Recently various service is provided as developing of wireless internet in mobile environment. Also mobile GIS service is provided too. In mobile environment, the service use wireless internet. So it is not adaptable to apply the service which provided in existing internet environment. And owing to each service provide service independently, mobile GIS service is hard to look for interoperability This paper is developed encoding standard for mobile GIS application for service to be conform mobile environment and to be guarantee interoperability between service. First, we analyzed GML 3.1 standard for encoding standard and investigate encoding method to use in mobile GIS service. And we derive characteristic of GIS in mobile environment to analyze domestic GIS. We develop mobile GIS encoding standard by analyzing MATRIX of analyzed GML 3.1 standard and derived characteristic to analyze service.

최근 인명과 재산을 보호할 수 있는 중요한 분야인 안전 운전 서비스를 위해 GIS 및 텔레매틱스 기술에 USN을 활용하는 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 안전 운전 서비스를 위한 연구의 하나로, USN을 활용하여 굴곡 도로에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 분석하고 사고를 예방하기 위한 기술을 제안한다. 위험 분석 기술은 크게 모델링과 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 모델링으로는 굴곡 도로, 도로 방향, 센서, 차량, 위험에 대한 모델을 제안하고, 알고리즘으로는 위험을 분석하고 경고할 수 있는 다중 레벨 위험 분석 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고, 제안한 모델링과 알고리즘에 대한 시뮬레이션 응용 프로그램을 구현한다. 수두 피부병변에 대한 재조합 알파 인테페론 연고의 치료 효과에 관한 연구

This clinical study was carried out to evaluate therapeutic effect of the recombinant interferonalpha (IFN-α) cream in the treatment of the varicella skin lesion. The IFN-α and placebo creams were topically applied 2 times a day on the early erythematous maculo-papular lesions and the already advanced vesicular lesions of the 52 patients with varicella. The therapeutic efect was evaluated by comparing the healing periods, namely, the mean number of days required for the disappearance of the erythematous maculo-papular lesions without vesicular formation or for the crust formation through vesicular changes. The results were summarized as follows; 1) For the early erythematous maculopapular lesions, the healing periods of the IFN-α and the placebo creams were 3.05±2.76 and 4.72±3.48 days, respectively (p < 0.005). 2) For the advanced vesicular lesions, the healing periods of the IFN-α and placebo creams were 3.52±2.47 and 4.48±3.01 days, respectively (p < 0.05). During the study, and local or general side reactions were not observed. Therefore, with above results, it is suggested that topical IFN-α cream may be an effective and safe therapeutic agent for the treatment of varicella, especially in the case of the early erythematous maculo-papular lesions.

A 23-year-old male patient had 65 nodules of 0.2~0.7 cm in diameter nn scrotum. Elliptical excision was done to remove the nodules situated on the middle part of the scrotum. For small multiple nodules on the lower part of the scroelectrocogulation and curretage was performed. Excellent results were obtained by two modalities of treatment.
