근로 장애인의 삶의 질에 관한 비교연구: 서비스업과 제조업 근로 장애인을 대상으로

연구목적: 본연구는 서비스업과 제조업 근로 장애인의 삶의 질을 비교·분석하고 삶의 만족도 간 관계를 파악해 봄으로써 근로 장애인의 삶의 질을 높이는 방안과 정책적 시사점을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 설문조사는 2021년 12월 20일부터 2022년 1월 20일까지 한 달간이며 총 200부의 자기기입방식의 설문지가 서비스업과 제조업 근로 장애인에게 배포되었으며, 138부의 설문이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과: 첫째, 삶의 질은 제조업 근로 장애인이 서비스업 근로 장애인의 삶의 질보다 모두 요인에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었다. 둘째, 물질적안녕과 심리·정서적안녕은 삶의 만족도에유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 현재 국내의 서비스업 근로 장애인의 현실을 그대로 반영해 주고 있어 시급한 개선이 요구된다. 이를 위해 서비스업 근로 장애인의근무시간 확대 방안, 대인관계 개선 관련 교육 프로그램, 업무분장의 세분화 방안, 장애인 자립을도울 수 있는 사내의 시스템 마련의 필요성을 제언하였다.

This Study attempted to analyze job satisfaction degree of the administration staff in Cheju. It was decided to conduct the study in three general hospital in Cheju. A sample of 93 administration staffs was selected to participate in this study from 13 to 14 January, 1993. The result of this study was as follows : 1. In the satisfaction of the work itself, it show the more the average degree of satisfaction. The detail says that male satisfied more than the female, the more the age, the higher the position satisfied more. 2. In the satisfaction of the pay, the male staffs are dissatisfied more than the female staffs, 35-44 years old staffs dissatisfied very much. 3. In the promotion, the female staffs are dissatisfied more than the male staffs, the lower the age, the education dissatisfied so much. 4. In the supervision, the female staffs are dissatisfied more than the male staffs, the more age, the higher the position, and the longer career satisfied more. 5. In the satisfaction of the co-workers with collegues, it show the more the more the average degree of satisfaction. The detail says that female satisfied more than the male, post-graduates are satisfied the most. 6. In the work environment, the male staffs are satisfied more than the female staffs, the more the age, the higher the education, the position satisfied more.

Storage of electrical energy is the most critical aspect of HEV/EV. Therefore, an exact knowledge of the behavior of the battery and further temperature and further electrical storage elements is mandatory. In the present paper an effort is made to optimize a fan-driven air-cooling system for the cycler that is charging/discharging for lithium polymer characteristic test of cell. Improvements are needed in the temperature drop as well as the flow field homogeneity across the cycler to reduce temperature difference. Computational Fluid Dynamic(CFD) analysis was performed using ANSYS to analyze the cooling performance of the cycler. The objective of the design was lower the temperature which has higher temperature than others with maintain the same number of fans and inlet/outlet areas. The results, which showed improvements in both temperature drop and flow field.

The aim of this paper is to examine how rhetorical expressions formed from experience are shown on poems and a novel, expecially “Tract,” “Queen-Ann’s-Lace,” and “Flowers by the Sea” of William Carlos Williams and The Old Man and the Sea of Ernest Hemingway. Williams, who has a long career as a physician as well as a poet, tries to ingeniously invent a totally fresh American form of poetry whose subject matters are focused on common circumstances of everyday life and the lives of ordinary people. Hemingway seeks his style basically shaped in reaction to experience of World War I. This is called the “hard-boiled style” that is economical and understated, with which his literary philosophy has affected existentialism. The two writers show various common points by reacting against the elaborate style of 19th-century writers and creating writings which have a meaning built through simplicity and vitality which can help not only pursue the essential meaning of life, but have also a significant impact on modernist literature representing the 20th century.

규제 수용성의 결정 요인에 관한 경험적 연구

금융감독규제 기관의 금융규제 정책은 직접적인 대상인 금융기관 종사자들의 인식에 커다란 영향을 미친다. 따라서 금융기관 종사자가 금융감독규제 기관을 얼마나 신뢰하는가는 금융규제의 수용성을 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 금융감독규제 기관의 독립성, 책임성, 투명성, 공정성, 전문성이 금융감독규제 기관에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 금융규제의 수용성에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 금융기관 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 분석에 필요한 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 금융감독규제 기관의 독립성, 책임성, 투명성, 공정성, 전문성은 대상기관의 신뢰를 증진시키며, 신뢰는 금융규제의 수용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 금융규제 의 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 보다 분명한 관계를 실증분석했다는 점에서 커다란 의의를 갖는다.

싸이의 <강남스타일>에 나타난 코믹의 특성 연구 - 모롱의 웃음 담론을 활용한 transculturality의 분석을 중심으로 -

There are growing demands on comic entertainment as the realm of mass media art expands. However, comic entertainment has difficulty in acquiring global recognition due to strong cultural locality; a comic phenomenon in one society does not always bring about laughter in another. Therefore, it is remarkable that Psy’s music video Gangnam Style became a great international success. This success proves the possibility of creating comic entertainment that crosses over cultural borders as well as its magnificent influential power when the comic mode raises international responses. The objective of this article is to discover how Gangnam Style succeeded in creating powerful comic effects that appeal all over the world, transcending cultural locality. This article refers to the discourse on the laugher and comics that Charles Mauron developed in his book, Psychocritique Du Genre Comique(Psychocritics of The Comic Genre) to analyze the comic aspects of Gangnam Style. An analysis on the music video reveals the following three important factors. First of all, the background settings in the music video are common municipal places that are omnipresent in the world and lack the cultural locality of any one nation. This spatial anonymity undermines the conditions which can create cultural locality. Second, Gangnam Style creates a dissonance between the ordinary life displayed in the background places and Psy’s acting in his extraordinary costumes and dance style. This gap brings about laughter and magnifies the effect. Third, the sexuality code, which has universal popularity, is combined with comic codes and depicted in caricatures in Gangnam Style. The sexuality combined with the comic code increases the pleasure derived from the exposure to the sexuality alone. These three elements - spatial omnipresence, discord between the background places and the acting of Psy, and the caricatured sexuality – play crucial roles in attaining the amazing international success of Gangnam Style. 대중예술의 영역이 확대되면서 코믹물에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 웃음은 문화적 국지성이 강하기 때문에 글로벌 차원에서 큰 흥행을 이끄는 것이 용이하지 않다. 그런 점에서 싸이의 뮤직 비디오 <강남스타일>의 세계적 흥행은 각별한 의미를 지닌다. 즉, 보편적 호소력을 가진 코믹물을 창조하는 것이 충분히 가능하며 코믹 모드가 글로벌 지형에서 반향을 일으킬 경우 어떤 폭발력을 가지는지 입증해 보여 주었다. 본 연구는 <강남스타일>의 코믹 코드가 어떻게 문화적 국지성의 함정을 피하면서 강력한 코믹의 효과를 창출할 수 있었는지 규명하고자 했다. 코믹의 양상에 대한 분석을 위해서는 샤를르 모롱이 자신의 저서 『희극적 장르의 심리비평』에서 개진한 웃음의 이론을 활용하였다. 본 논문은 뮤직비디오를 시퀀스 별로 나누어 분석한 결과, 크게 세 가지 요인을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 익명성이 강한 도시 공간을 배경으로 설정함으로써 문화적 국지성이 작동할 수 있는 물적 토대를 약화시켰다. 둘째, 공간과 그 속에서 일어나는 주인공 싸이의 행동 사이의 부조화를 극대화시키는 방식으로 웃음의 효과를 증폭시켰다. 셋째, 보편적 흥행 코드인 성적 코드에 코믹 모드를 결합시킴으로써 해방감을 배가시켰다.

들뢰즈/가타리의 기계와 추상기계 개념을 활용한 웃음의 재조명

The major issue of the theory related to the laugh is focused on a question: What is the mechanism of laughing? However, it's true that it's not possible to figure out a general theory that is competent to explain every single case of laughing. It's due to the extreme variety of the phenomena of laughing. This study was motivated by the expectation that we could find out a mechanism covering more cases of laughing than any other theory has been doing, by using the concepts of machine and abstract machine from Deleuze and Guattari. Laughing is divided in two categories: the spontaneous and the factitious. Owing to the concept of abstract machine, this study has succeeded in figuring out the mechanism operating in all kinds of spontaneous laughing. The main issue in the field of culture and arts is spontaneous laughing, not factitious laughing. The abstract machine of laughing drawn through this study would be an effective tool to explore and analyse the phenomena of spontaneous laughing in the cultural and artistic field. 웃음의 본질과 원리를 다루는 담론의 핵심 논제는 ‘웃음을 일으키는 동인은 무엇인가?’하는 문제로 수렴된다. 하지만 웃음의 양상은 너무나 다양하여 웃음의 문제를 총체적으로 다룰 수 있는 담론은 부재한다. 본 논문은 웃음의 동인을 밝히고자 하는 기존의 이론들이 가진 지엽적인 한계를 확장해 보고자 기획되었다. 웃음의 특성상 들뢰즈와 가타리가 창안한 기계와 추상기계의 개념을 활용한다면 보다 원초적인 차원에서 웃음의 원리를 파악할 수 있으리라는 판단에 따라 웃음의 추상기계를 도출해 보았다. 웃음에는 자연발생적인 웃음과 그렇지 않은 웃음, 즉 인위적인 억지웃음이 있다. 본 논문에서 도출한 웃음의 추상기계는 적어도 자연발생적인 웃음에 대하여 보편적 유효성을 갖는 웃음의 메커니즘을 나타내는 다이어그램이다. 문화예술 분야에서 이슈가 되는 웃음은 주로 자연발생적인 웃음이다. 뿐만 아니라 최근 들어 각광받는 힐링의 웃음도 자연발생적인 웃음이다. 따라서 본 논문에서 도출한 웃음의 추상기계는 문화예술 분야의 웃음 현상을 사유하고 분석하는 데 유용한 도구가 되리라 기대한다.
