This study wasperformed to review the effects of black garlic intake on exhaust variables, liver function enzymes of Taekwondoplayers at the maximal exercise. After 10 to 20 days’ black garlic intake, they were asked to do the exercise to the maximal level on the treadmill. Blood serum LDH, blood serum CPK, lactic acid in the blood, blood serum GPT and GOT were measured at the restperiod, immediately after exercise, 10 and 30 minutes in the recoveryperiod. The results are as follows: 1. Changes in Serum CPK Black garlic intake for 10 days made significantly low level of blood serum CPK comparing to the non-intake group at the maximal exercise. Black garlic intake for 20 days seems to restore blood serum CPK to the level at the resting state at 10 and 30 minutes in the recovery period. 2. Changes in Serum LDH Regarding the changes in Serum LDH in case of black garlic intake for 10 days, it were kept at the level of resting state even after the exercise, 10 and 30 minutes in the recovery period. When they take black garlic for 20 days, they restore serum LDH to the level at the resting state at 10 and 30 minutes in the recoveryperiod after the maximal exercise. 3. Changes in Blood Lactic Acid Regarding the changes in lactic acid in the blood in case of black garlic intake for 10 days, there was significant difference immediately after exercise, 1, 3, 10, 15 and 30 minutes in the recoveryperiod between the garlic intake group and non-intake group(p<.05). After the intake for 20 days, garlic intake group shows the level of lactic acid at the resting state. Conclusively, black garlic intake for 10 days can make significant difference in the level of lactic acid in the blood comparatively lower than that in non-intake group. 4. Changes in Blood Serum GOT and GPT In the changes in GOT and GPT according to the 10 days’ intake of black garlic, both groups showed significantly higher level comparing to that at the resting state(p<.05). When taking black garlic for 20 days, the garlic intake group showed significantly higher level at 10 and 30 minutes at the recoveryperiod(p<.05). Non-intake group showed significantly high level immediately after exercise comparing to that at the restingperiod(p<.05). From the above results, black garlic intake for 10 to 20 days seem to help the activation of serum CPK and LDH, recovery of lactic acid and the activation at the maximal level of exercise. Therefore we can expect to remove the fatigue factors in the blood by taking black garlic. However, we could not confirm the effects of black garlic intake on liver function enzymes. It may be because we select Taekwondoplayers as our subjects. Because of the characteristics of Taekwondo, the maximal exercise could not make significant influence on the relationship between the changes in liver function enzymes and garlic intake. Through this, it is considered that we need to have research on different subject groups and change the type of exercise. If we adjust the variables of intake value and intakeperiod with concrete and scientific ways, we may be able to identify more systematic and comprehensive effects of the garlic intake.
집단미술치료가 대학생의 자기표현과 스트레스대처능력에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 집단미술치료가 대학생들의 자기표현 및 스트레스 대처능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 D시에 위치한 A치료센터에서 집단미술치료 프로그램 참여를 원하는 대학생을 대상으로 실험집단 5명과 통제 집단 5명으로 구성하였다. 집단미술치료는 2013년 12월 16일부터 2014년 2월 17일 까지 주 1회씩 회기당 90분으로 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 연구 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 연구도구로는 자기표현 척도와 스트레스 대처능력 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 비모수 검증(nonparametrc test)인 Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks test를 사용하였다. 또한, 집단의 단계별 변화과정을 기술적으로 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단미술치료가 대학생의 자기표현전체, 하위영역인 말한 내용, 음성에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 집단미술치료가 대학생의 스트레스 대처능력 전체, 하위영역인 소망적사고 대처, 정서중심적 대처에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 집단미술치료 단계별 변화에서 대학생들은 집단의 인정과 격려, 지지를 함께 받으면서 긍정적인 모습으로 변화해 간다는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 집단미술치료가 대학생의 자기표현 향상과 스트레스대처능력에 효과가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러므로 집단미술치료를 통해 대학생들의 대학생활 및 사회생활 적응에 긍정 적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 적절한 치료적 개입이라 할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to examine the effects of the group art therapy on university students’ self-expression and the stress coping ability. The training and control group were composed of five students respectively in the program at a therapy center in D city. The group art therapy consisted of 10 sessions from December 2013 to February 2014. Each session took 90 minutes once a week. The research instruments were the Self-Expression and the Stress Coping Ability. Data analysis was performed using non-parametric verification of Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks test. In addition, step-by-step process of change of a group was presented technically. The results were as follows; First, two groups were significant in the Self-Expression, sub-areas of saying and a voice. Second, two groups showed significant difference in the Stress Coping Abilities, the Wishful Thinking Coping, the Emotion-Focused Coping. Third, in step-by-step change of groups art therapy, the students were admitted, encouraged and supported in groups and was observed to change in a positive state. Thus, the results showed that the group art therapy could promote the Self-Expression and the Stress Coping Ability. Through this study, we found that the group art therapy can be referred to therapeutic interventions that can have a positive impact on university life and social life adaptation.
12주간의 근저항트레이닝 및 태권도 프로그램의 복합적용이 고령여성의 1RM, SFT에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to examine the effects of 12-weeks muscular resistance training and Taekwondo program on 1RM, SFT in older women's participation. In order to do this, 15 aged women of around the age of 70 were placed into different groups, 7 were in the control group, and 8 in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group. The muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group took the programs for 12 weeks, and 1RM, SFT were measured afterwards. The results are as follows. For 1RM change, 1RM of Leg extension, Leg curl, Hip abduction, Arm curl, Shoulder press, Chest press, Lat pull down were significantly higher in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group after application of the program them before(p<.05). In terms of SFT change, Back scrach (left, right) were significantly higher after application of the program in the muscular resistance training and Taekwondo group them before application(p<.05).
