      • 「世界의 圖解」에 나타난 保健·體育敎育思想 硏究

        In this study, the purpose and the aim of physical education, the curriculum and the teaching-learning methods, which are represented in Comenius' 「Orbis Sensualis Pictus」, are researched with the view of the philosophy, and the conclusions as follow are gotten. First, the Comenius' ideas of health and physical education are providing the ideological grounds of the education for the whole. In Comenius' view of the body denying asceticism and a dualism of body and spirit which despises the body, and more, he regards human beings can't be separated into 2 pieces and can exist with the beings' combination. That is, the whole personality whose body and spirit are inseparable and harmonious. And in his view of nutrition and health, he emphasizes getting enough sleep(rest), excercise, nutrition, etc. to keep a sound body and mind in sync.. This should be accompanied by physical activities such as plays, games, sports. The need of considerate, whole some thinking to purpose piety and harmonious human relationships are also stressed. The purpose of these is to get pleasures and to keep the body need exercises or activities and training, which should be provided in our common life naturally or artificially. Futhermore, he emphasizes the harmony of activity and rest through playing or sports for the one way to recover the body's and spirit's fatigue. In physical education, the courses of obtaining knowledge is accomplished not by one part of the human body, but the unity of body and mind. This idea suggests the vital role for the establishment of scientific character in physical education. Especially, in terms that learners are the subject of the course of knowledge-obtaining and also the source of the knowledge, learners can be the subject or owner of recognition, and they share the common knowledge. Because of this, it can be shown that the physical education is the foundation for the education in which learners are the core of it. Second, the meaning which the unity of body and spirit has can be suggested as the alternative to the organic paradigm. In Comenius' view of body, the problems, which the dualism of body spirit has caused, can be examined as the starting point to understand human beings and the mechanical, divisional, quantitative, and restorative limitations, which the present paradigms have, can be overcome. These ideas are the basis of ethics and epistemology, and presents the important meanings in physical education. Finally, studying the meaning which his ideas gives to the physical education in school, we can notice that we should put our emphasis on raising the whole human beings by getting the moral knowledge and the ability for the judgement of value to have a desirable life style and on acquiring the ability of judgement and the will for practicing as one's words are keeping with his/her deeds. The purpose and the aim of physical education in school should be focused on these things above. It is suggested as the contents of physical education for the good health, such as plays and recreations, games, running, playing with a ball, bowling, shooting, skating, racquetball, fencing, shooting, fishing and so on. And as the subject matter of physical education, sports and moral education, he suggests temperance, justice, liberality, diligence, humanity, patience, prudence, and so on. In teaching-learning method, teachers should invoke students' motivation and also make them understand the contents of subjects throughly. Especially when they are learning by physical activities, the application of textbook and teaching aids is the imperative teaching method to raise the studying effect up. It shows that the need of education through visual aids which can be a help in the physical education class. And in Comenius' view of education which is focused on students, he emphasizes teachers' active participation which leads students' activity, and students' voluntary participation. And he also stresses that teachers should decide the contents of teaching with considering the students' developing ability as well as their desire.

        직업무용수들의 식습관 및 컨디셔닝이 운동상해에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of eating habits with conditioning on injury for professional dancers that were consisted 220 dancers by several corps de ballet and troupes of dancers. This study was summarized as follows ; 1) Dancers with short-term careers tend to having a good nutrition for conditioning. 2) Dancers with long-term careers tend to do not have drink as compared to shorts-term career per weeks. 3) Dancer with short-term careers tend to have much changes on their weight during the rest period. 4) Most of all dancers thought that injuries and weather have a deep relations. 5) In the case of consecutive plays, they most preferred to have the light foods or do not have foods. 6) Most of all dancers have the irregular eating habits. 7) In the group of singles tend to have injured at their bad condition and in the group of married tend to have injured at their over-working or fatigue stare. 8) Most of dancers have injured experience on waist, hip, and ankles. 9) In the group of having less three meals a day tend to more injured than the group of having three meals a day. Through the results of this study, three days many professional dancers are being state of bad conditions by irregular eating habits and training schedules and these are presumed as the reflection of specific problems on dance itself. Therefore, much of professional dancers demanded to improve their consciousness of correct nutrition and eating habits for preventing injury and do their best performance with best condition.

        The results of the study on the energy requirements and the composition of dietary intake for the athletes for effective exercise achievement are as follows: (1) We should adjust the requirement-supply of energy by assuming daily amount of exercise, and moreover store the energy of carbohydrate before enduring competition. (2) We should organize the requirements of three major nutrition components in 55~60% of carbohydrate, 25~30% of fat and 10~15% of protein, regarding the type of exercise and the time of training and competition. (3) We should have enough protein during the training, especially begining of it, and take the hight quality protein in regard to the protein value of food. (4) We should take enough vegetable and fruit and satisfy the demand quantity of minerals and vitamins, and make the acid-alkali of food to be balanced. (5) As the time of training and competition have much energy consumption, we should choose the digestible food and organize the nutrition of meal to be quite sustained as well as satiated, using the digestible cookery. (6) The intake of meal immediately before competition should moderate the blood glucose level during the full game, and keep the optimal hyderate state of water intake with regard to the water quantity of meal. (7) In recovering fatigue, we should have digestible and appetitive food, while in accumulating fatiguse, we should take cereal, oatmeal and starche, and take enough vitamins and alkali food. (8) We should organize every meal to be various, effective and appetitive menu regarding the type of food and the change of season, and should inspire the athletes spirit by supplying the careful meal.

        The principle of dietary modification in the diabetes is controling total calorie control, and take orderly meals, and should restrict ingestion of the saturated fat acid, and the simple sugar, and by taking green yellow vegitable, seaweed, and fruit as sufficiently and take care of the ingestion of vitamin "B"type which would expedite suger digestihg metabolism, and it is better way to avoit the ingestion the salty food and alcohlic beverages. To the insuline dependent diabetics, in take of 55% of carbohydrate 25% of fat, and 20% of protein is proper method and increase in gestion of vegitable oil that contained the unsaturated fatacid. The exercise enhance the appetonce, and solidification of insuline activity, and expedite suger metabolism, and make the suger metabolism harmoniously. Especially durable txecise will give more effective to the non-insuline dependant diabetics than the insuline dependant diabetics, and in the non-insuline dependant diabetics, when perform this meal the rapy and the exercise the rapy simultaneously, it can reduce the % of body fat and will make effective for improvement of the insuline reaction to the trivial tissue. General exercise guidance will vecommend to take precedence over the medical diagnosis and an case history test before exercise begins, and the beginning of exercise, it start with light exercise, and gradually enhause intensity. Actual exercise program, will elevate an lungs function by the oxygenic exercise, and it is desirable exercise items that can cousumable proper energy, and suitable for doing proper exercise by doing walk, stroll, jogging, go up & down the stairs, swimming, badminton, and mountain climbing etc. Exercise intensity is suitable with 30-65% of Vo₂ max, and actual exercise intensity decision is preferable for criterion of subjective symptoms, such as, a condition of sweating brow, sweating on the clothes, and the breathing is hard condition. The exercise intensity may be changeable according to the, pattern of diabetes, in case of pattern 1, The first step is 30% of Vo₂ max and about 10 minutes; the second step is 40% of Vo₂ max and about 20 minutes; the thire step is 40% of Vo₂ max about 30 minutes; the fourth step is 50% of Vo₂ max and about 30 minutes, and in case of pattern Ⅱ, it perform the 1st step is 40% Vo₂ max about 30 minutes, the Ⅱnd step is 50% Vo₂ max about 40 minutes, the Ⅲrd step is 65% Vo₂ max about 60 minutes, and the duration time per each step is about one week and bothⅠ and Ⅱ type together, it is desirable to perform 5∼7days. Above duration of exercise and its freguincy determination will determine by the relation with the exercise intencity. Take snack that contains carbohydrate during exercise, and will discontinue the exercise when insuline activity is reach on high peak, and it is proper way taking 15∼20g's carbohydrate contained food against possibility of the low blood suger occurance after exercise. At last, it is much effective the exercose therapy is combined with the diet therapy for best diabetes treatment.

        1. Conclusion 1) Obesity is an excessive increased state of total body fay, and it means that body fat is much more than normalcy by exceeded 20 percentage in men and 30 percentage in women. 2) The valid, exact and useful measurement of body fat mass is to estimate the percentage of fat from subcutaneous fat. 3) The reason of obesity is lack of exercise and overeating, and it makes one lose the physical balance and become diseased. 4) Sudden weight reduction by a fasting(a dieting)makes the obese man have chemical temper, and makes one be fatter and grow fat quickly after stopping a diet. 5) Obese man has bigger and a large number of fat tissues than normal man. 6) After weight reduction of obese adult, the size of fat tissues is reduced, but the number of them is not changed. 7) The three important periods of meaningfully increased fat tissues are as follow ; ①during the last three months of pregnancy ②for one year since one's birth ③during the growing stimulation period of adolescence after 13 years of age. 8) We should normalize the(state of) obesity of children and teen-age, and prevent the increase of fat tissues. Otherwise, they should be obese adults. 9) The early prevention by an exercise and a diet is better than cure after being fat. 10) Because the rapid weight reduction of the early stage brings on the loss of water content and carbohydrate, the percentage of loss in reduced fat per weight is getting higher after two months at least. 11) Exercise on specific part is able to exclude the fat tissues, on the other hand it can't influence directly on subcutaneous fat. 12) Continuous exercise for long time carrying out a diet is effective, but stop and go exercise is ineffective. 13) Repeating a dietry treatment as a yo-yo diet easy to fail in reducing weight because the body is adapted for it. 14) The fundamental and effective cure of obesity is aerobic exercise, So complex and continuous more than 15 minutes exercises as swimming, jogging, playing tennis, aerobic dancing stretching and walking are proper. 15) It is reasonable for exercise intensity to be 60∼80% HR max(50∼70% VO₂max) and for duration to be 15∼60 minutes a day and frequency to be 3∼6 times a week. 2. Suggestion It is important to prevent children from obesity, because obese children are easy to be obese adults. So parents should know obesity very well and pay attention to keep their standard weight not to be obese. Otherwise in school, teachers should have enough knowledges and observations on obesity and pay attention to normalize the school feeding and (the) physical education. And it regarded that obesity should be advocated in text as well as prevention of obesity should be made efforts than cure by active public relations in mass communication as newspaper, broadcasting, magazine and scholar's study and its support and acurate aquisition of fundamental knowledge on obesity of people.

        1) Risk factors of aterosclerosis is Hypertension, hyperlipidermia, diabetes, obesity, physical inactivity and excessive smoking. Aterosclerosis begins at young age and worsens with age, particularty more so in men than women. For people with risk factors of atherosclerosis, it is important to prevent atherosclerosis-related disease with dietary, living pattern and exercise prescription. 2) Ditary fibers promote exercise of the digestive tract and shortens the time food remains inside the digestive tract. It can prevent obesity, hyperlipidermia, aterosclerosis and colon cancer by blocking the absorption of cholesterol. Various vegetables and sea foods are rich in unsaturated fats and can act prevent the absorption of cholesterol inside the digestive tract. 3) Occurrence of Coronary Heart Disease can largely be attributed to blood serum cholesterol. Particular attention should be paid to the increase of LDL cholesterol and decrease of HDL cholesterol as risk factors(If overall cholesterol/HDL cholesterol is below 3.5, it should be brought up to just below 4.5). HDL cholesterol is a lipo-protein that prevents atherosclerosis. 4) People with blood pressure of 160mmHg/90mmHg or higher shows 5 times higher rate of occurrence of atherosclerosis-related disease than people with normal blood pressure of 140mmHg/90mmHg, and smokers of a pack a day shoes 3-5times higher rate of occurrence than non-smokers. 5) Essential fatty acids and unsaturated fats, which are contained in vegetable oils, promotes metabolism while preventing absorption. In fruits, pectin, water-soluble fiber, is present and lowers the level of cholesterol. By consuming foods that are low in cholesterol and saturated fats, and rich in unsaturated fats, aliomentotherapy alone can reduce the plasma cholesterol by 10-15%. 6) For patients with LDL cholesterol level of 190mmHg/dl or higher, or LDL level of 160mmHg/dl or higher, and two or more rusk factors, drug therapy should be considered. The LDL cholesterol level should be kept below 130mmHg/dl and, desirably lower if possible. If the patient already has coronary heart disease, LDL cholesterol should even be lowered to and kept at below 100mmHg/dl. In treating high cholesterol, it is effective to use Resin and Lovastatin together or Lovastatin in combination. 7) Regular exercise is effective in preventing coronary arterial disease such as angina pectoris and infaction, inside it can lower the blood pressure and aids in weight control and release of stress. 8) For ideal exercise, it should be aerobic with Intensity of 60-80%HRmax(50-70%VO₂max), duration of 15-60min/day. The frequency of 3-6/week is desirable the better exercise prescription is endureance aerobic exercise. To get more effect exercise, exercise consistency very important.

      • 日常生活樣式에 따른 職種別 自家健康管理行態에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to get something someuseful basic data for the improvement of health care and physical strength by various types of daily health care based on different occupations The subjects include 483 general officials and 506 company employees, totaling 989 people. The results by questionnaire analysis are as follows: 1. company employees worked out most regularly 33.60%(n=170), general officials 26.50%(n=128), and as regular sports, officials and employees like mountain-climbing 2. The rate of having regular breakfast is the company employees 61.19%(n=309), and general officials 63.35%(n=306). 3. company employees are feeling stressed 98.93%(n=497), and officials 93.79%(n=453). 4. Smoking rate is the company employees 66.60%(n=337), and officials 56.52%(n=273). 5. Drinking rate is the company employees 83.20%(410), and officials 77.02%(n=372). This research reveals that there are some differences in managing their health care according to occupations and ages in thier daily lives, and there are also some undesirable habits for good health in daily lives. Consequently, it is required to have positive willingness to improve health and stay in good health by recognizing and correcting such bad habits.
