The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the Compound Program of Therapeutic Exercise and Therapeutic Massage applied to the patients with Frozen Shoulder by measuring. assessing and analyzing the changes in intensity and unpleasantness of pain and range of motion(ROM). Surveyed from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2004 were 53 patients suffering from Frozen Shoulder. After Compound Program, the intensity and unpleasantness of pain were measured and analyzed by means of VAS-I and VAS-U, while ROM was measured and analyzed by using Goniometer. The major findings from this study are as follows; 1. There was significant decrease in the intensity of pain and unpleasantness of pain after Compound Program(p<.05). 2. There appeared, however, significant increase in ROM after Compound Program(p<.05). 3. From the analysis into chronological changes in ROM before and after Compound Program with repeated measure ANOVA. it became evident that the longer the period of treatment was. the higher the ROM increases drastically. while significant difference was shown in Abduction and in External and Internal Rotation(p<.05). Summed up, it can be generally concluded that Compound Program is an effective treatment to rid the patients with Frozen Shoulder of pains safely and promptly. This study was conducted to determine more accurate impact of Compound Program. From the above outcomes, it was revealed that Compound Program has proven to reduce the pains. exercising huge influence to increase ROM. It is. therefore. suggested to continue and expand the study on the cure of Frozen Shoulder and to motivate patients, orthopedists, physiatrists, physiotherapists, and sports massagists etc. to consider Compound Program as safest and most efficient pain remedy.

1. The fatty acid was composed of C^=1_18 : 47.90%, C^=1_16 : 21.70%, C_16 : 15.79%, C_17 : 4.01%, C^=3_18 : 3.40%, in the above decreasing order. 2. The Triglyceride was composed of CN_31 : 49.23%, CN_22 : 30.07%, CN_44 : 12.21%, CN_30 : 4.82%, in the above decreasing order. The total amount analyzed was 97.78%, and 2.22% could not be analyzed.

The physical and chemical properties and the composition of amino acid in Mullet's roe were investigated by using the gas chromatography and the amino acid analyzer. The results are as follows : 1. Mullet's roe oil has a refractive index of 1.469, a smoke point of 195.0, an iodine value of 121.5, a saponification value of 111.2, an acid value of 15.5 in its physical and chemical properities. As the result, Mullet's roe oil is a semidrying oil and higher unsaturated fatty acid. 2. The content of crude lipid in Mullet's roe is 41.43% and the crude protein content is 40.89%. 3. The composition of fatty acid in Mullet's roe oil identified by the gas chromatography are 23.91% of palmitoleic acid, 15.54% of oleic acid, 8.59% of stearic acid, 7.65% of linoleic acid, 5.68% of palmitic acid, 5.45% of arachidic acid, 3.70% of myristic acid, 1.33% of lauric acid. Except for these compositions, the content which might be expected to be C^=2_16 or C_17 is 28.15%. 4. The total amount of amino acid in Mullet's roe is 37.360mg/100g, in which glutamic acid takes a large part of amino acid and its total amount is 4,780mg/100g, and the content order of different compositions except for glutamic acid is as follows : Leu>Ala>Lys>Pro. 5. The total amount of essential amino acid that occupies 43% of the total amount of amino acid is 15,910mg/100g.

The foodservice management of school-lunch program was studied to certify the fulfillment of it's objectives. One hundred thirtheen primary schools in Taejon and Chungnam province were participated in our survey. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Average cost per meal for each student was 772 won, that was less in central kitchen system. Productivity in terms of meals per worker was also higher in centralized kitchen system. 2. The menu was mostly planned weekly and not cyclic. 3. The dietitian's work covered all 5 parts of material handling duties in conventional system which were described in the school-lunch program laws. However it was mainly concentrated on 2 parts of the food purchase order and of the inspection of delivered foods in co-management and central kitchen systems. 4. Our results indicated that nutrition education in school-lunch program especially in co-management and central kitchen systems was almost neglected. It was stressed that school-lunch program should be extended without omitting its objectives especially nutrition education, which is important for the young.

본 연구의 목적은 초등하교에서 일어나고 있는 집단따돌림의 실태를 분석하고 이러한 실태가 성별, 지역별, 학년 간에 차이가 있는지를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 S시내 2개 초등하교와 전남지역의 농촌 소재 초등학교 4개교 4, 6학년 아동 477명이다. 조사도구는 본 연구자들이 선행연구에 기초하여 구성하였는데 총 10개 문항이며 집단따돌림 피해아동의 실태와 가해 아동의 실태로 구분된다. 친구를 따돌림 해 본 경험은 농촌 아동들이 도시 아동들보다 더 많은 것으로 나타났고 따돌린 이유도 도시와 농촌간에 그리고 성별 간에 차이가 있었다. 따돌림 당한 경험도 도시 아동보다 농촌 아동들이 더 많았고 6학년 보다 4학년이 더 많았다. This study's purpose is that actual condition of primary school's group alienation is analyzed and inquired into sex, regional group, grade. The sample is 477 primary students; fourth, sixth grade's two school in S city and four rural location school in Jeollanamdo. The study's tool is based on the precedent study, and is composed 10 items. These are divided in group alienation between persecutive children and assaultive children. The study's result is that rural children are more alienating experience than urban children. Alienating cause is different from location(rural and urban), sex(men, women). And, rural children are also more alienated experience than urban children. Sixth grade students are more alienated experience than fourth students.
