국어과 국민공통기본교육과정과 기본교육과정의 비교·분석 및 연계방안

본 연구는 제7차 국어과교육과정에 대한 특성과 동향을 살펴보고, 국민공통기본교육과정과 기본교육과정의 구성체제 및 내용에 있어서 두 교육과정의 특징 및 성격, 즉 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가에 대한 차이점을 비교·분석하여 장애학생을 위한 두 교육과정의 연계방안에 대해 모색해 보는 것이 목적이다. 이에 본 연구는 먼저 두 교육과정을 탐색하였고, 각 장애종별 특수학교 및 특수학급에서는 교육과정이 어떻게 전달되는지 현장적용 조사를 위해 실제적인 활용정도와 현장의 요구에 대한 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 발달장애학생을 위한 기본교육과정의 내용은 각 학생의 수준별로 재구성되어야 한다는 요구가 있었다. 특히, 일반학교 내 특수학급에서는 국민공통기본교육과정과 연계하여 지도해야 하고, 감각장애 특수학교에서도 국민공통기본교육과정에 준하여 지도하지만 수준에 따라서 기본교육과정을 도입하여 연계지도할 수 있다고 하였다. 이러한 요구를 위해 두 교육과정의 활동내용 체계표가 있어야 할 뿐만 아니라 두 교육과정이 연계된 내용을 한 눈에 알아 볼 수 있는 내용연계표가 있으면 수업에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국어과 기본교육과정의 내용체계표와 국민공통기본교육과정과 기본교육과정의 내용연계표를 말하기·듣기 과목 중심으로 예시를 제시하였다. 또한 다양한 수준의 장애학생을 지도하기 위해 국민공통기본교육과정과의 연계방안 뿐 아니라 기본교육과정의 상·중·하 교육과정에서 유사내용에 대해 1, 2, 3권 내의 내용과도 연계를 모색해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to (a) explore the characteristics and trends of the 7th general education curriculum for the subject of Korean, (b) investigate the differences in the structures and contents between general and special education curriculum in terms of goals, objectives, contents, instructional methods, and evaluations, and (c) examine the ways to connect the two curricula for the education of students with disabilities. The study began with the review of the two curricula. Then, interviews were conducted in self-contained classes and various special schools to find out how the curricula were administered and to identify the unmet needs in the field. The study found that (a) special education curriculum for students with sensory disabilities should be restructured according to diverse special needs of each student, (b) general curriculum should be incorporated in the special education curriculum for the students with disabilities in self-contained classes in general schools, and (c) special education curriculum could be introduced in the special schools for students with sensory disabilities according to the unique needs of each student through general curriculum would be primarily considered. Therefore, there is a need for an activity matrix for each curriculum. Also, a combined matrix that connects the two curricula would be useful in planning and implementing instructions. In this study, example of these matrices was provided in the area of speaking and listening. Finally, there is a call for further research into how to connect the common components of the three levels of special education curriculum, that is, introductory, intermediate, and advanced level, with the volume 1, 2, and 3 in order to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities, in addition to the research about how to connect special and general curriculum.

장애인 진로·직업교육 지원센터 운영에 대한 특수교육관계자의 인식 및 운영방안 탐색 연구

본 연구에서는 장애학생 진로·직업교육에 대한 수요자의 요구가 확대되고 있고, 정부에서도 이를 위해 정책적으로 내실화 방안을 제시하고 있는 시점에서 장애인의 진로·직업교육 지원센터를 운영할 것을 제안하였다. 별도의 중앙기관 운영에 대한 필요성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 특수교육관련 종사자들을 대상으로 델파이조사와 설문조사를 통해 요구를 분석하였고, 장애인의 진로·직업교육 지원센터에 대한 세부적인 운영방안을 귀납적으로 도출해내었다. 델파이조사는 특수교육관련 전문가 14명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 수집된 의견을 토대로 연구자 협의를 통해 설문조사 문항을 10개 항목으로 개발하였다. 전국의 교장(감), 장학사, 교사(특수교육지원센터 담당자 포함), 학부모 등 관련 집단을 대상으로 1,287명이 참여하였다. 응답자의 유형별 집단간 차이는 있지만, 장애인 진로·직업교육에 대한 국가의 지원상태가 상당히 부족하므로 이에 대한 요구가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 장애인 진로·직업교육 지원센터의 운영방안으로 첫째, 장애인 진로·직업교육 홈페이지 구축 및 운영 둘째, 장애인 진로·직업교육 체험관 운영 셋째, 장애인 진로·직업교육 워크숍 운영 넷째, 장애인 진로·직업교육 정책에 대한 현장 지원에 대한 내용을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to propose the career·vocational support center for the persons of disabilities at this point of time customers' needs for the career·vocational support is getting increased. To establish this purpose, the current status and need analysis were applied through delphi method with 14 special education related professionals and survey with 1,287 related persons such as special education teachers, administrators, parents nationwide to this study. And concrete management plans for the career·vocational support for the persons of disabilities were proposed inductively. Generally, the needs for career·vocational support for the persons with disabilities were relatively high because the support state by government was not sufficient considerably. As the results of delphi method and survey, to manage the career·vocational support center for the persons of disabilities efficiently, the following efforts were suggested: 1) development and operation of homepage system for the career·vocational education; 2) operation of theme park for the career·vocational education; 3) operation of the career vocational education workshop; 4) career education field support for realizing the policy of the career·vocational education.
