicism and turnover intention.
의료관광 서비스품질과 관계지속의도의 관계에서 만족의 매개효과

This study aims to investigate the effects of medical tourism service quality on satisfaction and relationship continuity intention among Chinese medical tourists. To achieve this purpose, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by FIT as well as package medical tourists from China. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using SPSS12.0. The result of this study shows that medical tourism service quality have a great effect on the customer satisfaction and relationship continuity intention. And it has been found that the customer satisfaction is a mediating effect between medical tourism service quality and relationship continuity intention. These findings suggested fundamental data for medical tourism policy to attract Chinese medical tourists to Korea. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.
항공사 객실승무원이 지각한 공유리더십이 조직신뢰와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 -조직신뢰의 매개효과-

The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between perceived flight attendants' shared leadership and organizational trust 2) the relationship between perceived flight attendants' shared leadership and innovative behavior 3) the relationship between organizational trust and innovative behavior 4) mediating effect of organizational trust. To achieve these purposes, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by airline flight attendants’. A questionnaire survey was distributed to a total of 340 flight attendants from October 5th, 2019 to November 29th, 2019. Among them, 283 questionnaires were used for actual analysis. SPSS frequency analysis was used to understand demographic properties and factorial analysis and reliability analysis was used to verify reliability of the variables. Also, regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that perceived flight attendants' shared leadership has a positive effect on the organizational trust. Second, perceived flight attendants' shared leadership has a positive effect on the innovative behavior. Third, organizational trust has a positive effect on the innovative behavior. Fourth, it has been found that the organizational trust mediating effects between perceived flight attendants' shared leadership and innovative behavior.
