휠체어 테니스 서비스 동작의 측정평가표 개발에 관한 연구

In the present study it was aimed for a teacher(tennis coach) to develop a criterion used for evaluation of the patterns of service forms(actions) and to draw up individual education planning for wheelchair tennis player. For this study 20 wheelchair tennis players were adopted and testing papers were drawn up by using C-R test method. These drawn-up criteria were tested by 50 students majoring physical education and who had taken tennis class at least 2 semesters. Three times significant tests were done for the evaluation of this criterion and the following results were obtained ; 1. Error count estimate of discriminant analysis was 9.51% for the first time, for the 2nd time the error decreased sharply to 3.92% and for the 3rd time it showed 3.02% respectively. 2. The correlations coefficient between the 1st and 2nd time test was 0.72% and 0.84% between the 2nd and the 3rd test. When these correlations coefficient were compared with the error count estimate it is estimated to decrease the error count estimate to within 5% error(P<0.05) by adopting 2 times explanation and practice method before the action(test). 3. Cronbach-alpha coefficient for the test criterion was 0.77% for the first time test,0.81% for the 2nd test and 0.87% for the 3rd test respectively. This shows the increase of the reliability of the test as the test times increase. In summary of the results, the test criterion developed in this study can be used for evaluation of the pattern of service forms for each individual by using the method of 2 times explanation and practice before action(test), for improvement of immature service forms and for drawing up the individual education planning.

For improved preservation of boiled-dried anchovies, the current preservation method of corrugated-cardboard box packaging and freezing below -18$^{\circ}C$ was compared to the nylon/polyethylene(NY/PE) packaging along with cooling temperature ranging from 5$^{\circ}C$ to 1$0^{\circ}C$ as well as ambient condition for eight months by determining physicochemical quality of stored samples. Lipid oxidation of stored anchovies and their browning increased with storage time. The phenomenon was delayed under the conditions of lower temperature and air-tight packaging. As quality-indicative criteria of stored anchovies, carbonyl value(r=-0.989), browning (r=-0.949) and color a value(r=-0.989), browning(r=-0.965), Hunter's color b value(r=-0.949) and color a value(r=-0.940) showed a highly-negative correlations with organoleptic qualities of the samples. Based on the above results, air-tight packaging in a laminated film and subsequent storage at cooling temperature was found to be a possible alternative to the current freezing-storage of boiled-dried anchovies from the physicochemical point of view.

This study is aimed to get effece of mental practice on the develoment of serve motor skill in tennis. So. We divied the boys into the tree groups. Then it was practiced per 40 minutes in a day for 12days. Finally we concluded as the followings, after analyzing the studied data of the preceding experiment and the other 1. In the tennis serve faculty, the parallel group by both physical and mental practice is more effective then the group by physical repitition practice and mantal repitition group. 2. We expected that we could get a good remark through the group by physical repitition practice and the group by mental practice repitition in learning, but it appeared to be a little difference only.
분말상 식품에 있어서 Enthylene Oxide의 잔류성과 이차생성물 분석

Instrumental determination was performed for the analysis of residues of ethylene oxide(EO), ethylene chlorohydrin(ECH) and ethylene glycol(EG) in white ginseng powders which were deaerated for 30 min after EO fumigation. Gas chromatographic data showed that EO residues were 570 ppm in the immediate samples after deaeration and 170 ppm in the stored ones for 8 days at 30$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, respectively, showing a decreasing tendency with elapsed time. On the other hand, ECH and EG residues in samples as the secondary products of EO were 17, 650 ppm and 727 ppm stored for one month, and 9, 595 ppm and 221 ppm stored for 3 months, respectively.
