        원통형 복합재료 압력 용기의 기계적 물성 평가를 위한 세그먼트 형링 버스트 시험 방법 분석

        복합재료는 높은 비 강성 및 비 강도 특성으로 인해 기체 혹은 액체 연료를 저장하기 위한 압력 용기의 설계 및 제작에 널리 활용되고 있다. 이에 따라, 압력용기의 파열압력 또는 파단 변형률의 기계적 특성의 보다 정확한 측정은 상용화 전에 필수적 요소이다. 그러나, 기존의 시험방법을 활용한 복합재료 압력 용기의 안전성 검증은 하중 전달 매체의 변형으로 인한 추가적인 에너지 손실의 발생과, 불필요한 하중 및 모멘트의 발생 등의 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수직기둥의 이론적인 하중전달 정도와 적용 가능한 수직방향 변위를 고려하여 세그먼트형 링 버스트 시험장치를 설계하였다. 또한, 세그먼트 형 링 버스트 시험장치의 균일한 압력분포를 검증하기 위해 수치해석을 활용하였고, 수압 시험방법과 링 시편의 원주방향 응력 및 변형률 분포를 비교하였다. 복합재료 압력용기의 파괴 거동을 모사하기 위해 Hashin 파손 기준을 적용하였고, 실험적으로 파단 변형률을 측정하여 이를 수치해석 결과와 비교하였다. Composite materials have been widely applied for fabricating pressure vessels used for storing gaseous and liquid fuel because of their high specific stiffness and specific strength. Accordingly, the accurate measurement of their mechanical property, particularly the burst pressure or fracture strain, is essential prior to the commercial release. However, verification of the safety of composite pressure vessels using conventional test methods poses some limitations because it may lead to the deformation of the load transferring media or provoke an additional energy loss that cannot be ignored. Therefore, in this study, the segment-type ring burst test device was designed considering the theoretical load transferring ratio and applicable displacement of the vertical column. Moreover, to verifying the uniform distribution of pressure of the segment type ring burst test device, the hoop stress and strain distribution of ring specimens were compared with that of the hydraulic pressure test method via FEM. To conduct a simulation of the fracture behavior of the composite pressure vessel, a Hashin failure criterion was applied to the ring specimen. Furthermore, the fracture strain was also measured from the experiment and compared with that of the result from the FEM.

        Corrugated stainless-steel membranes have been used to reduce thermal stress at cryogenic temperature as the primary barrier for LNG containment systems to contain the cargo of LNG. As the capacity of LNG cargo increases, failure of the corrugated stainless-steel membranes in the form of buckling and collapsing can be occurred due to increased sloshing pressure of the LNG cargo. The failure of the primary barrier results in LNG leakage, which lead to tremendous economic loss. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the pressure-resisting capability of the corrugated structure of the primary membrane accurately. In this work, metal forming analysis by using a finite element method was performed to calculate residual stress generated during the fabrication of the corrugated structure. Thereafter, the pressure-resisting capability was evaluated by considering the result of forming analysis. To verify the numerical results, a testing device was developed to measure the pressure-resisting capability of the corrugated structure and the experimental results are compared with the numerical results.

        When women of the Lee Dynasty went out doors, regardless of high or low class, they used to wear various kinds of long hoods to hide their faces. This long hood was designed differently by their social positions or the times. The Confucianism thought that "a boy and a girl should not sit together after they have reached the age on seven," and the historical background of the times that the social position of women was neglected forced them to be confined in their houses. This custom continued for a long time. Of course, considering that the custom was not only in Korea but also in such Middle East countries as Iraq, Afghanistan, Saracen, we don't know there are any traces of outside influence on each other, indeed it is a very interesting manner. In Seoul and its neighboring districts "jang-ot' was used to hide the face of a woman, while in Gwanbuk and Yeongnam district "cheonai" was used. The long hood was different according to it's district. Though in 1975 a special class activity studying clothing in the Home Economomic department planned to make an investigation into the special street dress of Korea. They couldn't do it because of problem of expence. After we investigated "cheonai" which was worn habitually by women of Yeongnam district, we decided to make an imitation of it. We made "cheonai." which Andong-born Mrs. You, aged around 80 wore when young, an object of our study and created an imitation of it. The results of our research appear in the measurements of the clothes and the art of stitchery used on the clothing.

        In order to study the traditional old costome in korean classic ages, a special team of the costume class in the Dept. of Home Management made a plan to make an imitation of raw-silken half-sleeve coat presumed in the Korea Dynasty which was found in the Mum-soo Temple Chung-chong-mamdo. But we were obliged to change our original plan in the process of our study of it; and after we happened to get Dan-lyong-ewi(단령의) in the male ceremonial costumes used by the officials for the past seven hundred years Since the end of the korea Dynasty through the Lee Dynasty as a uniform of civil or amry officials; and the present study is to make clear the structure of the Dan-lyong-ewi and its sewing process.
