Socially responsible investment (SRI) differs from the general financial investment by applying not only financial but also moral, social and environmental performance criteria in making investment decisions. And thus we rationally expect that SRI investors are less sensitive to SRI financial performance than others in retail funds are. The empirical results show that SRI funds has the different sensitivity between fund performance and fund flow from that of the general mutual funds, and the sensitivity of SRI funds is asymmetric in that the fund flows of SRI are more sensitive when the fund performance is good, as following Bollen(2007). However the interaction between the volatility of the SRI fund performance and fund flows is not significant. 본 논문은 국내주식형펀드들을 대상으로 펀드성과-펀드플로우간 민감도를 분석하고, 해당 민감도가 일반펀드의 경우와 SRI펀드의 경우 차이가 있는지, 그리고 이러한 민감도차이가 해당펀드의 성과의 좋고 나쁨에 따라 비대칭적인 결과와 차이를 보이는 지를 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 펀드플로우와 펀드성과의 변동성간 관련성도 함께 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 국내주식형펀드의 펀드성과-펀드플로우간 민감도분석결과의 경우, 우선 해당민감도는 펀드성과를 측정하는 방법에 따라 그 결과가 사뭇 다르게 나타남을 확인할 수 있다. 일반펀드의 경우 성과-펀드플로우간 민감도가 양(+)의 값을 가지며, SRI펀드의 경우에는 일관되게 일반펀드의 민감도와 차이나며 동민감도가 유의하지 않은 결과를 보이고 있다. 한편 과거펀드성과의 좋고 나쁨에 따라 성과-펀드플로우간 민감도에는 차이가 있으며, 과거성과가 좋은 경우에는 양(+)의 민감도를, 성과가 나쁜 경우에는 비유의적인 민감도를 보인다. 그리고 두 경우 모두 SRI펀드와 일반펀드의 민감도가 차이가 있음이 확인된다. 이러한 분석결과는 펀드성과와 상관없이 SRI펀드가 일반펀드에 비해 모두 낮은 민감도를 보일 것이라고 예측하는 Renneboog et al.(2011) 보다 비대칭적 민감도를 보이면서도 긍정적인 성과일 경우 SRI펀드의 민감도가 훨씬 높을 것이라는 Bollen(2007)의 주장이 국내의 경우 더 설득력이 있다고 판단된다. 한편 국내주식형펀드의 경우, 펀드성과의 변동성과 펀드플로우간 상호작용은 펀드성과-펀드플로우간 상호작용만큼 일관되거나 유의적이지 않은 것으로 드러났다.
熔接으로 因한 歪(Strain) 및 殘留應力에 對한 硏究

In making-process of mechanical structures, the larger they are, the harder it bedomes to make them, Therefore, we make them by combining the rivet and bolt, but they are inferior to the welded things in strength, size, and shape. The welding makes it easy to produce strong structure, but there take place a lot of difficulties in welding. They are due to the strain and the remained stress which I showed in this paper. The welding is an operation to cling the solid irons partially by heating and welding them, so there occurs transforming in constructing substances. As the cause of this transforming is due to the strain and the remained stress, we are able to make exact and strong structures by decreasing the strain and the remained stress to the least.
Inverse Model Toolkit을 이용한 리모델링 건축물의 에너지 성능평가 사례

Several models and methods have been developed to verify the improvement of energy performance in retrofit buildings. The verification is important to confirm the effectiveness of new technologies or retrofits. Inverse model toolkit proposed by ASHRAE evaluates the changes of the energy performance of retrofit buildings by using actual energy consumption data. In this study, the inverse model toolkit was used to analyze heating and cooling energy performance of an office building. Analyzed coefficients of correlation of actual energy consumption with estimated energy consumption was above 0.92 and well fitted. It was confirmed that energy consumption of natural gas decreased by 43.4% and also that electricity decreased by 13.8%, after the retrofit of the case building. For the energy usage, cooling energy was increased by 7.4%, heating energy was decreased by 42.3%, hot water and cooking were increased by 3.4%, lighting and electronics were decreased by 19.3%, and the total energy was decreased by 18.9%.

Heating and cooling load of ventilation is a very important part of building energy saving. Improving ventilation effectiveness can save building energy consume and supply fresh air to indoor efficiently. So this study measured mulity-zone aiflow and ventilation effectiveness according to ventilation types. Result of measurement show that ventilation effectiveness is depends on ventilation system design rather than ventilation types.

The purpose of this study is performance validation of a energy saving apartment about heating energy consumption and analysis of energy consumption by unit characteristics. The performance validation is performed by comparison energy saving apartment with ordinary apartments. And heating energy is analysed by unit position, area, balcony extendtion. Result of this study shows that gas consumption of energy saving apartment is 16.9% less than ordinary apartments and heating gas consumption of energy saving apartment is 22.3% less than ordinary apartments
