        치주낭 조직내 tenascin의 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        To determine the effect of tenascin on forming periodontal pocket and pseudopocket, the ginival tissues were surgically obtained from the patients with adult periodontitis(10) and non-inflammatory phenytoin-associated gingival hyperplasia(5). The excised tissue specimens were fixed in neutral formalin for $6{\sim}24$ hours, embedded with paraffin, sectioned at 4-6m in thickness, mounted on glass slides coated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(Sigma Chemical Co., St. Louis, MO, U.SA.) and immunohistochemically processed by Avidin-Biotin peroxidase complex method for the localization of tenascin, using monoclonal mouse anti-human tenascin antiboday(Chemicon-International Inc., Temecula, CA, U.S.A., 1: 5,000) as the primary antibody. Regardless of periodontal pocket and pseudopocket, tenascin was localized along the connective tissue subjacent to basement membrane of gingival epithelium, and strong positive reactivity was obviously noted in the papillary projections of gingival connective tissue. The results suggest that tenascin may affect the development of papillary projections and the proliferation of epithelial cells.

        그라프트된 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌/나이론 66 블랜드의 물성에 미치는 영향

        Compatibility and properties of PP/N66 blends with or without PP-g-MAH as a compatibilizer were investigated by DSC, SEM and universal testing machine. Morphological studies revealed that PP and N66 were incompatible and addition of PP-g-MAH was very effective to enhance the compatibility between PP and N66. The compatibilization effect between N66 and PP-g-MAH was based on the reaction between the amine end group of N66 and anhydride group in PP-g-MAH. The crystallization and melting behavior of PP/N66 blends were investigated and the results of analyses for enthalpy changed were discussed. The Izod impact strength could be improved by optimizing the compatibilizer concentration. Tensile strength, elongation at break, notched Izod impact strength were increased with using compatibilizer, however, both the compatibilized and the noncompatibilizer blends did not show any big difference in the flexural modulus.

        파괴된 치주조직의 재생촉진에 관한 연구

        In order to evaluate the effect of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF-BB) and guided tissue regeneration(GTR) technique on the regeneration of destructed periodontal tissue,intentional through-and-through furcation defects(4mm in height) were made on both mandibular 2nd and 4th premolars of 8 adult male dogs(30-40lb). Experimental group 1 was composed of the premolars that were treated by only topical application of PDGF-BB with 0.05M acetic acid without any barrier membrane. Experimental group 2 was composed of the premolars that were treated by GTR with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane(ePTFE : Gore-tex periodontal material, USA). Experimental group 3 was composed of the premolars that were treated by GTR with ePTFE after topical application of PDGFBE. Control group was composed of the premolars that were treated by coronally positioned flap operation only without use of PDGF-BB and ePTFE membrane. All ePTFE membranes were carefully removed 4 weeks after regenerative surgery, and all experimental animals were sacrificed 8 weeks after regenerative surgery. The light microscopic findings were as follows ; (1) In experimental group 1, rapid new bone formation along the-root surface with multiple ankylosis and root resorption by multinucleated giant cells, and dense connective tissue in the central portion of the furcation defects were observed. (2) In experimental group 2, it was observed that the furcation defects were filled with newly formed bone, Sharpey's fibers were embedded into new cementum on root dentin of furcation fornix area, but the central portion and the area under furcation fornix were still filled with dense connective tissue. (3) In experimental group 3, the furcation defects were regenerated with newly formed dense bone and regular periodontal ligament with Sharpey's fibers embedded into newly formed cementum and bone underneath fornix area. (4) In control group, unoccupied space, apical migration of epithelium, dense infiltration of inflammatory cells in subepithelial connective tissue in relation to heavy plaque accumulation, and root resorption by inflammatory reaction were shown, but any new cementum formation on resorbed dentin surface could not be observed. The present study demonstrated that the combined therapy of PDGF-BB and GTR could enhance the regeneration of destructed periodontal tissue.

        자동 운량 관측에서 전천 영상 보정이 관측치에 미치는 효과

        Various studies have been conducted on cloud observation using all-sky images acquired with a wide-angle camera system since the early 21st century, but it is judged that an automatic observation system that can completely replace the eye observation has not been obtained. In this study, to verify the quantification of cloud observation, which is the final step of the algorithm proposed to automate the observation, the cloud distribution of the all-sky image and the corrected image were compared and analyzed. The reason is that clouds are formed at a certain height depending on the type, but like the retina image, the center of the lens is enlarged and the edges are reduced, but the effect of human learning ability and spatial awareness on cloud observation is unknown. As a result of this study, the average cloud observation error of the all-sky image and the corrected image was 1.23%. Therefore, when compared with the eye observation in the decile, the error due to correction is 1.23% of the observed amount, which is very less than the allowable error of the eye observation, and it does not include human error, so it is possible to collect accurately quantified data. Since the change in cloudiness due to the correction is insignificant, it was confirmed that accurate observations can be obtained even by omitting the unnecessary correction step and observing the cloudiness in the pre-correction image.

      • 사용성 평가에 있어서 반복적 평가에 의한 학습효과의 고찰

        사용자 중심의 제품을 개발· 생산하기 위하여 사용성 평가는 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 평가를 위한 기존의 방법은 많은 첨단 장비들과 부대 시설이 요구되며 부가된 장비들과 시설에 의한 평가는 피실험자의 생리적· 정신적 상태에 영향을 줌으로 인하여 사용성의 연구에 필요한 정확한 데이타를 획득하는데 제약을 준다. 평가의 실험에 필요한 장비 및 시설을 완벽히 갖추기 위하여 많은 투자와 시간의 소요가 요구되며, 또한, 현재 제품의 라이프 싸이클을 고려할 때 데이타의 양이 너무 방대하므로 분석에 필요한 데이타를 수집·처리하는데 많은 노력과 시간이 소요되어 경제적·시간적 제약을 주는 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는, 사용성 평가에 있어서 가급적 Artifact??와 Side Effects를 줄이고, 경제적이며 정밀한 사용성의 연구가 가능하도록 피평가제품만 사용자에게 제공하며 그 조작의 결과는 컴퓨터에 입력된다. 사용자는 피측정물을 주어진 과제에 따라 조작을 하고, 그 결과는 피실험자의 인지에 따른 행위의 결과가 되므로 지시에 따른 조작을 행하는 것 이외에는 실제품의 조작과 다른 상이점을 전혀 인지할 수 없으므로 기존의 데이타 수집 방법과는 다르게 자연스러운 데이타를 획득할 수 있다. 또한, 사용성 평가의 제약조건인 반복실험에 의한 인지과정에서의 학습효과가 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 사용성 평가의 정량화된 비교 측정 방법을 제시한다. The suggested system simulates the OSD(On Screen Display) by a computer and receives the operating signal by users from the given a remote controller. In this study, a learning effect due to multiple experiments in usability test is studied using the suggested system can reduced the artifact and side effect by doing the experiment with a read product or a prototype mock-up such as the remote controller without any additional equipments in the natural environment.
