高溫環境이 反芻家畜의 체온 및 혈장 Cortisol 농도에 미치는 影響

Temperatures of blood and skin, respiratory rate and plasma cortisol concentration in sheep at a warm (average ambient temperature of $15.3^{\circ}C$) and a hot (average ambient temperature of $27.0^{\circ}C$ environment were measured to investigate the effect of hot environment on the physiological responses in ruminant. Temperatures of core, mean skin and mean body in sheep were tended to increase at day time and to decrease at night time at both warm and hot environment, while 24-hr average for those temperatures were significantly higher at hot environment than at warm environment (P<0.05). The calculated body heat content was higher in sheep at hot environment than at warm environment (P<0.05). Respiratory rate and plasma cortisol concentration had no significant differences between warm and hot environment, suggesting that sheep were not stress by the hot environment in this experiment. It is, therefore, suggested that sheep were well adopted to hot environment by increasing body heat content against heat stress.

본 연구에서는 SFRC에 관한 다양한 신경망 모형 및 다양한 알고리즘 등을 적용하여 인장강도 특성에 맞는 최적의 신경망 모형을 개발토록 하였다. 그리고 신경망 모형의 학습자료가 예측결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 신경망의 학습자료에 대한 예측 시스템의 민감성을 분석하였다.
실천신학 : 더 나은 신학, 더 나은 장소-교회 건축에 있어서의 여성적 특성의 통합

역사적으로 건축과 인간 생활 (문화)이 상호 지대한 영향을 미치며 형성되어 왔듯이, 교회건축과 신앙 양자 (兩者) 역시 상호 깊은 관계성 속에 배태되어왔다. 때로 잘못된 신학이 비대칭적인 교회 공간 구조를 만들어 내었으며, 이렇게 일방적으로 지어진 교회 건축이 신앙을 변형시키고 신학적 사고를 왜곡하기도 했다. 지난 2천년동안 기독교 건축과 예배에 반영된 성(性) 불균형의 엄연한 위계성을 극복하기 위하여, 본 논고를 통하여 필자는 평등한 예배와 신학을 구현하는 교회 건축의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다. 물론 이러한 논의와 제안은 건축학과 신학에서 논의되는 보다 유연하고 포괄적이며 통합적인 여성적 특징들에 관한 다양한 분야의 제 연구에 기초한다. 성(性) 공간 (Gendered Space) 개념을 여성건축학과 여성신학적 관점에서 재조명하여 교회건축을 분석하고, 신학과 교회건축의 상호 긴밀한 관계성을 전제하여 교회 공간의 새로운 모델도 제시하고 동시에 참된 예배와 바른 신학을 강조하고자 한다. 결국 가까운 장래에 그리스도의 온 지체가 하나되고 평등하며 자유한 가운데 포용적인 공간에서 온전히 예배하는 날이 도래할 것이다. Hierarchical gendered asymmetry has been clearly expressed in church architecture under the dominant influence of fixed, separated spatial functions that are rooted in christian masculinist ideas rather than the more flexible, interconnected principles found in feminist thought. This research proposes new design paradigms that employ fluid, interrelated feminist qualities to enable the creation of a more inclusive and egalitarian way of understanding the dynamism of the ritual-architectural events. This study seeks to present the beginning of a constructive approach offering new design paradigms with several core qualities that feature feminist ways of knowing and analyzing. After deconstructing the fixed idea and breaking down gendered exclusiveness in ritual-architectural events, this study will present, with the heightened value and appreciation of feminist scholarship on liturgy and architecture, theoretical and practical proposals for fostering interconnected participatory qualities of spatial form and function in church architecture as informed by women``s ritualizing. This work proceeds on two levels with two different constructive synthetic methods: theories (section Ⅱ) and case studies (section Ⅲ). While section Ⅱ is for theory, how the principles serve in producing a worship space, section Ⅲ is for praxis, how liturgical spaces are appropriately worked out. For the theoretical background, several voices from different fields are juxtaposed and woven into a synthetic model based upon feminist ways of knowing, a reframed diversity of architectural design, and women``s ritualizing. The specific synthesized design paradigms, based upon the aforementioned theories, are then illustrated in terms of one church building (Cannon Chapel at Emory University) and one church renovation (Philadelphia Cathedral in Philadelphia). This research contributes to liturgical studies and church architecture by (1) addressing the various intersection of the various fields within liturgical studies both from a feminist perspective and from the perspective of gendered space in architecture, (2) showing that church architecture is a major hermeneutical lens through which worship can be interpreted, (3) offering new church plan concepts that include more flexible qualities, and (4) noting that this study is most significant for the Protestant church although it retains far-reaching value for traditionally liturgical churches. Thus, this work challenges liturgical scholars to theorize and theologize new church architectures that push beyond strict gendered space in order to embrace the needs of the full, egalitarian body of Christ.
오리피스 유체 댐퍼를 이용한 건축 구조물 진동제어의 실험적 연구

An orificed fluid damper(OFD) having the capacity of about 2 tons was designed and fabricated, and series of tests were performed to grasp the fundamental performance characteristics of it. Several important findings were observed and introduced in this paper. It was applied to a 6-story steel structure under random excitation and seismic excitation for the confirmation of its validity on structural vibration absolution. The experimental results demonstrated that the addition of an OFD to the test structure is very effective in reduction of vibration level of the higher modes as well as the fundamental mode. Maxwell model was adopted to describe the frequency-dependent characteristics of the fabricated OFD and the numerical simulation was carried for the test structure. It was confirmed that the experimentally and numerically simulated results agree well.
