Electrical fire is going on increasing in proportion to the enlargement of electrical demand followed by the improvement of lift conditions, According to the statistical data, electrical fire breaks out by the over-current of indoor wire, short circuit, leakage current, static electricity, spark, the carbonization of insulator, insolvent work, the inattentive treatment of electrical machinery and tools, etc. This paper is ready to observe the exothermic phenomenal caused by the over-current and short circuit current of indoor wire and to study the practical counterplan for fire prevention in prefer to theoretical investigation.

This article reports the results of the noise analysis in a 3 phase squirrel induction motor in the anechoic chamber by the sound intensity analysing system whith has follawing merits : i) there was no need to correct the implicit noises. ii) it was possible to draw the graphics of contour line and the third dimensional figures, and iii) it was possible to detect the point at part of the induction motor the noise arises. Furthermore, it was found in the experiment that the frequency of the noise arising from the small 3 phase squirrel inducion motor in a no-load situation was around 500Hz. And the most noisy part was the electricity soure part with around 57.6dB followed by the air duct part with about 55.7dB.

The results are as follows; 1. In the stress at difference in stress between the group of high family support group of lower family support, But the group of high group support showed the stress level less than the group of lower family support. 2. The intrinsic and motivation group any significant difference between the stress at pretest and the one at post-test. 3. The part group level of satisfaction about the sports activity program the group of higher satisfaction of low satisfaction about the sports activity program, the gradual decrement of stress was noted for the both group. 4. Post-test increased after one month and decreased after two and three months significantly, when the stress at pre test was compared with the stress at post-test the stress at post-test in creased.

The objective of this study was to evaluate and quantify the differences of physical fitness and to investigate the physical fitness stractures of the cycling athletic event. This study can be approached based on the following cluestion : Are there any difference of physical fitness stracture in progress of training in cycling event. A total 45 elite athletes are subject to the physical fitness test. The raw scores have been analyzed by factor analytic model, principal component analysis with iterations (PAz). All derived solutions are not only orthogonally rotated to the varimax criterion, but also obliquely rotated. The SPSS computer programs were used for data analysis. Comclusions which are derived from the foregoing study include the following : The results showed 1~2 significant factors of physical fitness structure in relation to performance in cycling event : muscular power, agility. Mascular power are revealed as significant physical fitness structure factors in relation to all progress of training.

This paper deals with the optimized noise measurement in semi-diffuse sound field. The optimized points of noise is measured at 63 for test motors(0.75[KW], 3.7[KW]). By this technique, background noise is calibrated by itself. Also it is easy to find where the strong noise is generated at induction motor, and to measure the magnitude of noise for each position. Therefore the proposed method can be applied to the design and estimate of the low-noise induction motors.
