본 小考는 김영식·박우영(2003)의 다부문 소규모 개방경제 실물경기변동모형에 국제이자율 수준에서의 海外借入(foreign borrowing)을 명시적으로 도입한 뒤, 산업부문별 총요소생산성 충격, 교역조건 충격 및 수출수요 충격이 산업연관성의 波及過程(propagation mechanism)을 통해 우리나라 제조업부문의 變動性(volatility)과 산업부문간 同調性(comovement)을 얼마나 설명할 수 있는가를 평가한다. 우선 모형에서 도출된 제조업 전체의 산출량과 고용의 변동성은 대체적으로 우리나라 제조업의 변동성과 일치하고, 투자의 경우는 실제보다 크게 나타났다. 한편 제조업 전체의 고용과 투자는 총 산출량과 양의 상관계수를 나타내며 산업부문 간 동조성은 그 크기가 실제 보다 다소 작게 나타나지만 대체적으로 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 동조성은 개별산업 간 중간재 및 투자재의 투입산출관계에 기초한 産業聯關性(intersectoral linkages)에 기인한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of deposition configuration on the mechanical properties of the flame sprayed titania ceramic coating. The sprayed deposition configuration was made in different five types with titania ceramic and Ni-base alloy on the mild steel substrate. The composite coating exhibited superior mechanical properties such as hardness, adhesive strength, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance, whereas the mixed coating proved to be more resistant to erosion. Especially graded coating, which consist of Ni-base alloy undercost, intermediate grade coat and titania ceramic overcost, showed excellent mechanical properties.

The purpose of this investigation is to examine the effects of spraying conditions on the mechanical properties of flame-sprayed titania ceramic coating layer. Titania ceramic was sprayed onto the mild steel substrate under the various spraying conditions. Spraying distances were 100, 150, 200, 250mm respectively and pinch air pressures were 0.2 0.3, 0.4 MPa at each spraying distance. The mechanical properties such as microhardness, adhesive strength and erosion wear resistance were tested for the specimens sprayed under the various spraying conditions above mentioned. The optimum operational conditions obtained through the experimental results were 150mm of spraying distance and 0.3 MPa of pinch air pressure.

앞으로 정보화사회는 기존의 매체에 다른 매체들과 통신이 어우러진 복합적인 양상을 보이고 있고 수용자도 수동적인 매체접촉형태에서 능동적이고 적극적인 접촉형태를 보여주고 있다. 특히 정보화시대에 주목받는 뉴미디어 중에서 케이블 텔레비전은 수용자의 폭넓은 채널선택과 지방자치시대에 지역성을 실현할 수 있는 매체로 손꼽고 있다. 따라서 정보화시대에 케이블 텔레비전의 역할과 정보화 사회로 인한 사회변화를 살펴보고자 한다.

Systemic antifungal therapy is essential to cure onychomycosis but when used alone, its complete cure rate is less than 50%. Therefore, combination therapy is preferred to achieve higher cure rate of onychomycosis, especially severely infected onychomycosis. For effective treatment of onychomycosis,it is important how antifungal agents reach causative fungi in the nail lesion. If there are dermatophytoma or onycholysis, biofilms and space may disturb antifungal agent to reach the fungi in the nail lesion. If direct antifungal solution is applied to the space, it can be spread with capillary action to the space and fungi. A 57-year old male patient presented onychomycosis with infected nail matrix and dermatophytoma,which had recurred after combination therapy of oral and topical antifungal agents before. He had been treated with subungual antifungal solution added to systemic terbinafine (250 mg/day) and amorolfine nail lacquer for initial 3 months, and with subungual antifungal solution and nail lacquer for the next 4months, and nail lacquer only for the rest period. After 3 months treatment, totally involved left great toe nail showed 50% of normal healthy nail growing from the proximal nail fold. His infected nails eventually showed complete normal nails 1 year after the initial treatment.

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a noninvasive technique for microscopic investigation of tissue. We thought that the OCT method could be a potential tool for monitoring the healing process of a tendon. In this study we used two rat models, denervated and non-denervated groups, to observe a variety of healingphases of Achilles tendon (AT) injury. We made samples of AT injury lesions, to take OCT images andto make histopathological samples of serial sectional tissue. In an OCT image the denervated rat showedno specific finding, but the non-denervated rat showed a large defect lesion that was scaffolding tissue. OCT findings combined with pathologic findings showed advantages in visualization of tendon microstructureover other imaging modalities such as MRI and US, and OCT is beneficial to making a treatment plan,especially the timing and intensity of rehabilitation. Therefore a multimodal platform using OCT forevaluation of tendon injury may be potentially useful for many applications
