In the 21st century knowledge-and-information-oriented age, individual diversity is emphasized, and information acquisition and consumption levels are heightened. This trend of the times refuses to accept the mass production system centering around the competition in price. In consequence, inevitably does come the age of value created in which quality goods are produced by the multikind and small quantitiy production system. Design along with information and communication as 21st century knowledge-based business is gaining ground as a main factor national competitiveness is dependent upon in this age. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the process and realities of the establishment of a firm specialized in venture design, both one of knowledge-based business and one factor which decides whether in the knowledge-and-information-oriented age, the millennium, our country will gain ground as one of the leading countries in the world or it will set in the west just like the twilight of the 20th century, and try to pave the way to promote the establishment of design venture required by this age. In a knowledge-based economic society, working methods are more important than working hours, and technical knowledge is more important than general knowledge. Desire for self-achievement is to be stronger than unilateral sense of loyalty to an organization. For the country in which there are many men of great originality who can enhance value added through incessant self-improvement, self-development and self -reformation can secure competitiveness among nations in the upcoming century.

The radiative capture theory for both resonant and non-resonant reactions has been developed, which would be even applied to the system with a deformed target having a collective motion. Various radiative capture reactions could be analyzed in terms of the direct radiative capture theory developed, giving the astrophysical S factor, the differential cross sections of emitted gamma rays and life time of compound states. The calculated branching ratio, mixing ratio, capture rates and anisotropy also give informations about the structure of resonant and bound state of residual nucleus.

In the present thesis, measurements are performed to estimate and develop the numerical simulation for string turbulent mixing of symmetric and asymmetric flows in a two dumensional channel. The incompressible elliptic equations of vorticity and stream function will be solved numerically together with auxiliary equations of turbulence. The finite difference equations are integrated by the iterative use of TDMA combined with the wall function method. Flow properties computed by using the two-equation model and the Reynolds stress equation model will be compared with the experimental results.

In this study. Exponential distribution parameter was estimated by MOM(Method of Moments), PWM(Method of Probability Weighted Moments), MLE(Method of Maximum Likelihood Estimation), ENT(Method of Entropy) and LEAS(Method of Least Squares) for Monte Carlo generated samples. The performance of these estimators was statistically compared, with the objective of identifying the most robust estimator from amongst them.

And the future prospects of construction safety research were analyzed with the latest news articles.
폐열을 이용하여 냉온수를 동시에 제조하는 LiBr/H₂O계 흡수식 사이클의 성능해석

The purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of the coefficient of performance (COP) of the LiBr/H₂O absorption cycle with simultaneous production for hot water and cold water utilizing waste heat. In this paper, the absorption cycle is based on the principle of LiBr/H₂O solution and a triple-stage cycle. Computer simulation models for absorption cycle components are described by using heat-balance, mass-balance, transfer rate equations. The performance of the absorption cycle was investigated through computer cycle simulation to obtain the cycle characteristics depending on inlet conditions, i.e., solution circulation ratio at low-pressure, refrigerant distribution ratio, weak solution flow rate, cooling water temperature, waste hot water temperature, and the chilled water temperature, efficiencies solution heat exchangers, cooling water and chilled water mass flow rate. The absorption cycle dirven by waste hot water is simulated, and the performance of cycle at various operating predicted.
국어 초분절음소에 대한 역사적 고찰 : 개화기 이후를 중심으로

The term `tone` refers to the use of pitch as one of the features that determine the lexical meaning of a world. Languages that make use of this device are called `tone language`. In such languages, every syllable may be associated with a distinctive tone, or the domain of the pitch pattern may be more extensive. There are languages in which the contrastive pitch pattern has a disyllabic sequence as its domain, and others in which the pattern is distributed over the whole word. Common contrasts include high vs. low tone, and rising vs. falling tone; sustained level tones are also found. `high` and `low` are relative terms: `contour tones`(such as rising, falling, and level) can be identified upon inspection. However, whether a tone is to be considered high or low depends at least on other factors, e.g. the pitch range of the speaker and the position of a word within an utterance. As you know, the fact that Korean was a tone language during the period of Late Middle Korean(15-16c) is well attested by many old texts such as `Hunminchongum (訓民正音), Hunmin chongum onhae(訓民正音 諺解), Hunmong chahoe (訓蒙字會), etc. which have explicit tone markings and annotations about their phonetic realization. However, Korean as a member of Altaic languages seems to have acquired a tonal system posteriorly at a certain point in its recent history. It is likely that Korean was a tone language at the latest from the period of Old Korean, because the latter is a direct ancestor of the present Kyongsang dialect which is still apparently tonal. Here the writer wants to survey the description of this one in those grammatical essays, or texts in the early half of this century as objectively as possible.

It is said that the ability of writing is so important in the intelligent life that the education of the writing skill started from the early period of primary school until the tertiary educational level consecutively. But in reality the result is not so good in comparison with the emphasis, I think. In this paper, I hope, the screening of the history of writing system in Korea briefly and the orthographic aspect of contemporary Korean should be analyzed in detail. The reason is that from this year the government adapted a new revised version of Hangul spelling system for public use, and to know it exactly is the essential foundation of writing. Though its spirit and system and other things are very similar to the preceding one, there are truly some changes in its fasion of description, the scope of some phonological rule and the classification of linguistic materials. Theoretically the relation between conventional spelling and phonological representation is very close and conventional spelling, a highly effective system for a wide range of geographical or social dialects, it is asserted.
