The political problems of our society were operating with the traditiona value after modernity. Therefore, I think especially the modern Korean political Idea was considerated in the comparative study with Dong-Hak movement, one of the traditional Idea. It is to understand that Dong-Hak movement succeeded traditional worth of Confucianism, Buddism and Taoism. Then, It goes also toward Nationalism and Democracy in the moder meaning. Because Our Country should overcome the challenge of Communism, I criticized the marxism in comparion with the idealism of Dong-Hak and materialism of Marx. The Dong-Hak was conscious of the History Providence. It succeeded the services for the SkyGod in the Sam-Han dynasty and History Providence at the Confucianism. Otherwise, it appears especially like the Origin of democracy more progressive ideology than the traditional Providence Ideology. Then, I examined the origin of modern democracy into the Dong-Hak movement and studied about dissimilarity in comparison with western natural rights of man and providence Ideaology of Dong-Hak . According to the result, We understood the Providence Ideology of Dong-Hak is analogous to western natural rights of man. But Dong-Hak movement cannot overcome to the restriction of social existence in accordance with succeeding the traditionalism. It starts into the restriction of feudalism in the Dong-Hak formation time in 1860 year. Because the formation of Ideology man is equal to the Heavens does not take long time after Dong-Hak civil war, I felt the Dong-hak could not developed something like the western social contracts. In otherwise, Dong-Hak assess to the Origins of modern Korean nationalism and national Preservation . But Dong-Hak movement became the subject of the social man of Position. Therefore, naturally Dong-Hak Movement was short of the vision in the interior and abroad them-selves and looked in the limitation of modernization.

한의학적 치료법으로 호전된 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 영상의학적 변화

Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the evolution of lumbar disc herniation in patients treated with oriental medicine. Methods: 14patients(15 cases) with lumbar disc herniation proved at MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging) underwent a follow-up MRI study. Follow-up MRI was performed $4{\sim}14$months(mean 7 months) after initial MRI. Results & Conclusions: 1. 13 cases(87%) had reduction of disc herniation. 1 showed no change in amount of disc herniation. 1 had an increase in disc herniation. 2. Comparison initial MRI with follow-up MRI showed that 2 of the herniations decreased between 0% and 25%, 3 decreased between 25% and 50%, 5 decreased between 50% and 75%, 3 decreased between 75% and 100%. The size of the herniation decreased on average by 49% in 14patients(15 cases). 3. On axial images, the proportion of the cross-sectional area of the spinal canal occupied by the herniated disc was 54.41% on the average on the initial scan, 29.65% on the follow-up scan.

요약이 논문의 목적은 아리스토텔레스적 덕이론에 대한 자유주의적 비판을 검토하고, 자유주의 사회에서 왜 아리스토텔레스적 덕이론이 요청되는가를 논의하기 위한 것이다. 아리스토텔례스적 덕이론에 대한 자유주의자의 표준적 비판은 아리스토텔래스적 목적적 인간선 개념이 자유주의 사회의 도덕적 다양성과 대럽에 대한 다원주의적 신념과 상반되는 도덕적, 정치적 일원주의를 수반한다는 것이다. 이에 대해 아리스토텔레스적 덕이른은 그들의 이론은 인간적 선에 대한 다양한 견해, 도덕적 대립을 용인하며, 이러한다양성과 대립을 다루기 위해서, 사회내 이미 존재하는 인간적 선의 존재를 가정할 뿐이라고 응답한다. 인간적 선의 가정과 도덕적 다양성은 양립가능하다. 오히려 우려해야할 것은 자유주의 사회의 일원주의적 경향이다. 현실은 자유주의 사회를 명가하고, 위기를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 공동체의 건설의 지침이 되는 표준의 대안을 시사하는 도덕언어를 요청한다. 아리스토델레스적 덕이론은 이러한 도덕언어를 제공한다.Abstract This essay is aimed to examining the typical liberal objection to Aristotelian virtue theory, and explaining why Aristotelian virtue theory is required in liberal society. Liberal standard objection to Aristotelian virtue theory is that Aristotelian Ideological concept of human good entails a kind of political, moral monism, inconsistant with moral diversity and moral conflicts in liberal society. Aristotelian vitue theorists respond that Aristotelian theory approves of different views of human good and moral conflicts, and supposes the existence of human good that there are already, in order to deal with moral diversity and moral conflicts. The supposition of the existence of human good is compatable with moral diversity. On the contrary, we ought to be anxious about the propensity of a kind of monism in liberal socity. We need a set of moral languages which suggest a alternative of the standard assessing libral society, and fuctioning as a guidance for constructioning a new community which is able to overcome our crisis. Aristotelian virtue theory is able to offer such moral languages.

전극 표면의 거칠기가 펜터신/전극 경계면의 전류-전압 특성에 주는 영향

금속 전극 위에 유기물 채널을 증착하여 만드는 바닥 전극 구조의 유기물 박막 트랜지스터에서 전극 표면이 거친 정도에 따라 전하 주입이 어떻게 달라지는지 조사했다. 금 전극을 실리콘 기판에 증착하고, 가열하여 금 전극 표면을 거칠게 만들었다. 그리고 펜터신과 상부 전극으로 사용할 금 전극을 차례대로 증착하여 금 전극/펜터신/금 전극 구조를 만들었다. 펜터신 증착 초기에는 거친 금 전극 위에서 펜터신 증착핵이 더 많이 보였지만, 막이 두꺼워지면 가열되지 않은 전극과 가열로 거칠어진 전극에서 펜터신 표면 모양에 차이가 거의 없었다. 온도를 바꾸면서 측정한 전류-전압 곡선은 바닥 전극의 표면이 거칠수록 바닥계면의 전위장벽이 높음을 보여주었다. 이 현상은 금속 표면이 거칠수록 일함수가 낮아지며 펜터신과 거친 전극 표면의 경계에 전하 트랩이 더 많기 때문으로 생각된다. We investigated how the surface roughness of electrode affects the charge injection at the pentacene/Au interface. After depositing Au film on the Si substrate by sputtering, we annealed the sample to control the Au surface roughness. Pentacene and Au top electrode were subsequently deposited to complete the sample. The nucleation density of pentacene was slightly higher on the rougher Au electrode, but surface morphologies of thick pentacene films were similar on both the as-prepared and the roughened Au electrodes. The current-voltage curves obtained from the Au/pentacene/Au structure measured as a function of temperature indicated that the interface barrier was higher for the rougher Au bottom-electrode. We propose that the higher barrier was caused by the lower work function of rougher electrode surface and the higher trap density at the interface.

Unions, Health and Safety Committees, and Workplace Accidents in the Korean Manufacturing Sector

Background: Despite the declining trend of workplace accidents in Republic of Korea, its level is still quite high compared with that in other developed countries. Factors that are responsible for high workplace accidents have not been well documented in Republic of Korea. The main purpose of this paper is to estimate the effects of unions and health and safety committees on workplace accidents in Korean manufacturing firms. We also allow for the interactions between unions and health and safety committees in the analysis. The results obtained in this paper will not only contribute to the literature in this field, but might also be useful for employers and worker representatives who are trying to find an effective way to reduce workplace accidents. Methods: This paper utilizes the 2012 Occupational Safety and Health Trend Survey data, which is a unique data set providing information on workplace injuries and illness as well as other characteristics of participatory firms, representative of the manufacturing industry in Republic of Korea. Results: In estimating the effects of unions and health and safety committees, we build a negative binomial regression model in which the interactions between unions and health and safety committees are permissible in reducing workplace accidents. Conclusion: Health and safety committees were found to reduce the incidence of accidents whereas unionized establishments have higher incidence of accidents than nonunionized establishments.We also found that health and safety committees can more effectively reduce accidents in nonunionized establishments. By contrast, nonexclusive joint committees can more effectively reduce accidents in unionized establishments.
