The purpose of this paper is to grasp the present situation and obstacles of export marketing of the Korean cultural contents industry including animations, music, character, cartoons, games, and mobile contents, and suggest the activation devices of overseas marketing. As the result of analyzing domestic and foreign companies cases engaged in the cultural contents industry, the main obstacle factors of its export marketing were the problems of public relations and precedures, the information capacity for overseas market, export experience, export market diversification and logistics including law and system. Therefore, in order to activate the overseas marketing of the cultural contents industry, the government and related companies should take measures such as the enlargement of specialized manpower, the construction of integrated information networks, promoting active cultural exchange, strengthening international joint development projects including improve-ment of distribution channels. In addition, the government should help the cultural contents industry develop global marketing strategies and also assist the related companies to enter foreign markets through the analyzing trends in the domestic and global market, collecting statistics, and policy development. Since the 1980s, a series of liberalization measures have taken place in the financial sector in Korea, In the meantime, with the internationalization or globalization of banking, Korean domestic banks have grown rapidly in terms of business volume and market share. This changing environment has resulted in a sharp increase in competition both home and abroad, so that international competitiveness and strategic marketing management have become more important than ever in the Korean banking industry. The purpose of this study is to examine the existing theories and materials related to the international competitiveness of banking industry, and to suggest the desirable directions of the strategic marketing management through an analysis of the international competitiveness in Korean banking industry. To achieve its objective, this study employed both the model of determinants of international competitiveness in terms of objective factors and subjective factors including chance and the performance data analysis of Korean banks, and examined present international competitiveness of the Korean banking industry. This study concluded that intensifying the related and supporting industries, as well as reviving the entrepreneurial spirits and developing professional managers were the critical elements in improving the international competitiveness of the Korean banking industry. And in order to intensify international competitiveness, a choice of strategic marketing management by domestic banks also should be required such strategies as diversification, specialization and internationalization including efficient individual management.

Recently in Korea, franchise system has been specially used in the distribution industry. However, it also brought up many problems caused by various issues between franchisor and franchisee. The purpose of this article is to review recent trend of the franchise transaction contracts and resolution of the disputes in Korea. And to expand to use of ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) system as a practical dispute settlement procedure including mediation and arbitration. Arbitration means a procedure to settle any dispute in private laws, not by the adjudication of a court, but by the award of an arbitrator or arbitrators, as agreed by the parties. Arbitration agreement is a prerequisite for either party to a dispute to commence arbitral proceeding and may be in the form of a separate agreement or in the form of an arbitration clause in a contract and shall be in writing.
창업활성화와 고용창출 증대를 통한 소상공업 생산성 향상방안 연구

This purpose of this research is to suggest the improvement productivities through activating of the small business start-up and employment. For this purpose, through the existing research related small business start-up and employment effects analysis, I examined the theoretical background, established the hypothesis and analyzed the empirical analysis through the statistical analysis and some case studies. The statistical data since 1999 were prepared by the SBDC(Small Business Development Center) and the real company cases were made in the distrct of the Incheon City. As a result, this study indicates that activation of the small business start-up and employment provide positive improvement productivities and suggests the importance of small businesss start-up and the necessity for the continuous fostering systematically including supporting measures.
