3차원의 물질계에서 발생하는 모든 작용과 반작용은 자연계의 법칙으로서 반드시 물리학에서 정의된 법칙에 따라 원인과 결과의 예측이 가능해야만하기 때문이다. 그러나 인과응보의 원리와 구조적 작용 메커니즘이 규명된다면, 인류의 삶에 미치는 영향은 지금까지 발견된 어떤 자연법칙보다도 더 클 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 인과응보 라는 메커니즘을 학계에서는 카르마의 부메랑 현상이라는 개념으로 정의하여 객관화 연구를 진행하고 있다. 카르마의 부메랑 현상으로 나타나는 부정적인 영향에는 자신의 의지와는 무관한 모든 난치성 질환과 선천성 장애, 가난, 사건과 사고 등이 연관되어 있다. 이에 따라 본 학회에서는 카르마의 부메랑 현상을 과학적으로 규명하기 위한 장기 연구과제를 수행하고 있다. 1단계에서는 개인과 부부의 업을 공개 채널링에 의해서 확인하고, 그 카르마에 의해서 발생하는 억울함과 고통으로 나타나는 부메랑 효과에 관한 자료를 수집하고 있다. 이 자료는 통계 처리하여 객관성을 확보하기 위한 연구결과로 발표할 계획이다. 본 논문에서는 그 여섯 번째로 전인창조과학회 한국본부의 김용성선생에 대한 사례를 중심으로 카르마를 분석하고 영계해방 전후의 결과를 비교 고찰하였다. The retribution is one of the most important worth criteria in our lives. Nevertheless, this hypothesis has not yet been proven validity as a low of causation. Every actions and reactions which occurred in 3rd dimension material world must be predicted in reason and result according to defined law of physics. But if the principle of retribution and structural action mechanisms are identified, the impact on human life may be greater than any natural laws discovered so far. So, scholars defines this retributive relation with boomerang effect of karma and proceeds objectified study. Negative effects which occurred on personnel by boomerang effect is normally known for incurable disease, disabled in born, poverty and unfair trials or unexpected accidents. Accordingly, In the Society has proceed a long-term research project to scientifically identified as a boomerang phenomenon of karma. In the first stage identified by the karma of individuals and couples by public channeling, and collected data on effect of a boomerang with chagrin and pain caused by his karma. These data is planned to be released in second stages in statistical studies to ensure objectivity. In this paper, As the 6th case study was to analyze for Mr. YongSung Kim in society for holistic human creative science Korea Headquarter, and compares the results before and after the spiritual liberation.

Computer can simulate a social system through the abstraction and simplification of the social system. Those are called "Intelligent Activities" because pridiciting future and making satisfiable decision are possible. One of the those activities are cause-effect analysis which is superior to the expert system since conclusion is derived from the knowledge-base. The cause-effect analysis was applied only to the physical system sofar. It assume the components of the system as functions which change over time. Then the collection of the functions at a given time or interval defines the situation, and the collection of the situation sequence defines the system activities. However,the difficulties in deriving mathematices about cause- effect from the given social planing restricts the application. Korean Education Reform Toward 21st Century was analyzed here as a test case.

The study is an attempt to define social change, its need, and librarianship. In order to define the problems information environment, requiremtn of information system, professional man-power, and library education program are described. Information is power in the information-oriented society. Today is an epoch that we are to meet with information whether we are concerned for it or not, and it is an epoch that we are rapidly to exchange knowledge, experience, and information each other through face-to-face method, mass-media, telecommunication, and so on. Social change with accelerated tempo and information generation on a large scale lead to the result of maintaining the active life and to the requirement of establishment of effective information system. Constant regeneration and/or the half-life of information and knowledge are expressed in the necessity of life-long education or continuing education. The point of view that the life-long and continuing education would not be always the function of school education brings about the requirement of social education, that is, the teaching and study given outside a school. The leading parts social who are able to meet such a thing as a role-expectation or a desirable social pressure in the information-oriented society are the traditional librarian, information professional, and archivist, who are under only one umbrella so-called library and information. Information pool, information management system that is one of the social agencies to manage information generated on a large scale and with speediness ought to have the function of information communication through lots of channels.

종교는 어느시대 어느 곳에서나 옮바른 진리인 반면에 공산주의는 능력이 한정되어 있는 인류가 만들어낸 이론이다. 종교가 인류의 복지와 발전을 위한 은총과 관용, 안전과 안심이라면 공산주의는 무신론과 억압만을 기초로 하여 세워진 사상임을 현실이 증명해 주고 있다. 공산주의는 종교를 부정하는 한편 인간을 인간의 본궤도로부터 몰아 내고 인간의 추구하는 바 목표와 본능으로부터 소외시킨다. 그리하여 공산주의의 도당들은 종교에 반대하여 종교가 과학에 배치된다고 비난하면서 선전공세를 편다. 그들은 종교도 빛이요 과학도 빛이기 때문에, 빛이 빛을 적으로 삼을 수 없음을 망각하고 있다. 종교에 대한 적대행위는 문화적 혁명활동에 있어서 중요한 위치를 정하고 있으며, 공산주의는 이적대행위를 계속하는 한편, 유물론적ㆍ무신론적인 신조를 지구상에 퍼뜨리기 위해, 종교를 뿌리뽑는데 적당하고 효율적이라고 여겨지는 모든 수단을 동원, 획책하였다. 공산주의는 예배하고자 하는 인간의 합법적인 특성을 금지시키고 학교에서의 종교교육을 말살하는데 노력을 집중하며, 인간의 삶 가운데 가장 귀중한 것, 즉 종교를 향한 추진력의 가장 큰 원천을 못쓰게 막아버림으로써 윤리면에서도 죄악을 저질렀다. 공산주의는 간혹 정치적인 이유때문에 종교뒤에 숨어서 종교에 반대하지 않는 척 하지만, 공산주의라는 것이 그 지도자 레닌의 사상에 입각해서, 어디까지나 명백한 무신론에 근거하는 것이기 때문에 사실은 허위인 것이다. 공산주의가 무신론에 근거하고 자유를 억제하며 그런 행위를 할 때 그들은 그것이 인간을 위한 것이라고 주장하였다. 그러나 우리는 공산주의가 신을 부정하면서도 신 아닌 다른 인간을 신격화하여 자기들의 지도자를 신성하고 권능있는, 인간 이상의 신으로 만들었다는 사실을 보고 있다. 그리하여 공산주의는 아무것도 가리지 않고 적나라하게 모습을 드러내어, 공산주의는 어느곳에서건 어떤 관점에서건 인간과 인간성을 파괴하는 것임을 분명히 하고 있는 것이다.

The aim of this paper is to explain the factors affect the use of library and information system under the point of view that information and information system ought to be used. To accomplish this aim, the properties of information, computer-based library system, and the systems evaluation were described in short. The factors that significantly affect the use of library and information system were the characters of information system itself, system users, user involvement in the analysis and conversion phase of the implementation process, and system environment. The study of the priority of these factors was not attempted.
