The traditional firms are independent entities each working for themselves. It was the competitive strategy that the efficiencies are best achieved by free competition with independent businesses competing head on with each other. However, by an analysis of world market trend and Asian crisis in recent years, this paper suggests that cooperative rather than competitive strategies are considered a more effective way of achieving efficiencies and how to deal its crisis.

다이 스패이서 두께가 포셀린 라미네이트 비니어의 전단결합강도에 주는 영향

본 논문은 포셀린 라미네이트 비니어 (PLV)의 전단결합강도에 주는 다이 스패이서 두께의 영향을 평가하여 다이 스패이서 도포에 대한 필요성과 적절한 도포 횟수를 알아보고자 하였다. 다이 스패이서를 0, 2, 4 및 6번 도포한 블록을 이용하여 직사각형 형태의 PLV 시편 (5㎜×3㎜×1㎜)을 각각 20개씩 총 80개를 제작하였고, 다이 스패이서의 평균 두께는 3차원 형상분석기로 측정하였다. 적절한 샌드블라스팅 조건을 찾기 위하여 다양한 조건으로 PLV 표면을 처리한 후 표면 변화를 3차원 형상분석기로 측정하여 다이 스패이서 변화를 유지할 수 있는 샌드 블라스팅 조건을 확인하여 시편 제작에 적용하였다. 인산으로 법랑질 표면을 처리한 후 PLV 시편을 레진 시멘트 (Rely X Veneer, 3M ESPE)로 법랑질에 접착하였다. 40개의 법랑질-세라믹 시편은 1주일간 실온의 증류수에 보관하였으며, 다른 40개의 시편들은 열순환 장치에서 2,500회 열순환 처리한 후 인스트론으로 전단결합강도를 측정하였다. 실험결과를 Tukey multiple comparisons test (p=0.05)로 통계 분석하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 다이 스패이서를 2, 4 및 6회 도포했을 때 다이 스패이서의 평균 두께는 각각 12.8, 26.8 및 38.1㎛이었다. PLV 시편을 샌드블라스팅 처리했을 때 시편 표면을 보존하면서 효과적으로 내화성 매몰재만 제거하는 가장 적절한 조건은 Al203 입자 (50㎛)로 20㎜거리, 1기압하, 5초간 샌드블라스팅 처리한 것이었다. 다이 스패이서를 2번 도포한 실험군의 평균 전단결합강도가 가장 높았으나, 실험군간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다 (p>0.05). 열순환 처리한 경우 전단결합강도는 유의하게 감소하였으나 (p<0.05), 다이 스패이서의 두께에 따른 유의한 차이는 없었다 (p>0.05).

바른 생활과는 교육과정의 변천 속에서 다양한 형태를 취해왔지만, 그 목표 및 내용에서 건전한 인성을 갖춘 사람을 형성시키기 위한 노력을 이어왔다. 그러나 이 시대의 교육적요구가 인성교육으로 모아진 상황에서 오히려 그 정체성이 상실되어가고 있다. 바른 생활과의 정체성은 `기본적인 생활 습관과 예절, 도덕 규범을 갖고 바른 생활을 영위하는 건전한 인성을 가진 사람`에 있다. 바른 생활과는 초등학교 인성교육 첫 출발의 중추이다. `저학년도덕과`로서의 바른 생활과는 중고학년 도덕과의 연계, 협력, 통합의 노력을 통해 인성교육의 핵심적 역할을 해내야 한다.

도덕교과서와 보완교재를 활용한 학급인성교육 프로그램 설계 방안 연구 초등학교를 중심으로

The importance of character education has been underlined through all ages, and various character education programs have been presented. However, the effect is not satisfied. Moral education plays central part in character education. A moral textbook and a moral teacher's complementary material have extensibility and rich contents as a character education program. Therefore, this study identified the extensibility of moral textbook for the classroom character education and the features of moral teacher’s complementary material. Based on these results, this study presents a way and several examples that teachers design their classroom character education program. This study is hoped to provide data for planning the classroom character education program which has feasibility in the classroom and morality of key goal in moral education for teachers. 인성교육의 필요성은 오랜 기간 강조되었으며, 다양한 인성교육 프로그램이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 그 효과는 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 도덕과를 중심으로 실천가능성과 도덕성을 담보한 학급 인성교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다. 인성교육의 핵심 교과인 도덕과의 교과서와 교사용 보완교재는 인성교육 프로그램으로서 확장 가능성과 풍부한 자원을 갖고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도덕 교과서가 갖는 학급 인성교육 프로그램으로서의 확장 가능성과 이를 보충하는 도덕과 교사용 보완교재의 특성을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 교사가 자신의 학급 인성교육 프로그램을 설계할 수 있는 방안과 그 사례를 보여주고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 교사가 자신이 담당한 학급의 인성교육적 요구를 반영해, 인성교육의 핵심적 목표인 도덕성을 확보하고 동시에 실천 가능한 학급 인성교육 프로그램을 설계할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This is to study that effects in a company's success with using the new information technology. Here It was confirmed that an existing information technology resulted in a positive bias in managers' thought of new technology had been effected in success. This is more stronger among managers who had greater amounts of experience with the existing technology and among managers whose companies did not engage in proactive information seeking about new information technologies. Even though it has demonstrated that manager's understanding of a strategic issue have and important impact on organizational actions, the research on strategic issue has gotten little attention to the determinants of those interpretations. This suggests that an prior experience of information technology will be affected in manager's strategic issue about applying new IT.
