김용구,이상진,황지현,엄기수 한국경영공학회 2019 한국경영공학회지 Vol.24 No.4
This study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship, organizational grit, and management performance in a rapidly changing business environment with trade disputes and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The study was conducted in the form of a questionnaire and was based on data collected by 445 workers of Korean SMEs. The results show that proactiveness and risk-taking of entrepreneurship positively impact the consistency of interests in organizational grit, and innovativeness and proactiveness of entrepreneurship positively impact the perseverance of effort in organizational grit. proactiveness has a positive impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of management performance. In addition, the perseverance of effort in organizational grit has been proven to have a positive impact on the financial performance of management performance.
주요우울증에서 사이토카인-세로토닌 상호작용에 의한 신경변성 가설

A growing body of evidence suggests that major depression is associated with increased productions of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-l, IL-6, IL-12 or TNF-alpha and increased concentrations of prostaglandin E2 and negative-regulatory cytokines such as IL-4 or IL-10. In major depression, interactions among brain 5-HT levels, the activity of its autoreceptors, and that of postsynaptic receptors play a critical role in mood changes and depression. Recently, the link between cytokines and serotonergic turnover has been explored. Cytokines such as IL-l, IL-2 and IFN-gamma reduce the production of 5-HT by stimulating the activity of indo1eamine-2,3 dioxygenase (IDO), an enzyme which convert tryptophan, the precursor of 5-HT to kynurenine. The kynurenine is metabolized into quinolinic acid (quinolinate) and kynurenic acid (kynurenate), an excitotoxic NMDA receptor agonist and the antagonist of three ionotropic excitotatory aminoacid receptors, respectively. The Cytokine-serotonin interaction through IDO that leads to the challenge between quinolinate and kynurenate in the brain may finally induce the neurodegeneration in depression. The neurodegeneration hypothesis of depression can explain how people cope with psychological or physical stress at different stages according to severity and duration of stress and why major depression develops.
Bayesian diffusion process models with time-varying parameters
김용구,강석복,L. Mark Berliner 한국통계학회 2012 Journal of the Korean Statistical Society Vol.41 No.1
The diffusion process is a widely used statistical model for many natural dynamic phenomena but its inference is very complicated because complete data describing the diffusion sample path is not necessarily available. In addition, data is often collected with substantial uncertainty and it is not uncommon to have missing observations. Thus, the observed process will be discrete over a finite time period and the marginal likelihood given by this discrete data is not always available. In this paper, we consider a class of nonstationary diffusion process models with not only the measurement error but also discretely timevarying parameters which are modeled via a state space model. Hierarchical Bayesian inference for such a diffusion process model with time-varying parameters is applied to financial data.
한국판 Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale의 임상적 적용
김용구,허지원,김계현,오강섭,신영철 大韓神經精神醫學會 2008 신경정신의학 Vol.47 No.1
Objectives : The EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) is a lO-items self-report scale designed as a specific instmment to detect postnatal depression by Cox et al. (1987). This study was to determine the optimal cut-offpoint ofthe K-EPDS for postpartum depression in Korea. Methods : The 239 pregnant women assessed their own psychiatric features with the Korean version of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (K.-EPDS), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS) at 6 months ofpregnancy, 1 week after delivery, and 6 weeks after delivery. Subjects above 9 points of K-EPDS at 6 week after delivery were interviewed with Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I Disorders (SCID-I) to confirm postpartum depression. Results : The prevalence of postpartum depression was 12.6% (30/239 pregnant women) in our study. The total scores of K-EPDS at 6 weeks after delivery were higher significantly than those of nonnal group. The score gap of K-EPDS between the depressed pregnant group and the normal pregnant group was increased after the delivery. However, there were no differences in the epidemiological characteristics and the BDI scores at 6 weeks after delivery between groups. Using the AUC (area under the curve), the optimal point to assess the postpartum depression was revealed as 6 weeks after delivery (AUC=85.8%) or 24 weeks of pregnancy (83.7%). The cut-offpoint of K-EPDS to detect postpartum depression among pregnant women was 9/10score of K-EPDS (AUC= 81.8%). Conclusion : In the K-EPDS, cut-off score of 9/10 was optimal to assess the postpartum depression, and K-EPDS at 6 weeks of delivery was more useful than any other point of time. K-EPDS administrated during pregnancy may be a useful tool to find the vulnerability on the postpartum depression.
한국어판 정신분열병의 캘거리 우울증 척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구
김용구,원성두,이경민,최현석,장홍석,이분희,한창수 大韓神經精神醫學會 2005 신경정신의학 Vol.44 No.4
Objectives : This study was performed to standardize the Korean Version of Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia (K-CDSS), a semi-structured interview scale to assess depression in schizophrenia patients and to determine the psychometric properties and clinical utility of the K-CDSS. Mcthods : Sixty-one patients diagnosed as schizophrenia by DSM-IV criteria were recruited in this study. Then, the patients were interviewed using the Structure Clinical Interview for DSM-IV (SCID) by a trained psychologist. Subsequently, the K-CDSS, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS), Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) and Simpson Angus Rating Scale (SAS) were administered by a psychiatrist. Lastly, the K-CDSS was re-assessed by a second independent rater without any previous information of patients to confirm the inter-rater reliability. Results : The internal consistency using Cronbach's a was 0.852. Inter-rater reliability using Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for single items and for sum score were 0.659-0.889 and 0.963, respectively. K-CDSS was assessed by a second Factor analysis and ROC (receiver operating characteristic) curve analysis were conducted. The factor analysis revealed a single factor that accounted for 53.7% of the total variance, suggesting that the uni-dimensional structure of the K-CDSS may be retained. In addition, K-CDSS showed a good convergent validity with very strong correlations with HDRS (r=0.75) and MADRS (r-=0.81), respectively. However, K-CDSS was not correlated with PANSS-positive, PANSS-negative and SAS, demonstrating its satisfactory discriminant validity. The area under the ROC curve was 0.968 (standard error=0.036, P<.001). With a cut-off point of 8, the K-CDSS had a sensitivity 83.3%, specificity 97.9%, positive predictive value 90.9% and negative predictive value 95.8%. Conulusion : K-CDSS is considered as a short and valid tool to identify depressive symptoms in schizophrenia.
