        족삼리(足三里) 전침자극(電鍼刺戟)이 알러지모델 생쥐의 면역능(免疫能)에 미치는 영향(影響) 및 기전(機轉)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Objective : The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on ST36 to modulate immune reaction in BALB/c mice immunized intraperitoneally with 2,4-dinitrophenylated keyhole limpet protein(DNP-KLH). Methods : Experimental mice were divided into four groups : 1) Normal group was not performed by any operation. 2) IM(Immunized) group was immunized intraperitoneally with DNP-KLH and aluminum hydroxide without electro-acupunture stimulation. 3) IM-EA(immunized-elctro- acupuncture) group was performed by successive electro-acupuncture on the ST36 acupoint after immunization. 4) IM-NA(immunized-naloxone) group was performed by immunization and electro-acupuncture with same method, but naloxone was injected intraperitoneally 30 minutes before eletro-acupuncture to inhibit the opiate receptor in spleen. Serum total immunoglobulin I(IgE) and antigen-specific IgE was measured in each group. The expression of interferon-${\gamma}$ and interleukin-4 mRNA in spleen was researched by real-time RT-PCR Results : Serum total-IgE and antigen-specific IgE were significantly decreased only in IM-EA group. The expression of interleukin-4 in spleen cell was significantly reduced not only in IM-EA group, but also in IM-EA group. Conclusions : Above results indicate that the mechanism of immunomodulatory effect of electro-acupuncture is related to opioid system especially in B-cell immune reaction. Further research on the T-cell immunity is necessary to explain the mechanism of immunomodulatory effect of electro-acupuncture.

      • 兒童 相互間의 口頭言語가 作文過程에 미치는 影響

        This study attempts to provide some basic research materials for the improvement of effective methods in teaching writing, as well as for the better awareness regarding the importance of wr-iting education among teachers. This study confirms theoritical bases centered on those of Vygotsky and Bnuer who stress on the relationships between language and thought, and their relations to learning. It also shows the relationships between speaking ability and writing, the influence of peer to teaming, in an attempt to demonstrate the importance of oral language for writing process. Writing equation is the basis of all educational activities, providing the opportunity to express em-otion and creative thinking. Much studies revealed that oral language is prerequisite to writing. For instance, Bereiter and Scardamalia pointed out the significant role of oral conversation among the peers for good writing. Loban indicated the intimate relationships existing among listening, speaking, reading and writing, of which speaking is the basis for reading and writing, in the ground that one cannot so much speak correctly what one cannot listen well as one cannot write what one cannot speak. By Using scaffolding- conference approach, teachers are required to guide children in writing process whenever necessary, providing an open atmosphere which enables children scaffold each other in an cooperative loaming situation. For an effective guidance for writing process teachers should open up many chances for children to experiences and express those experiences freely in writing.

      • 社會階層과 兒童의 言語表現樣式

        There may he many causes for differing educational achievements among the children of different social classes, but the primary and complex causes may be found in the differences in the linguistic expression of the children in different social classes. Therefore, this study basically assumed that there exists a high correlation between the language of the children and their educational achievements. With this assumption this study attempted to analyse the effects of the family in different social classes upon the linguistic expression of the children, demonstrating the causes of cumulative educational deficits for their educational achievements, and presenting directions for remedial program. This study has selected 26 first grade children of K elementary school in Seoul, and used questionnaires investigating the sources for different social classes, and a picture story, Dokaebi Bangmaengi. The results of this studs are as follows : the language environments in the family of different social classes bring forth different results not only in the number of vocabulary children use, but also in the linguistic structure of the children. That is, the children of middle crass say relatively longer stories, with more vocabularies, longer sentences, and even the uses of adjective and adverbes are much more frequent among the children of middle class. In contrast, the children of working class show frequent uses of incomplete sentences, comparing with middle class. In comprehension of sentences the children of middle class excel. To remedy such linguistic deficiency of working crass childen the author recommends teacher's remedial efforts in providing individual dialogs between teacher and the child, and in expanding opportunities for compensating the deficits in cognitive, psychological and linguistic abilities.

        [논문]보육교사교육원 발전방안에 관한 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to examine suggestions for the contributions and the limitations and development plans of 76 child educare teachers training centers all over the country to enhance the quality of the child educare teachers. 56 staffs from 76 child educare teachers training centers participated in this study. The results of this study summarized in three categories: First, the contributions of the child educare teacher training Center are the providing child educare teachers in the daycare centers and training daycare teachers with various backgrounds-age, academic career and marriage. Second, limitations of the child educare teachers training center are a short-term curriculum and a financial deficiency. Third, development plans for the child educare teachers training center to enhance the quality of the child educare teachers are a reform of educational system, academic credit banking system for training hours, and evaluative-certification system for the child educare teachers training center. 본 연구는 보육교사의 자질과 전문성을 향상시킬 수 있는 보육교사교육원 운영과 발전을 위한 정책수립 과정에서 구체적이고 현실적인 기초 자료수집과 발전방안을 모색하기 위하여, 전국의 76개 보육교사교육원의 전임교수와 행정실무자를 대상으로 보육교사교육원의 가능성과 한계, 보육교사교육원의 발전방안에 대한 의견과 요구를 파악하였다. 본연구의 결과는 크게 세 범주로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 보육교사교육원의 순기능으로서 다양한 배경, 학력, 양육경험을 가진 보육교사를 양성하고 있다. 둘째, 보육교사교육원의 한계는 단기교육과정과 열악한 재정적 토대를 들 수 있다. 셋째, 양질의 보육교사 양성을 위하여 학제개편이나 지원자격의 변화, 학점은행제, 교육원 평가인정제를 들 수 있다.

      • 교육과정의 재개념화를 위한 전환적 모색

        The purpose of the study was to search the theoretical foundations of the curriculum for the turning point. The study was focused on : 1) exploring the characteristics of the conversed viewpoints for the world, human being and knowledge of the new century. 2) establishing the foundational assumptions of the world, human being and knowledge for the re-conceptualizing of the curriculum. Based on the results from exploring the characteristics of the conversed viewpoints, the foundational assumptions of the world, human being and knowledge are established as below : <The foundational assumptions of the world> ㆍThere is an interconnectedness of reality and a fundamental unity in the universe. ㆍThere is an intimate connection between the individual inner or higher self and this unity. ㆍThe universe is more like a thought than a thing. ㆍPurpose is found everywhere within the universe. ㆍThe universe is alive. ㆍThere is an extra-sensory reality. ㆍA coincidence is a meaningful link between different events. ㆍSpontaneous spiritual experiences are the natural expression of the higher-self. ㆍFulfilment is achieved when physiological, safety, belonginess, self-esteem, self-actualization and self-ranscendant needs are satisfied. ㆍThe whole is more than the sum of its parts. <The foundational assumptions of human being> ㆍHuman being can transcend our genetic inheritance and environment. ㆍHuman being are capable of collective or transpersonal awareness. <The foundational assumptions of knowledge> ㆍValue is derived from seeing and realising the interconnectedness of reality.

      • 敎會 建築家 알빈神父와 그의 作品에 관한 硏究

        This article deals with a German church architect, who designed many churchs and other buildings in Korea. He is Rev. Alwin Schmid O.S.B. (1904-1978), who designed more than 70 churchs and 47 common buildings for 17 years (1961-1978) in Korea. He had got great achievement on the history of Korean church architecture, but he had never been known to architectural world. In this article his life and works are inquired, and his idea of church architecture is researched.

      • 丹靑意匠의 配色技法과 調和原理에 관한 硏究

        Studies on color have been neglected in many of the theories on tradition and design in Korean architecture. Although, in an effort to restore old traditional buildings. Some analyses of "Dan Chung" (combination of red and blue-green as the key tone of color) have been executed by someone. Their studies have been limited to the technique of patterns or to the devices for revising its pigments. In consequence, there is no genuine color theory that goes into the principles of traditional color harmony. This thesis tends first of all to consider architectural color design and theory of color harmony. Secondly, to investigate techniques of color design in "Dan Chung". Thirdly to analyse these into "Moon-spencer's" color theory. In consquence of this study, I have proved that the color combinations of "Hwy" (typical figure of "Dan Chung") and "Bit" (gradual tone of color combination)are very excellent in harmony theory.

        임상 진료에서 小兒疾患에 대한 鍼術治療의 현황 연구

        Objectives : This study was performed to evaluate a recent status of acupunctural treatment in pediatric practice. Methods : 660,893 children, who visited HAMSOA oriental clinic from January 2004 to December 2005 was screened to decide the number treated with acupuncture, the diagnosis and the type of acupuncture. In addition, the questionnaire for clinician about acupuncture therapy was performed and analysed to understand their applications. Results : The number treated with acupuncture was 69,797, 10.56%. Classified with ages, 3 months and below was 729 (1.7%), 1 year - 3 months was 5,035 (11.80%), 2 year - 1 year was 6,875 (16.10%), 3 year - 2 year was 5,540 (12.98%), 6 year - 3 year was 12.636 (31.94%) and 6 year and above was 10,876 (25.48%). The most frequent diagnosis taken acupuncture was atopic dermatitis (14.93%) and the next was rhinitis (13.80%). The most frequent type of acupuncture was laser acupuncture. The clinicians answered questionnaire agreed that acupuncture therapy is effective for pediatric disease treatment and fear about acupuncture of young patients was the most important obstacle. Conclusion : The acupuncture therapy in pediatric practice is not so frequent treatment but in increasing stage. Futhermore, in-depth research about acupuncture therapy in pediatrics is demanded.

        구한말 서울 정동의 러시아공사관에 대한 복원적 연구

        Old Russian Legation(1890) has been attracted public attention in terms of politics and foreign affairs than architectural style because of conditions of location and historical incident. Though it was heavily damaged during the Korean war, and only the tower has been restored, it is very important in architectural history in Korea, because it is the oldest western style brick building which is existing with the old bishop's house in Myeong-Dong. But it has been impossible to reveal exactly the original form as there has been few reliable materials(picture, drawing, document) and it's remains were nearly destroyed owing to development of the surroundings. Recently the decisive document(site outline map) was found, and new research on the architect Sabatine was studied. So I can get into close with the original form by the results. In this study, I tried to conjecture the original form of the old Russian legation(the size, style, plan and indoor space, arrangement of attached facilities) and I checked the location and structure of the room where King Gojong stayed when he took refuge, and the use of the passage in the basement.
