        컴퓨터 모사기법을 이용한 Michaselis - Menten Kinetic 상수 추정치의 비교 분석

        The Michaelis-Menten equation was fitted to simulated data containing the homoscadastic error from three linear transformations (Lineweaver-Buck, Hanes-Woolf, Woolf-Augustinsson-Hofstee), Cornish- Bowden`s direct linear plot and the method of Wilkinson-Cleland. The best method was those of Wilkinson-Cleland`s. The Lineweaver-Burk plot appeared the worst method. The proper ranges of substrate concentration were different from 6 K_m to 12 K_m, which were dependent on each method. Substrate concentration between 9 and 12 determinations which were even-spaced were adequate.

        측정 초기 속도의 오차가 등분산 정규분포를 가지는 가정 하에서 Michaelis-Menten 상수 $K_m$와 $V_{max}$를 계산하는데 사용하는 직선 변형식 3가지 (Lineweaver-Burk 방법, Hanes-Woolf 방법, Woolf-Augustinsson-Hofstee 방법)와 Cornish-Bowden의 direct linear 방법, Wilkinson-Cleland 방법들을 컴퓨터 모사 기법을 이용하여 정확도와 정도의 측면에서 서로 비교하였다. 그 결과 Wilkinson-Cleland 방법, Cornish-Bowden의 Direct linear 방법, Hanes-Woolf 방법, Woolf-Augustinsson-Hofstee 방법, Lineweaver-Burk 방법의 순서로 우수함을 알았다. 최소 필요 적정 기질농도 수는 9개에서 12개 사이였다. 적정 기질농도 범위는 6 $K_m$에서 12 $K_m$으로 각 방법에 따라 조금씩 차이가 있었다.         서비스 블루프린트 기법을 활용한 도심항공교통 통행시간 절감 요인 분석

        Urban air mobility is emerging as an alternative to solving the congestion problem of urban traffic(road congestion). That very fast and there are fewer restrictions than ground transportation. Therefore, the competitiveness of urban air mobility is the reduction of travel time. However, the time(access time, waiting time, check-in and ticketing time, security checks time etc.) that occurs additionally was not considered. In this paper, a service scenario for urban air mobility was developed to compare and analyze transportation on the ground travel time. The scenarios used in the analysis utilized the Trip chain and there are seven types((1)Airport shuttle bus, (2)railway, (3)ride-sharing, (4)UAM and railway;before the improvement, (5)UAM and ride-sharing;before the improvement, (6)UAM and railway;after the improvement, (7)UAM and ride-sharing;after the improvement). The result show that an integrated transportation service system is needed and the procedures for check-in and ticketing, security checks should be simplified to reduce time. 도심항공교통(UAM: Urban Air Mobility)은 도심 상공을 이용하여 매우 빠른 이동과 함께 지상 교통수단 대비 통행시간 절감을 통해 도심 교통의 혼잡 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 급부상하고 있다. 도심항공교통의 경쟁력은 통행시간이라고 할 수 있으며, 이러한 장점을 극대화하기 위해서는 부가적으로 발생하는 접근시간, 대기시간, 수속 및 보안 검색 시간 등이 최소화 되도록 노력해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 블루프린트를 활용하여 장래 도심항공교통 서비스를 도식화하고, 이 중 통행시간 절감을 위한 이슈 도출과 함께 시나리오 기반으로 기존 수단과의 비교분석을 수행하였다. 시나리오 분석은 출발지(헬리오시티)에서 도착지(인천국제공항 제1여객터미널)까지 이동을 기준으로 수행하였으며, 해당 구간을 통행함에 있어 기존 교통수단(승용차, 대중교통)과 UAM간의 통행시간 차이를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 통행사슬 구조를 활용하여 7개의 시나리오를 작성하였고 작성된 시나리오를 기반으로 통행시간을 산정해 비교하였다. 결과적으로 UAM은 승용차와 같은 개인형 교통수단과 통합, 또는 접근수단과의 연계가 이루어져야 하며, 수속 및 보안 검색을 간소화하여 통행시간이 최소화되어야 함을 확인하였다.

        위험물 운송사고 예방을 위한 안전관리시스템 개발

        The incidents related to transporting hazardous materials may cause serious impacts on neighborhood and surrounding areas. It is essential to have a real-time safe management system for incidents prevention of transporting hazardous materials. Currently, the system is not integrated into one channel, which makes it difficult to control an incidents response. Another problem is that event status is not appropriately shared among authorities having responsibilities taking down the incidents. This paper investigates previous studies covering the real-time safety management system for hazard material transports and suggests an integrated management system that helps communicate effectively and promptly.

        독일어 시제표현의 술어 - 논항구조

        In der vorliegenden Arbeit ist der Begriff der Intension auf die Zeit angewendet worden. Als die Intensionen der Zeit sind die Pr dikat R und E, die eine Teilmenge der Zeit, bzw, eine Teilmenge der Cartesischen Produktmenge der Zeit sind eingef hrt worden. Auf der syntaktischen Ebene fungiert das Pra¨dikat als ho¨heres Pra¨dikat in der generativen Semantik oder als ein Kopf in der GB-Theorie. Dadurch ist das Kompositionalita¨tsprinzip Freges erfu¨llt. Bei Montague wind das Pra¨dikat als Funktionsbegriff aufgefaßt. Dies legt die Extension der Zeit fest. Die 7xitparameter s,r,e als Referent der Zeit sind die Elemente der Teilmenge, und zwar s,r,e z,z. Mit underen Women, die Bedeutung der Zeit, die in den natu¨rlichen Sprachen abgebildet ist, kann mit Hilfe meines Ansatzes in der modelltheoretischen Semantik mengetheoretisch explizit interpretiert werden. Durch die Opeartion der drei Zeitparameter wurde so auch die undurchsichtige Struktur der Zxit gelo¨st.

        증기압 멸균 소독에 의한 치과용 석고의 물성변화

        Gypsum products have potential contamination by infectious human pathogens, which could be transmitted from patient to the gypsum model via impression materials. Therefore disinfection and sterilization of gypsum products are recommended. Steam sterilization: namely autoclaving is widely available in dentistry. The aim of this study was to investigate degradation of mechanical properties for dental gypsum after steam sterilization. The effect of autoclaving on compressive strength, weight loss and dimensional accuracy of specimens of commercial die stone such as Crystal Rock(CR : Maruishi), Die Keen(DK : Columbus Dental), Resin Rock(RR : Whip Mix), Tuff Rock(TR : Talladium) were estimated, and experimental gypsums{(EP) : 0.5wt% accelerator, 0.02wt% retarder, 0.1wt% surface agent, 0.1wt% Poly Vinyl Acetate} were also measured the above properties after autoclaving. For each group, five cylindrical(6㎜ in diameter and 12㎜ long) specimens made with manufactures water:powder ratio. All specimens were dried in oven until reaching the constant mass. After dried, they were autoclaved at 121℃ for 20 minute, dried again. Compressive strength was measured before and after autoclaving using mechanical testing machine at a cross-head speed of 0.5㎜/min. The dimensional accuracy was estimated by length change of specimens with digital caliper before and after autoclaving. For statistical analysis, ANOVA Tukeys Studentized Range(HSD) test and T test were used. Compressive strength and weight were decreased in all samples after autoclaving. There is significant difference between CR, DK and RR, TR in after autoclaving(p<0.05). EP exhibited the highest compressive strength after autoclaving. The weight was significantly decreased in all group except RR after autoclaving(p<0.05). The dimensional accuracy was not significantly increased in all group except CR. As this result, we found that resin-containing dental stone is more appropriate for autoclaving in dentistry.
