간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 간호사이미지가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호 전문직관, 간호사이미지가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. B, C에 소재하는 간호대학생 199명을 대상으로 2019년 10월1일부터 10월31일까지 설문 조사를 실시 하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구대상자의 일반적 특징, t-test, ANOVA분석, Scheffe test 사후검정, 상관관계분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 간호 전문직관은 3.76점, 간호사이미지 3.78점, 셀프리더십은 3.87점이었으며, 간호사이미지와 간호 전문직관은 셀프리더십과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호사이미지 중 간호사 자질, 간호사 사회참여, 간호사의 대인관계와 간호 전문직관의 하위요인인 사회적 인식으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인에 의한 셀프리더십 설명력은 61.6%로 이었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 셀프리더십을 높이기 위해서는 간호교육 과정에서 간호사의 역할 및 자질에 대한 교육 강화와 정책적 역할참여 등 사회참여경험을 적극적으로 높이기 위한 노력이 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether nursing professionalism and the nurse"s image influenced self-leadership. The survey questionnaires were administered to 199 nursing students from October 1 to October 31, 2019. Data were analyzed on the SPSS 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, Scheffe test, Pearson"s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows: The nursing professionalism level was 3.76, the nurse"s image level was 3.78 and the self-leadership level was 3.87. Self-leadership showed a significant correlation between nursing professionalism (r=.39, p<.001) and nurse"s image (r=.78, p<.001). According to the multiple regression analysis, the significant factors influencing the self-leadership of nursing students were qualifications, social participation, social awareness, and interpersonal relationship of nurses as subcomponents of nursing professionalism and the nurse"s image, which had an explanatory factor of 61.6%. These findings suggest a need for reinforcement on the roles and qualifications of a nurse in the nursing education curriculum as well as enhancement of social participation experiences such as participation in policy roles to increase the level of self-leadership.
