As the board of directors' system has been introduced into our Commercial Law, the management of Joint-stock company has greatly depended upon the ability anti integrity of the directors who are trustees of the company. Hence, Commercial Law requires them to do their duties with fidelity to the company and puts some restrictions on transctions between the company and its directors. For example directors shall be unable to do business with their companies without approval of the board of directors. But an important question in the subject is whether the legal act on bill and note is contained or not in the range of transactions imited. Former court decisions and popular views of scholars insisted upon that legal act on bill and note itself is only a means for settlement of the past. transact ices accordingly it can not be contained in the range of transactions 1imited. But we had better conclude luck a legal act on bill and note is to be approved by the board of directors as. it causes the parties concerned to do a clash of interest. Besides, in the effect of directors' transactions with companies violating some prohibitions, the above popular views of scholars that exempt the legal act on bill and not with the company from the range of transactions limited , the said act on bill and note without approval of directors' board always invalid. But it seems, in respect to the safety of dealings, to be reasonable that the said transaction violating some prohibitions holds the director responsible to the company for duty with fidslity and the third party in goods faith remaining in force.

本稿は、ク活用の形容詞「多し」だけは、他の形容詞と違って(特に平安時代の和文において)本活用の「多し․多き․多けれ」を用いず、「多かり․多かる․多かれ」の形を用いたのかについて考察したのである。これについて先行研究では形容詞「おほし」が「多い」と「大きい」の両義を表すのは不都合であるため、前者の意の場合は「多かり」、後者の意の場合は「大きなり」にして区別したと説明されている。しかし、考察した結果、残された文献だけでは断定しにくいが、そのような説は穏当だとは思われない。確かに、古代日本語の「おほ」には[多][大]の二つの意味があったことは異論の余地のないところだと思うし、故に形容詞「多し」と「大き」は恐らく同じ語根から発生した語だと思われる。が、既に上代において両語はその使用用法からみて別の単語であったと判断される。つまり、「多し」は使われた用法からみて、十分に形容詞と認められ得るが、連体形(「大き」)のみで、しかも連体修飾の用法しかないものを形容詞(「大し」)とは認められまい。上代の「大き」は体言的な性格を持った語であったと見た方が妥当であろう。よって、後世に[静か․明らか]などと同じようにナリ活用の形容動詞に移行していったと考えるのが自然であろう。「多かり」は動詞「あり」と接続しやすい語彙的な特性を持っている「多し」が、その「多し」の表す数量が存在するという意味を強調するため、慣用的に使われたものが成長していったものと考える方が自然のように思われる。

本稿は、動詞の活用の種類と活用形の成立について先行研究を踏まえて私見を述べたものである。動詞活用の成立は、日本語の成立の過程の中で考えなければならないので、まず、文献以前における日本語の音韻組織․音韻体系の把握、つまり、前日本語の段階における閉音節の存在及び古代日本語における母音調和の痕跡、そして上代の文献にみえる母音構造․音節結合の規則․母音子音の脱落と挿入などの実体を把握整理を行った。それをもとに考察した結果、動詞活用の種類は子音終止語幹の四段․母音終止語幹の二段․中性母音を持つ上一段、そして一部の動詞による変格活用に分けられた。活用形は、母音交替と形態素(接辞)の付着、また、先に成立した活用の類推によって成立されるが、まず被覆形として未然形と露出形として連用形が成立し、他の活用形は連用形によって表された各用法をさらに明確にするために発生されたものと推定した。終止形はおそらく連用形に次ぐ露出形として成立し、連体形は終止形により分化し、命令形は連用形から分化したものと推定したが、已然形については論理的に推定することが不可能なため判断を保留した。

픽셀 단위의 정밀한 방향성 보간을 이용한 공간적 에러 은닉 기법

본 논문에서는 전송 에러로 인해 발생하는 영상의 손실을 정밀한 방향성 보간(FDI: Fine Directional Interpolation)을 이용하여 복원하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 공간 방향 벡터(SDV: Spatial Direction Vector)를 도입한다. 공간 방향 벡터는 손실블럭 주위의 영상 데이터의 에지 정보를 추출하여 구한다. 이 후 손실된 영상 블록은 공간 방향 벡터를 이용하여 픽셀단위로 적응적으로 보간함으로써 복원된다. 이러한 방식은 평탄한 영역뿐만 아니라 에지를 포함한 복잡한 영역도 우수하게 복원할 수 있다. 실험결과 제안된 방식은 기존의 공간적 에러은닉 방법과 비교하여 성능이 우수하다는 것을 알 수 있다. This paper presents a block loss recovery technique for the image block data corrupted by transmission losses through the employment of fine directional interpolation (FDI). The proposed algorithm introduces a spatial direction vector (SDV). The SDVs are extracted from the edge information of the neighboring image data. Subsequently, the SDVs are adaptively applied to interpolate lost pixels on a pixel-by-pixel basis. This approach improves the capability to more reliably recover high-detailed contents in the corrupted block. Experimental results demonstrate that the FDI method performs better as compared to previous techniques.

In the face of global warming and resource depletion, a smart grid has been suggested as one way of contributing to abating the environment problems and increasing energy efficiency. Smart grids utilize renewable energy which has intermittent and irregular output power depending on weather conditions. In order to maintain stability and reliability of the power system, smart grids need to have complementary measures for the possible unstable system conditions. Cogenerating systems such as Combined Heat and Power(CHP) can be one good solution as it has capability of instantly increasing or decreasing output power. Therefore, this paper investigates the connectivity between Combined Heat and Power systems and smart grid technologies. The smart grid national roadmap formulated by South Korea Ministry of Knowledge and Economy and‘ IEC Smart Grid Standardization Roadmap’are analyzed to extract related components of the smart grid for the CHP connection. Also, case studies on demonstration projects for smart grids with CHP systems completed or currently being implementing in the world are presented.
