        植民地朝鮮においては, 早くから邦字紙, 現地語紙などを問わず, 言論媒體としての新聞が存在したことは, よく知られている. 本硏究はそのなかでも, 特に植民地朝鮮における新聞と總督府との關係, そして植民地統治に新聞が果たした役割, さらに植民地住民(日本人, 被植民地人)と新聞との關係などについて, 『京城日報』を中心に分析を行った。 1906年9月1日に朝鮮統監府の機關紙として創刊された『京城日報』は, 當時の台灣總督府機關紙であった『台灣日日新報』(1898年3月創刊), 滿洲鐵道會社の機關紙『滿洲日日新聞』(1907年11月3日創刊)とともに, 太平洋戰爭中の日本帝國の三大植民地新聞として, 日本の對アジア侵略政策の道具として利用された新聞である. 總督府機關紙として植民地統治に大きな役割を果たしたとされる『京城日報』は, いままで朝鮮民族の民族文化抹殺政策を先導していたという理由から, この新聞に關する硏究がそれほど重要視されなかったことは事實である. さらに, 朝鮮總督府のいわゆる植民統治と關連して, 本文でに言及した總督府の統治方針と, 新聞との關係を解明することは, これまであまり取り組まれておらず, 本硏究の一番の意義として, 非常に重要であると考える. 本硏究は『京城日報』の創刊とその背景, そしてその役割を分析し, 日本が植民地朝鮮を統治するために『京城日報』をいかに利用したかを見ることにした. ことに, 齋藤實總督時代の文化政策と關連して, いかなる關係を維持していたかを副島道正社長時代を中心に分析を行ったのが主な內容である.

        1990년대 미국의 지방신문과 TV를 중심으로 퍼블릭 저널리즘 또는 시민 저널리즘(Civic Journalism)라고 불리우는 운동이 널리 전개되고 있다. 이들 보도기관들은 독자나 시청자의 목소리에 주의를 기우려, 시민의 목소리에 기초하여 보도에 관한 아젠다를 정하고 그에 따라 보도를 하려고 하는 것이다. 그들은 사실이나 감추어진 문제를 단지 보도하는 것만이 아니고, 독자와 시청자들에게 대하여 적극적으로 문제해결을 위한 노력에 참가하도록 호소하고 있다. 이러한 운동의 배경에는 현재 미국의 저널리즘이 원활하게 그 기능을 발휘하지 못하고 있지 않는가 하는 염려에서 비롯된 것이다. 저널리즘이 그 기능을 다하지 못하고 있기 때문에 시민들이 공공의 문제에 등을 돌리고 있으며, 미디어가 시민들로부터 멀어지고 시민들을 민주주의에 참여시키는 촉매로서의 기능을 상실하고 있지는 않는가 하는 염려이다. 퍼블릭 저널리즘은 저널리스트와 시민을 새로이 연결시키고 시민들간의 대화를 소생기킴으로써 민주주의를 활성화시키려는 저널리스트들의 노력이라고 이 운동의 주차자들은 주장하고 있다. 물론 미국의 모든 저널리스트들이 이러한 생각에 동의하고 있는 것은 아니다. 오히려 미국 유력 미디어의 저널리스트들은 퍼블릭 저널리즘에 대해 비판적인 자세를 보이고 있다. 이 연구는 1990년대의 미국 저널리즘에 있어서 미디어의 역할을 둘러싼 퍼블릭 저널리즘에 대한 논쟁을 중심으로 다루고 있다. In 1990s, a new trend in journalism so called Civic Journalism or Public Journalism has been introduced through local newspapers and TV networks in the States. They set an agenda for news reports which pays attention to their audiences, and they are to follow the agenda for their news report. They are not just to limit their report on revealing a fact, but also to force their audiences to participate the problem solution process. In 1990s, a new trend in journalism so called Civic Journalism or Public Journalism has been introduced through local newspapers and TV networks in the states. They set an agenda for news reports which pays attention to their audiences, and they are to follow the agenda for their news report. They are not just to limit their report on revealing a fact, but also to force their audiences to participate the problem solution process. The reason of this is mainly caused by the concern about the function of American press. The concern is the press doesn't work enough to fulfill their role, and people are getting away from the press, and as the result, the press lose their roleto meditate people to participate the American democracy. They say Public Journalism is the effort of the journalist which is to connect the people with the journalists and to activate by reviving the communication between people. Of course, there are opposite opinion on this new trend. The major journalists in America criticize the new trend. This study is mainly focused on the controversies on the role of media in relation with the Public Journalism.

        Type 316L(N) 스테인리스 강의 최적질소함량 평가

        Tensile, fatigue, creep-fatigue, creep tests were conducted at R.T.∼600℃ to evaluate the effect of nitrogen on mechanical properties and the optimum nitrogen content for type 316L(N) stainless steel containing the different nitrogen content from 0.04% to 0.15%. Tensile strength decreased with temperature and increased with the addition of nitrogen but elongation was not decreased with the addition of nitrogen. Fatigue life was almost same up to 300℃ and decreased drastically at 600℃. Fatigue life increased with the addition of nitrogen but decreased at above 0.10% nitrogen content. Fatigue crack propagation increased with temperature, decreased with the addition of nitrogen, and increased at above 0.10% nitrogen content. The time to rupture for creep increased with the addition of nitrogen and saturated at above 0.10% nitrogen content. Minimum creep rate of creep decreased with the addition of nitrogen. Creep-fatigue life increased with the addition of nitrogen but decreased at above 0.10% nitrogen content. Mechanical properties were improved up to 0.10% nitrogen content but saturated or decreased at above 0.10% nitrogen content. The optimum nitrogen content for the high temperature mechanical properties of type 316L(N) stainless steel was evaluated as 0.10% in the 0.02% carbon content.

        호텔조리종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job stress of hotel culinary employee on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted and 233 respondents were used as final analysis data. The result of first hypothesis test shown that the job stress of a hotel culinary employee effect on job satisfaction. The reusult of second hypothesis test shown that the job satisfaction of hotel culinary employee had a significant effect on organizational commitment. In the third hypothesis test found that the job stress of hotel culinary employee did not have a significant effect on the organizational commitment. This study analyzed how the job stress of hotel culinary employees affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on these results, useful information was provided to set the direction for job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment especially for hotel culinary employees.

        316(LN)스테인리스강의 열피로 특성에 미치는 질소의 영향

        Three different fatigue tests for 316 and 316LN stainless steels were conducted at RT, 600℃ and Ast= 1% for low cycle fatigue, at 200~400℃, 300~600℃ and Δε_(t) = 0% for thermal fatigue, and at 300~600℃ and Δε_(t) = 2% for thermomechanical fatigue. Low cycle, thermal and thermomechanical fatigue lives increased with the addition of nitrogen. Low cycle, thermal fatigue strength was increased but thermomechanical fatigue strength was almost same with the addition of nitrogen. Thermal fatigue life was decreased but thermal fatigue strength was increased at the higher temperature range. Thermomechanical fatigue life of in-phase was longer than that of out-of-phase. Fracture mode was transgranular for all tests. (Received September 3, 2004)

        갑상선 내 갑상설관낭종 1례

        An intrathyroid thyroglossal duct cyst (TGDC) presented as an anterior neck mass in a 62-year-old male without history of prior thyroid disease or infection. This cyst was clinically indistinguishable from a thyroid nodule. In addition to that, fine needle aspiration cytology revealed normal–looking squamous cells. Diagnosis, work-up, management approach, and treatment of intrathyroid TGDC are discussed as well as distinguishing features between intrathyrod TGDC with tract and without tract. This is the very rare case of intrathyroid TGDC in Korean population and the possibility of intrathyroid TGDC should remain in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodule.
