A new technique using search method based on fuzzy multi-criteria function is proposed for generator maintenance scheduling. Minimization of probabilistic production cost and maximization of system reliability level are considered for fuzzy multi-criteria function. And also load uncertainty is considered. To obtain an optimal solution for generator maintenance scheduling under fuzzy environment, fuzzy multi-criteria relaxation method is used. In the maintenance scheduling, a characteristic feature of the presented approach is that the crisp goal and constraints can be taken into account by using fuzzy set theory and so more flexible solution can be obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the simulation results of the KEPCO system.
