I designed and manufactured the Electro sphygmograph represented by Digital by means of measuring the pulse. Which is basic to the measurement of health, faster and Contin Uously in this thesis. Generally Speaking, the freguency of pulse means the number of pulse per minute, and therefore to measure the number of pulse in Short fime, We count the number of pulse per 15Second and multiply it by 4 times. In this Way we Can find the desiring frequency of pulse per minute.

Description is made here about SOS LSI technotogy emloying SOS n-channel sigate E/D techniques. The two types of anomalous drain current apparing in SOS n-channel transistors have been charified to originate in the parasitic MOS transistor at the end of si island at the gate end the way of solving this problem is also presented here. With a ring osillator having a channel length of 6 um on the mask, a speed of 1.2 ns/gate and a power consumption of 340 /gate, 4um a speed of 0.7 ns/gate and a speed-power product of 0.23PT have been abtained. 2400-gate random logic LSIS, RALUS (register arithmetic logical units), were made of SOS and bulk is, and the performance of the carry circuits within them (involving 15-stage NOR circuits) were compared, with the result that SOS was there times faster under equal power consumption. This difference can be explained by quantitatively estimating the existence of parasitic capacitance and substrate bias effects in the SOS and bulk-si circuits.

The advent of elevators for the physically handicapped people has been a social desire. In accordance with this desire, the Japan Elevator Association has established the standard for elevators to be used also for wheel-chairs. Gripping with this problem long age, has delivered elevators equipped with various special devices for the purpose. These elevators are manufactured on the fundamental principle that the physically handicapped to utilize these elevators for themselves should have vital functions to go out to the streets by themselves; therefore, attendants are required for utilizeres unable to go out by themselves. The elevators can not be used as emergency elevators under special control as in the case of a fire.

This equipment is planned to control the opening and shutting of windows automatically by motor according to the difference inner-temperature and established-temperature to keep up the target temperature for growing the crops in plastic greenhouses. It is expected to maintain the settled temperature environment, minimize the stress of the cultivating crops, as well as promote the convenience and production. Moreover, this equipment and controlling the opening and shutting of windows can be very helpful for the agricultural villages where are short of hands in deed and the demands of the times for farming in the living room.

The circuit which changes the output frequency by controlling input voltage is called Voltage Controlled Oscillator, and we can design different V C O according to the range of output frequency needed. We generally use input control voltage in the range of 0 - 10 V. for V C O, and design a ciruit to get output frequency in the range of 0 -10 (KHZ) by input DC voltage (0-10 V.). We graphed what the input voltage would be for a frequency needed, and compared this V C O operation with the existing V C O which had different range. We confirmed that this nowly designed V.C.O. coincided with our purpose.
