        Isolation and Identification of Antiproliferative Substances from Ginseng Fermented Using Ganoderma lucidum Mycelia

        Two active substances from ginseng fermented using Ganoderma lucidum mycelia were investigated for antiproliferative effects against the human lung cancer cell line A549. The chloroform fraction of fermented ginseng extracts showed a strong antiproliferative effect. This fraction was isolated and purified using silica gel and C18 resin column chromatography and semi-preparative reverse phase HPLC. The structures of isolated compounds were determined using spectroscopic methods (ESI-MS, 1H and 13C NMR). Isolated compounds were identified as ginsenoside compound K and 3-oxo-compound K. Both inhibited A549 cell growth in a dose-dependent manner. Cell viability values for ginsenoside compound K were 74.88, 59.30, 5.76, 5.79, and 6.27% at 6.25, 12.50, 25.00, 50.00, and 100.00 μg/mL, respectively, and ginsenoside 3-oxo-compound K showed values 89.40, 59.62, 6.05, and 4.64% at 3.70, 7.50, 15.00, and 30.00 μg/mL, respectively. Compound K and 3-oxo-compound K from fermented ginseng can be used as natural anti-cancer agents.

        민간경비업 종사자의 내부마케팅요인이 감정노동과 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of internal marketing factors for private security guards on emotional labor and job satisfaction. We distributed 280 questionnaires and used 259 of them for the final analysis. We used PASW WIN Ver. 18.0 statistics solution for data analyses, including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result is as follows:First, the internal marketing factors recognized by private security guards have partial effects on their recognition of emotional labor, depending on sub-factors. Second, the internal marketing factors recognized by private security guards have partial effects on job satisfaction, depending on sub-factors. Third, the emotional labor factors recognized by private security guards have partial effects on their job satisfaction, depending on sub-factors. On the basis of these results from the statistical research,We can suggest the conclusion as follows: First, managerial staff above the intermediate level in the private security companies should continuously provide specialized technical training in order to positively activate the operating environment of emotional labor in which the lower level employees work, and also activate the service interface with the customers. The specialties acquired in the technical training can raise flexibility in operation when responding to customers, which will result in positive customer recognition to the employee and will vitalize the business of the company in effect. Second, in order to raise job satisfaction among the employees of a private security company, the management should utilize multiple ways to provide rewards appropriate for the job performance, so that the employees are conditioned to be motivated to acquire specialties and knowledge. What is needed is Management support systems that extend the opportunity for the employees to receive compensation for their professional skills through regular pay raises and evaluation on employee during various activities in and out of the working hours. The professional skills would be utilized in the job processing. Third, the best business strategy to solve the problem in the customer service interface situation would be to efficiently manage the working hours of each employee and promote a working condition that can relieve the individual’s problem-inducing stress. More specifically, it would be better to operate a separate communication channel that dedicates to responding to customer complaints, or to execute a communication training for the welfare of the employees.

      • 추출온도에 따른 옻나무 부위별 추출물의 이화학적 특성

        This study was performed to investigate the physicochemical characteristics of different parts�ᅠ�ᅠ of Rhus verniciflua extracts with extraction temperatures. As increasing temperatures, total solid contents of bark and xylem were increased from 3.29% and 1.69% to 14.66% and 17.87%, respectively. Glucose and fructose of free sugars were detected in bark and xylem extracts, and free sugar are almost exist in the glucose. In xylem extract, glucose was significantly increased with increasing temperature, and those contents of bark and xylem extracts at 160oC were 0.26 and 0.36%, respectively. As increasing temperatures, pH was decreased, and total acidity was increased in all samples. Browning index and 5-HMF content were significantly increased with an increasing temperature, and 5-HMF was detected only at above 100oC. Significant correlation were observed among extraction temperature, total solid content, glucose content, pH, total acidity, browning index, and 5-HMF content.

      • Fluidized Bed 낸 CVI에 대한 수치모사의 이론적 연구

        In this research, the mathematical modeling of the formation of SiC layer on the activated carbon was studied to improve the durability and oxidation resistance of catalyst supports. SiC layer on the activated carbon was formed by permeating SiC from trimethylchlorosilane(MTS) into pores and depositing while the porous structure was kept. Changes of the amount of deposition, the pore diameter, the surface area with time were obtained by simulating reaction in an isothermal reactor. The uniform deposition in the pores of samples was obtained at a lower concentration of the reactant and a lower pressure. Additionally, it was observed that the pore diameter and the surface area have points of inflection at certain times of deposition, because deposition occurred on the inside surface of the pore at first and then on the outside surface of the particle.

        민간경비원의 질적 향상을 위한 직업윤리교육 방안에 관한 연구

        민간경비업의 발전에 있어서는 여러 가지 요소들이 있겠지만 우선적으로 제대로 된 교육이 절실히 필요하다. 민간경비원 교육프로그램의 현실은 너무 형식적이며 혹 하더라도 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이기에 교육의 체계화 및 직업윤리 프로그램의 개발은 더욱이 필요 하다고 생각한다. 민간경비원들에게 올바른 가치관 정립을 위한 의식화 교육, 직업윤리, 도덕성을 키우고 민간경비원들의 업무가 고객의 안전을 위한 중요한 임무를 맡고 있다는 책임감을 심어주는 교육은 필요한 것이다. 이러기 위해서는 민간경비원의 직업윤리 정립을 위한 체계적인 교육의 필요성은 당연한 것이다. 민간경비원의 질적 향상을 위해서는 다음의 직업윤리 프로그램을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 첫째, 관련분야의 전문가를 초빙하여 정기적인 세미나를 개최하여 민간경비원들에게 소명의식을 재정립 한다. 소명이란, ‘임금이 신하를 부르는 명령, 또는 신의 부름’을 이르는 말이라고 할 수 있다. 그만큼 자신의 직업을 소중하게 생각하고, 자기가 맡은 일에 최선을 다하라는 마음으로 업무에 임하는 자세이다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 수준에 맞는 봉사활동에 참가하여 봉사의식을 내면화 시킨다. 봉사활동은 마음의 평화, 자기존엄성, 지역사회 존중감을 가져다주며, 일을 성공적으로 처리하면 자신감과 즐거움을 가질 수 있고, 보상으로서 자기가 지역사회에 가치 있는 존재임을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 분기별 워크샾을 통해 전문가로서의 보람을 느끼고 스스로의 가치를 높이는 등 앞으로의 과제들을 개인 또는 팀원들에게 제시하여 구성원의 소속감과 자부심을 함양시킨다. 따라서 민간경비원 스스로가 자신의 일에 대한 강한 자부심을 가지고 프로정신에 입각함으로서 자신의 일에 대한 책임감을 강하게 느끼게 할 수 있을 것이다. Although there would be various types of factors in the development of private security industry, a proper education is in urgent need to begin with. I think the systematization of training and development of work ethics program is even more necessary because the reality of private security guard training programs is that they are performed just for the sake of formality for the most part and at a state of not being performed properly even if they are provided. A training for the private security guards to raise awareness, work ethics and morals for establishing proper values. as well as implanting a sense of responsibility that the work of private security guards is in charge of important task for the safety of customers is something which is necessary. In order to do so, the necessity of a systematic training for establishing the work ethics of private security guards is a natural thing. For the qualitative improvement of private security guards, the following work ethics programs would have to be developed. First, a sense of summons is re-established for private security guards by opening regular seminars after inviting the specialists of related field. The summons could be referred to as 'the king's order of calling the vassal, or calling of God'. It is the attitude of devoting into work by thinking of one's work as being valuable and with a heart of doing one's best in the given work by that much. Second, the sense of service is internalized by participating in the volunteer activities that are appropriate for the standard of private security guards. The volunteer activity brings pace of mind, self-esteem and sense of respect toward local community while one can have confidence and enjoyment if the work is handled successfully to know that one is a valuable existence in the local community as a reward. Third, the sense of organization and pride of members are fostered by presenting the future tasks such as feeling the worth and raising one's own values as a specialist to individuals or team members through quarterly workshops. Accordingly, the private security guards themselves would be able to feel a strong sense of responsibility toward their work on the basis of professional spirit by having a strong sense of pride toward their work.
