Metanil Yellow에 의한 Pyridine 유도체의 추출분광광도 정량

A rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for quantitation of some pyridine derivatives. The method is based on solvent extraction of the ion pair formed between pyridine derivatives and colored metanil yellow into dichloromethane. This method was applicable to the determination of pyridine derivatives in the pharmaceutical preparations.

The National Basic Livelihood Security System in Korea has played a role as the fundamental social safety net by meeting the basic needs of all Korean people. Especially of the criteria for a support obligator which has been accused of creating a blind spot of the system since the initial stage. The current criteria still shows many barriers despite such efforts. For example, some people in need are excluded from the list of subsidy recipients because of existence of a wrong support obligator who does not actually support their family while so-called Regarded Support of the system make it even harder for some recipients to manage livelihood. As a result, first, when avoiding and rejecting family support, the detailed criteria must be indicated, secondly for the lawsuit regarding social welfare, the special legal process or the Social Community must be formed and lastly, the principle and regulation on the family support obligation must be revised in a long-term.

It is urgent to attempt a balanced development between motor assembly company and parts marker in forstering motor industry as an industry for export promotion. In this respect I investigated quality assurance system of motor parts maker through the use of questionaire. This paper presents such quality assurance system that is indispensible to motor parts maker.

형광 광도법에 의한 뇨 중의 Prifinium Bromide의 미량 분석

A sensitive spectrofluorometric method was developed for the analysis of Prifinium Bromide(PB) in urine. The method is based on the fluorescene behavior of the ion associate between PB and Eosine Y(EY), Erythrosine B(EB), and Rose bengal(RB) in aqueous layer. Optimum conditions for the reaction were investigated. It was possible to analyze PB in the range of 8×10^(-10)∼6.4×10 ^(-9)M/㎖ with EY, 1×10^(-9)∼1.6×10^(-8) M/㎖ with EB and 4×10^(-9)∼3.2×10 ^(-8) M/㎖ with RB. The chemical structures of ion associates were presumed by IR spectroscopy and ^1H-NMR spectroscopy.

This study examines how a corporation's environment·social·governance(ESG) performance affect its credit risk. An empirical analysis using the distance-to-default measure proposed by Merton(1974) as a dependent variable, and ESG integrated and individual score as independent variables, was performed. The panel regression results show that the ESG performance may explain a corporation’s default. The governance performance has a robust and significant explanatory power for the distance-to-default measure. However, environmental performance has significant negative relationship with a firm’s default risk and varies significantly between samples. ESG performance may function as a key to evaluating a credit rating and risk. 본 연구는 기업의 환경(E)·사회(S)·지배구조(G) 성과가 기업의 신용위험에 어떠한 영향을미치는 가를 분석하였다. 구체적으로, Merton(1974)이 제시한 기업가치 평가모형에 기반한 신용위험을 측정할 수 있는 부도거리를 종속변수로, ESG 성과측도로 ESG 통합점수 및 각 개별점수들을 독립변수로 하는 실증분석을 수행하였다. 특히, 기존의 신용위험을 측정하는 신용평가 모형들에 ESG 정보의 반영이 요구되는 현실을 고려하여 신용등급을 독립변수에 부가하여ESG 정보의 추가적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 패널 회귀 모형을 통해 추정한 결과 ESG 정보가 기업의 신용위험에 영향력이 있음을 확인하였다. ESG 지표 중 지배구조 영역은 부도거리에 강건하게 유의한 설명력을 보여주었으며 이는 지배구조 개선이 부도확률을 낮춰주는 이해관계자 가설을 뒷받침한 결과로 해석된다. 반면환경 영역은 유의한 음의 관계를 보여 부도확률을 높이는 결과를 보여주었다. 지배구조 영역과 달리 환경 경영의 도입은 아직 초기 단계임에 따라 표본마다 유의성이 상이하게 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 향후 ESG 정보가 현재 재무정보를 중심으로 계산되는 신용평가에 중요한 역할을 할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.

Methyl Orange에 依한 Disopyramide Phosphate의 分光光度 定量法

A singly charged methyl orange anion(M. O) was found to be extracted with Disopyramide phosphate(DP) as a 1:1 complex in dechloroethane. MO-dichloroethane system gave a yellow color for DP, while in the absence of DP, an organic phase showed almost no color. In this way, the spectrophotometric method was in vestigated for the determination of DP by soivent extraction. The results obtained were as follow: 1. The maximum absorption wavelength of the reaction product was 420nm(ε=6.45×10^3.ℓ·moℓ^-1.㎝^-1) 2. Dichloroethane was the best extracting solvent among the several organic solvents and the most suitable pH range was 5.8~6.3 3. Linear relationship was found between absorbance and concentration in the range of 1 x 10^-5M∼10^-4M for DP. 4. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of DP in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.
