Since 2016, North Korea has carried out ballistic missile test with high frequency, and has made some progress in missile technology and related actual combat experience, but there are still some inherent defects which are difficult to get rid of. There is no doubt that North Korea's ballistic missile development aggravated the tension on the Peninsula, and also the U.S. policy towards the DPRK has had a certain impact. Within a period of time in the future, the confrontation between the United States and North Korea around the ballistic missile will further deepen, the peninsula situation will be more complex and sensitive. This should arouse the attention of the relevant parties on the Korean Peninsula issue. Chinese should take measures to keep up with the changing situation, urging all parties to return the track of political solution, prepare both talk and sanctions solutions for North Korea, and keeping a close eye on China-North Korea border to protect China's national security interests. 2016년 이후 북한은 중장거리 탄도미사일 실험을 빈번하게 감행하고 있다. 그 결과 미사일 기술과 핵탄두 개발에서 상당한 기술발전을 보이고 있지만 여전히 내재적인 결함 역시 존재하고 있다. 보다 분명한 것은 북한의 탄도미사일 및 핵능력 고도화가 한반도의 긴장을 더욱 악화시키고 있으며 미국의 대북정책에도 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 북한의 탄도미사일을 둘러싼 북미 간 갈등이 더욱 심각해질 것이며 이에 따라 한반도 정세 역시 더욱 복잡해지고 민감해질 것이다. 한반도문제와 관련된 주변국들은 이러한 상황에 대해 반드시 주의 깊게 관찰해 대응책을 마련해야 한다. 특히 중국은 반드시 필요한 조치를 취하여 한반도 주변 정세변화를 긴밀히 주시하고, 북핵문제에 이해를 갖는 관련국들이 정치적 해결의 궤도를 이탈하지 않도록 협력을 주도할 필요가 있다. 이 과정에서 무엇보다 제재와 함께 대화와 협상이라는 투트랙(two-track)의 방향을 견지해야 할 것이다. 또한 북중간 국경 동향을 긴밀히 주시하며 국가의 안전을 보장해야 할 것이다.
