        조증과 정신분열증 환자의 TRH 자극검사

        After administration of TRH to 13 manic and 14 schizophrenic patients and 15 normal controls, the levels of TSH, PRL and GH were measured. Although the mean serum TSH levels of the manic and schizophrenic patients before and after administration of TRH were not significantly different from the normal controls, in TRH stimulation test, the manic patients had significantly higher rate of TSH blunted response to TRH stimulation than the schizophrenic patients and the normal controls did. The mean serum GH levels of the manic and schizophrenic patients after administration of TRH were significantly patients after administration of TRH were not significantly different from the normal controls. These results suggest that the TSH blunted response to TRH stimulation may be helpful to distinguish mania from schizophrenia.

        무용 실기교과의 교수 및 과정에 대한 강의평가 양식 개발에 관한 연구

        Today, the use of student evaluations is almost nation wide in four-year colleges and universities and many two-year institutions of higher education as well. A standardized, objective rating format, containing attitudinal and behavioral questions, has been most commonly used for evaluations. These rating forms have been attractive to university administrators as a rational, rapid, uniform, and efficient method of ascertaining teaching competence. Administrators, justifying their expenditures of university funding, have used the numerical data from the forms more objectively, and from a more impersonal standpoint to make decisions on tenure, promotion, and rappointment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of student evaluations of teacher and course effectiveness in dance technique courses for the development of new instrumentation. A rating instrument for determination of student's attitudes toward the course, the instructor, teaching methodology nad environment, or the learning outcomes. The development and construction of the student evaluation from to determine teacher and construction of the student evaluation from to determine teacher and course effectiveness in dance technique classes was based on information and research from a compilation of numerous research studies and articles on the reliability and validity of evaluation forms and instrument designs. A majority of the dance educators completing the questionnaire stated that the forms they had or were currently using were not satisfactory. Reasons for this response are explained in the answers to the following questions. The student Evaluation of Instructor and Course for Dance Technique Classes was organized into five sections: 1) General information items, 2) Instructor assesment items, 3) Course assessment items, 4) personal (student) assessment items, 5) General or global items. The major purposes of the form were to provide feedback for improvement of the instructor and the course and to allow for the expression of student concerns in the form of written comments. The decision to include a section for supplementary questions was based upon a studyof the literature and requests from the faculty participants. This section was deemed important for te collection of specific information related to individual methods of instruction, course requirements, and identification student learning outcomes. The new instrument, although designed for the more open and changing environment of the dance setting can be adapted for use within other activity structured courses.

        이 글은 '風流'를 최정점으로 하는 미체계를 정립하고자 하는 연구의 일환으로서, 이미 지면을 통해 발표한 바 있는 '興' '無心'에 이어 '恨'의 미를 규명하는 데 초점을 두었다. 우선 심리현상으로서의 '한'의 특성을 '소외'와 '억압'이라는 용어를 중심으로 설명하였고, 그 다음으로 미적 체험 혹은 미유형으로서의 '한'의 특성을 규명하였다. 미유형으로서의 '한'의 특성을 기존의 미적 범주 중의 '비장미'와 비교하는 한편, '풍류심'의 하위범주인 '흥' '무심'과도 비교하였다.

        구조방정식모형을 이용한 척수손상장애인의사회통합 영향요인: 우울, 장애정체감, 사회적 지지를 중심으로

        본 연구는 척수손상 장애인의 사회통합에 영향을 미치는 우울, 장애 정체감, 사회적 지지라는 영향 요인 간의 관계성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 지지가 사회통합에 미치는 직접 효과와 우울 및 장애정체감을 매개로 한 간접효과를 연구 모형으로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 조사는 2005년 9월 26일부터 11월 18일까지 한국장애인복지관협회의 협조를 통하여 전국의 척수손상 장애인을 대상으로 이루어졌으며 총 397명의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 분석은 구조방정식 모델을 활용하였으며 추정방법으로는 완전정보 최대우도법(Full Information Maximum Likelihood)을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 척수손상장애인이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 사회통합에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 우울과 장애정체감을 통하여 간접적으로 사회통합에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 매개변수 중 하나인 장애정체감은 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 척수손상 장애인의 사회통합을 촉진하기 위해서는 사회적 지지라는 사회적 측면과 심리적 개입이 동시에 진행되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out relative significance among the factors affecting on the spinal cord injuries' social integration. Thus, this study attempts to examine the direct effect of social support and mediating effect of depression, disability identity on the social integration. The factors involved in the model are drawn from previous study. The study conducted mail survey on a nationwide scale and collected information for data analysis from 397 spinal cord injuries. The study used structural equation modeling(SEM) method for analyzing the conducted model and estimated by full information maximum likelihood method. Results are as follows: 1. results show social support, directly and indirectly, exerts on the spinal cord injuries' social integration; 2. the spinal cord injuries' depression and disability identity have a mediating effect between social support and social integration; 3. disability identity exerts on the depression. This result implies that social work practice must consider both social support and psycho-social intervention to promote social integration of spinal cord injuries.
