The present study proposes a conceptual framework to investigate the relationship between e-service quality, brand image, and repurchase intention. It also intends to prove moderating effect of gender. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for measurement model and hypothesis test. The outcome of this research is in agreement with the findings that prove the importance of service quality through a website. Findings suggested that positive e-service quality influences brand image and repurchase intention. Brand image positively affects repurchase intention. The moderating effects of gender in the relationships between e-service quality, brand image and repurchase intention are insignificant. As the present results suggested, e-service quality improvement should be given priority to any others. Also service providers need to search for the ways to increase customers relationship because it will enhance sense of empathy to the customers.
The effect of E-service quality on Brand Image and Repurchase Intention in LCCs

This study is aiming to investigate the relationship of E-service quality, Brand image, and Repurchase intention to the website of LCCs. The model was tested using the data collected from 184 passengers experiencing on LCC website in Korea. The results of this paper show that E-service quality with brand image, E-service quality with repurchase intention, and brand image with repurchase intention. The implications for theory and practice and suggestions for future research are discussed.

The vibration of a vehicle, which is caused by and transmitted from the engine, has significant effect on the ride comfort and the dynamic characteristics of the engine mount system have direct influence on the vibration and noise of the vehicle. This paper examines the body shake caused by the engine excitation force on engine key on/off of a heavy truck by experiment and simulation. The analysis model consists of the engine, body including frame, front and rear suspensions and tires. The force element between body and suspension is modeled as a combination of suspension spring and damper, and the unsprung mass has roll and pitch. The engine shake obtained from experiment was compared with the result of computer simulation, and by using the verified computer model, parametric study of the body shake on engine key on/off is performed with changing the stiffness of engine mount rubber, the engine mount angle, and position of engine mounts.
