3세~4세 한국 아동의 초기 문식성과 어휘 능력의 관계

이 연구는 3세 아동 22명, 4세 아동 22명, 5세 아동 22명을 대상으로 하여 연령이 증가함에 따라 인쇄물 개념 발달이 어떠한 양상을 나타내는지 살펴보고, 이러한 인쇄물 개념이 어휘력과 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보려는 연구이다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만 3세~ 5세 아동은 연령에 따라 인쇄물 개념을 발달시키고 있었으며 3세에서 4세 사이에 인쇄물개념의 하위 범주에서 많은 발달을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 4세가 되면 80% 이상이 책에 대한 개념, 인쇄물 관례를 습득하였으며 5세가 되어서야 인쇄물의 내용을 획득하는 양상을 나타냈다. 특히 5세에 이르기 까지 책에 대한 개념, 인쇄물 관례, 인쇄물의 내용을 획득하는 순서가 개별아동마다 유사하게 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 인쇄물 개념과 어휘력은 높은 상관을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 초기 인쇄물의 경험을 통하여 인쇄물 개념을 발달시키고 동시 에 어휘력을 습득해 가며, 반대로 어휘력이 발달한 아동들은 인쇄물 경험을 통한 개념습득에 더 많이 노출되어 점점 더 많은 어휘를 갖게 된다는 점을 뒷받침해주고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 아동의 초기 문식성에 관한 기준을 마련하고 이러한 준거들로 언어발달에 문제를 보이는 말늦은 아동(late talker)이나 장애 아동들의 초기 문식성, 특히 인쇄물 개념에 대해 조기 선별 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this study, targeting 22 three-year-old, 22 four-year-old, and 22 five-year-old children, the development of their concepts of print as age was examined and the correlation between their vocabulary skills and the concepts of print of the children who are from three years old to five years old. The result findings are as follows: First, it seems that the children who are from three to five years old develop their concept of print as age, and from three- to fiveyear-old children develop it more than from four- to five-year-old children do. They tend to acquire more than 80 percent four years for the concepts of book. They tend to acquire the concepts of print by first attaining the oncepts of books and the practice of print, and the contents of the print. Second, it showed that the concept of print and vocabulary are related to each other closely, and this can be interpreted that the concept of print are related to closely to vocabulary. That is, the children develop the concept of print through experiencing them, at the same time they learn vocabulary too. Through this study, how the children’s concepts of print as age are developed and which concept among the concepts of the print the children are interested in can be figured out. By suggesting the general learning stages of common children for the concept of the print which is the most basic and essential components during the stage of attaining the literacy education, the criteria of the concepts of print will be made. Furthermore, it can be used as the criteria which evaluate the early reading ability of many disabled children.

현장 경찰관의 물리력 행사의 한계에 대한 연구 - 경찰청 예규(경찰관 물리력 행사의 기준과 방법에 관한 규칙)를 중심으로 -

There has been constant controversy over the ‘rightful law enforcement or excessive suppression’ of the police physical force exercise during the law enforcement process. Under such circumstances, the National Police Agency's ‘Rules on Standards and Methods for the Exercise of Police Physical Force’ were prepared last year following a raised issue of ‘uniform standards and specific guidelines for the use of physical force by police.’ However, there is controversy over the National Human Rights Commission's recommendation for disciplinary action, which judged the police officer's response to the incident as an excessive use of violence, as a dilemma for the police field. In order to find a more realistic solution to this controversy, this study seeks to present a policy alternative to supplementing the legal system currently in place through the review of relevant domestic and international legal regulations and collecting realistic opinions from actual field police officers, and, furthermore, effective practical alternatives to the limitations of field police officers' exercise of physical force. 경찰의 법집행 과정에서 발생한 물리력 행사가 ‘정당한 법집행 인가 아니면, 과잉 진압 인가’에 대한 논란이 끊이지 않고 있다. 그러한 가운데 지난해 ‘경찰의 물리력 사용에 관한 통일된 기준과 구체적인 지침이 있어야 한다’는 문제 제기에 따라 ‘경찰청예규’인 ‘경찰물리력 행사의 기준과 방법에 관한 규칙’이 마련되었다. 그러나 이에 따른 경찰관의 현장 대응을 과도한 폭력 행사로 판단한 국가인권위의 징계 권고를 두고 경찰 현장의 딜레마라는 논란이 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 논란에 대한 보다 현실적인 해결 방안을 모색하기 위하여 국내외 관련 법규정의 검토와 현장 경찰관의 현실적 의견 수렴을 통해 현재 시행되고 있는 법제도를 보완하는 정책적 대안과 더 나아가 현장 경찰관의 물리력 행사의 한계에 대한 현장 관점의 실효성 있는 현실적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

학령기 언어장애 아동의 어휘교수를 위한 초등학교 1~2학년 국어 교과서 내용어 분석: 2009 개정 전후 비교를 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study is the goal that school age children with language impaired who have some limit to language in their elementary school age let use words from revised Korean language Textbooks which are educated by teachers or peers at real school and let them continue to generalization. Methods: The classified vocabulary from elementary school 1– graders’ Korean textbook (2009 revision curriculum) into nouns, verbs, and adjectives and compared with the study of before 2009 revision which analyzed vocabulary from Korean textbook (7th curriculum). Results: This study indicated that nouns in 2009 revision included more noun (human) and noun (animal). Noun (natural) and noun (other), however, were less frequent. Both curriculums included more action verb than state verb. Also, both curriculums included more icon adjective, but in 2009 revision the frequency of icon adjective was decreased while the frequency of emotive adjective and demonstrative adjective was increased. Conclusion: The result of this study offers base line data for educating from school age children with language impairment.

규칙추출 방법론을 이용한 STAFS 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 모듈 개발

본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석/설계단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였다. 또한 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 체계적인 규칙추출 방법론을 이용하여 아군 화력자산의 파괴율을 고려하고, 지휘관의 의도에 부합하는 아군 화력자산을 배분하는 STAFS 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 모듈 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. This paper presets the process of knowledge aquisition by partitioning the phase of analysis & design for knowledge-base module construction of Expert System into five steps to derive rule systematically. Also, this paper presents the process and the task that knowledge engineer must do work each step. The knowledge-base module of STAFS expert system was constructed by considering the destruction rate and the commander\`s intention using the proposed rule derivation methodology.

무기체계의 체계적인 S/W 개발비용 산정 발전방안(3)

이번 호에서는 COCOMO 모델, 기능점수모델, PRICE-S 모델, 일반 COSDES 모델 등의 무기체계 S/W 개발비용 산정모델들을 조사 및 분석하여 제시 하였다. 다음에 계속되는 7, 8월호에서는 무기체계 S/W 개발 비용 산정에 영향을 미치는 요소인 스텝수 산정, 환경요인 보정계수, 제경비 및 기술료를 산정하는데 있어서 각각의 영향요소들을 식별하여 제시하고, 무기체계 S/W 개발비용 산정 개선방안 및 이에 대한 정책적인 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.
