当前新闻传播学硕与专硕人才培养的差异化并不明显,究其原因,主要是校内师资固化,业界导师作用功能发挥不足。从课程设置到学位论文,“专硕”正在变身为低配版的“学硕”,其差异化的培养,本应集中体现在课程设置和实践教学等方面,应积极发挥业界导师主观能动性,真正培养出掌握新媒体传播的“十八般武艺”的创新型、应用型、复合型高层次新闻传播人才。 At present, the difference between the training of academic master’s and professional master’s in journalism and communication is not obvious, and the main reason is that the teachers in the school are solidified and the role of industry mentors is insufficient. From the curriculum to the dissertation, the “professional master” is transforming into a low-profile version of the “master’s degree”, and its differentiated training should be concentrated in the curriculum and practical teaching, etc., and the subjective initiative of the industry mentors should be actively exerted, so as to truly cultivate innovative, applied and compound high-level journalism and communication talents who master the “eighteen kinds martial arts” of new media communication.
