With the increased use of surface textured steel sheet in body-in-white assembly, resistance spot weldability of these steels is considered to be an important subject. This study evaluated nugget formation and weldability by measuring dynamic resistance with various weld pressure, current, and weld time for steel sheet with two different surface roughnesses. The surface roughness for T-H steel ($R_{a}=1.70\;{\mu}m$) was higher than that for T-L steel ($R_{a}=1.33\;{\mu}m$), and resulted in increased contact resistance and heating for T-H steel spot welding. Therefore, at low weld current and weld cycle ranges, the T-H steel showed better weldability over the T-L steel. The evaluations of weld interface showed that the fusion zone in the T-H steel sheet was continuous in contrast to discontinuous fusion zone for T-L steel sheet at the same welding conditions. A comparison of dynamic resistance and tensile-shear strength (TSS) between T-H and T-L steel sheet suggested that high surface roughness provided larger heating at early cycle of welding and larger TSS.

Dermatophytes invade and destroy keratinized tissues of the skin, hairs and nails by keratinase. They are classified in 3 anamorphic genera, Epidermophyton, Microsporum and Trichophyton, depending on their macroconidial characteristics. They have characteristic morphology of macroconidia and microconidia, and arrangement of microconidia. Dermatophytes can be divided into 3 groups, anthropophilic, zoophilic and geophilic, depending on their natural habits. By hair invasion behaviors, they can be divided into endothrix and ectothrix, and have different patterns under Wood lamp illumiantion. Growth characteristics of fungi are important on identification. Important features of fungal colonies are growth rate at 25~30, color, topography, texture and pattern of colony folding. Nine species of dermatophytes have been identified in Korea and their chatracteristics were reviewed.

In order to evaluate the accurate diagnosis of scabies through exatr.inations of all requred. conditions, the author conducted an observation on 769 cases of scabies at the Department of Dermatology, Kyungpook University Hospital from January, 1962 to Octover, 1973. In 1962 the frequency of the disease appeared to be low but it dramatically rose to 20 or 30 times between 1963 and 1966, again showing an increasing tendency from 1971. The ratio of frequency between male and female was 4.2: 1. Seasonal occurrence of scahics was found to be highest in winter. Infectious rate in the family was 83.3% and incubation period vas estimated from 15 days to 2 months. Acarus scabiei or its ova were found in 46.5% of all cases examined and in patients over 16 years of age. Acarus scabiei or ova were chiefly found in vesicles of the finger web but the ova were also found in the subungual fold of the finger, which is an important site of examination.

This study is for an example of arbitration of a dining out franchise company in Korea and frachise system currently is expanding and developing to international trade. The main reason for that is franchising has some benefits compared to the existing trades. Korean dining-out industry has largely developed for the past 20 years, but there are little world-class company of the industry, because dining-out industry should go for qualitative as well as quantitative growth at the same time. Korean dining-out industry has adopted licensing and joint-venture among growth strategies, but the franchise system among them seems to have taken its place as a representative strategy for management to develop dining-out industry. The history of Korean dining-out franchise industry is very short and it is true that we have no a management philosophy of accompanying growth with franchise due to a short experiences and recognition of top management or managers and short-term strategy for branch expansion. For a brilliant growth of dininig-out franchise industry, to settle disputes through arbitration, in case of disputes taking place, is very important, because the franchise industry is a frequent-trading sector, requires expert-level knowledge, favors a closed examination and also needs a fast solution. As the franchise industry has been sharply growing around the world, there is more possibility of disputes, and various and complicated laws of the industry are related to disputes as well, so much more expert-level knowledge is required to solve disputes. Therefore, affiliated headquarters hope a disclosed settlement of their disputes and their any disputes should be fast settled for the benefits of affiliated members.

It is not a way of therapy but education for the infant with disability. Currently, the 7th curriculum for the infant categorize 5 teritories heath, society, language, expression and it rules to educate180 minutes per a day, 180 hours per an year. That is all about national education curriculum. Due to that curriculum physical activity education for the infant with disability has been substituted to physical therapy by whom the administrator and the teacher's mind and cognition. Therefore, It is necessary for improve to change the administrator and the teacher' mind and cognition, taking a health lesson by the teacher who majored physical education, renaming the subject name from heath to physical education, separation the subject form health category, improvement of physical education environment and emphasizing the importance of physical activities through consultation and education with parents.

This study is focused on the cases that Korean hotels stepped into international airports, public facilities, and successfully solved the contract related disputes by using arbitration in accordance with arbitration law. This case study on arbitration derives the hotel management strategy points as follow: 1. It must be a good chance for a famed hotel to step into international airports that have big publication effect. The feasibility study focused on marketing feasibility rather than finance feasibility may, however, not be good. 2. Written contract is required in entering into a contract with government organizations. However, oral contract still exists. 3. If the contract is made to always pay the higher amount between annual minimal guarantee and sales rate in expenses of store using charge, such contract shall cause very hard sales environment from the initial stage of the contract. 4. The airports have made optional contracts for national service. Such optional contracts are, however, not free from public criticism. 5. This case study is the first case study on arbitration applied to hotels. This study shall be, therefore, frequently referred to in setting a management strategy of hotels that want to run restaurants in another facility outside themselves.
