본 연구는 스토리텔링을 활용한 유아무용 프로그램 개발과 효과분석을 위한 기초연구로서 스토리텔링의 개념 및 교육적 효과, 스토리텔링을 활용한 타 분야의 교육프로그램을 살펴보았다. 스토리텔링은 화자와 청자 사이의 상호작용을 통해 창조적인 과정을 경험할 수 있도록 하며, 인간의 삶 전반을 주제로 한 정보와 지식을 전달한다. 이를 교육적 상황에 적용한다면 학습에 대한 흥미를 자극하고 정서를 개발할 수 있다. 그동안 다양한 교육영역에서 스토리텔링을 활용한 프로그램 및 콘텐츠가 개발되어 왔으나, 보다 다양한 경험과 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 요구하는 유아무용 영역에서는 이러한 노력이 부족했다. 본 연구를 통해 스토리텔링을 활용한 유아무용 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 유아무용 프로그램의 구체적인 내용과 방법을 개발하고 이에 관한 효과분석을 실행할 것이다. This study is a basic research to develop a children`s dancing utilizing storytelling and to analyze its effects. In this study, we reviewed the concept of storytelling and its educational effects, and educational programs utilizing storytelling. Storytelling allows audience to experience creative process through interactions between the speaker and audience, and delivers information and knowledge on life of human beings. If it is applied to educational situations, we may be able to stimulate interest and develop emotions. Although there have been many programs and contents utilizing storytelling in various educational fields, these efforts were not sufficiently made in children`s dancing area requiring more diversified experiences and active participation of learners. We could confirm the necessity to develop children`s dancing programs utilizing storytelling through this study, and in the future we will develop concrete contents and methods of children`s dancing programs and execute its effect analysis.
예비유아교사의 인성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 교직적성의 매개효과

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship among the personality, the teaching aptitude, and the teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. Futhermore, the following were investigated, mean of the personality, the teaching aptitude, and the teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers, relationship between the personality, the teaching aptitude, and the teacher efficacy, the mediation effect of the teaching aptitude in personality and teacher efficacy. The participants of the study were 522 students in 3rd and 4th grade at 3~4 year university in Gyeonggi province and Seoul city in Korea. To collect the research data, self-reported questionnaires of personality traits, the teaching aptitude, and the teacher efficacy were given to the participants. For data analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 24.0 program. The main results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of descriptive statistics, pre-service early childhood teachers' personality, the teaching aptitude, and the teacher efficacy were higher than average. Second, the relationship between pre-service early childhood teachers' personality, teaching aptitude and teaching efficacy showed a significant positive correlation with one another. Third, the teaching aptitude has a fully mediating effect between the personality and the teacher efficacy. Implications for future research and practice were provided along with main results of this study.

Nowadays, remodeling has been encouraged as an alternative since reconstruction has caused a lot of problems. The best way to activate the remodeling may be the financial value improvement through it. Thus, this research aims to analyze the priority of various remodeling programs in view of improving the financial value of remodeling. To attain a goal of research, hierarchical structure of remodeling programs is organized and Questions to various experts are posed. Question results are analyzed by way of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.
