        모바일 S/W 시스템 엔지니어 직무분석에 관한 연구

        This paper is aimed to design for Vocational Education and Training Program of Mobile Software and System Engineer. Job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). A Vocational Education and Training Program of Mobile Software and System Engineer was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis.The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training.         Fe-Al-Mn 합금의 저온기계적 성질과 용접에 따른 기계적 성질

        In this work Fe-Al-Mn alloys of different phase structure of γ-single phase and mixed phase of α+ γhave been studied. By decreasing the test temperature, elongation was increased in most of the tested samples. However, elongation of the alloys containing more than 25% α-phase decreased at -196℃. Increase of elongation at low temperature may be interpreted with TRIP phenomena. The samples of y-single phase and she mixed structure of γ-5% αphase have shown very low decrease of impact energy with decreasing test temperature. Their low temperature impact toughness are superior to the conventional 304 stainless steel. The impact energy of the samples containing more than 25% α-phase decreased quite a large amount with decreasing test temperature. Weldability of all the alloys was not so good by arc welding. By decreasing the test temperature the strength of the welded materials increased and elongation has decreased.

        TV 영상신호의 스튜디오 디지털신호 규격에 대해서 현행 TV 및 HDTV의 부호화 파라미터 패러렐 인터페이스 시리얼 인터페이스에 대해 서술하였다. 방송국 설비의 디지털화는 단체(團體)기기의 디지털화로부터 전체 디지털화 시스템으로 발전하고 있고 기기간을 접속하는 인터페이스 기술의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이번에 소개한 스튜디오 신호규격은 그렇기 때문에 필수의 기술이다. 영상디지털 인터페이스는 디지털 음성이나 타임 코드 등을 보조 데이터로서 영상과 동시에 전송하는 기능을 구비하고 있는 외에 디지털 압축신호를 시리얼 인터페이스 상에서 전송하는 방식의 표준화 작업도 진행되고 있고 금후 더욱 기술개발이 기대되고 있다.

      • Hitachi 747 자동분석기의 실험평가

        Comparison of methods studies should compare results by new or proposed method with those by a reference quality method or other generally accepted analytical method for which the performance is documented. The least squares method is frequently used to calculate the slope and intercept of the best line through a set of data points. However, least squares regression slopes and intercepts may be incorrect if the underlying assumptions of the least squares model are not met. Latest in the line of Hitachi systems, the Hitachi 747 is a high volume, random access system. It has capabilities for running states, automatic return of samples with a smaller volume, parameters for serum/plasma and urine, and multitasking capability. We performed method comparison studies against the current method for 8 different analytes with 49 samples for each chemistry. Also, Data analysis was performed according to the Kuwa protocol. The results of statistical studies indicate an acceptable performance over a clinically relevant range. We conclude that the Hitachi 747 analyzer is a reliable, precise and accurate system for routine clinical analytes. Its convenience and simplicity make it superior to the current autoanalyzer for our clinical applications in a hospital setting.

      • 임상병리과 임상실습 교육제도에 관한 연구 : 미국을 중심으로

        The foundation of the present educational process in the United States was establised in the early 1930's. In 1933 the Board (ASCP) announced that one year of college study in addition to clinical experience would be prerequisites for application for the medical technology certifying examination. Through the years the clinical laboratory became more scientifically complex, and it became necessary for students to complete more university courses. The majority of colleges and universities design the medical technology curriculum so that a student can complete the pre-clinical educational requirements within a period of three years. After successfully completing preclinical university courses, the student matriculates to the clinical portion of the total program. These programs provide one year of structured professional instruction for which the student earns academic credit from the university. Usually the clinical facility is a university-affiliated hospital that offers a curriculum including all major areas commonly offered in mordern clinical services. After completing the four years of combined academic and clinical education, the student receives a baccalaureate degree and becomes eligible for certifying examination.

      • 운동부하에 따른 자전거 에르고메타 운동이 호르몬 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was written for analyzing the influence of exercise type on the hormone of endocrine system using bicycle ergometer. For this, I randomly sampled 14 physical education students, classified them to 80% VO2max high intensity group(7) of maximun oxygen intake and 50% VO2max low intensity group(7) based on the anaerobic threshold(AT) by intensity of individual treatment movement. After having them complete 8-week training according to each exercise intensity group. I took the blood at the state of relaxation, measured and analyzed the hormones like Noepineprine, Epineprine, Glucagon as an observed variable of endocrine. Through these procedures, I could obtain the following conclusion. 1. In Noepineprine, it was indicated that of high intensity group increased by 3.1% after 8-week training, that of low intensity group by 2.2%, Which meant the increase of both groups. There was no difference of average between high and low intensity exercise groups, but statistical difference at .05 level in the change of hormone when both groups were relaxed before and; after exercise. 2. In Epineprine, it was increased that of high intensity group increased by 4.0% after exercise compared to before exercise, that of low intensity group by 2.3%, which meant a little difference between both groups, but no significant result in statistics, Also there was no difference in average of Epineprine before and after exercise. 3. Glucagon, it was increased that high intensity group increased by 23.3% after compared to before exercise, that of low intensity group by 18.5%, which meant a statistical difference in the average of Glucagon at .05, also in the average difference of Glucagon at .05.

      • 운동형태에 따른 Bicycle-ergometer 운동이 혈청지질 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyze the effect of exercise pattern using bicycle ergometer on serum lipid. To do this, random sampling 14 physical education students, I divided this group into high intensity one (7 students) with 80% VO_2max of maximum oxygen intake for 10minutes and low intensity one (7 students) with 50% VO_2max for 30 minutes vased on the individual intensity of exercise, gathered the blood in relation to 8-weeks, training according to each exercise intensity group by 4 time zone, and measured the lipid change like total-cholesterol(TC), HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC/HDL-C as observed factors of endocrine system. As a result, the following conclusion could be obtained. First, there was no statistically significant difference between the averages of high intensity training group and low intensity one in the serum lipid change like TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC/HDL-C after 8-weeks training before experiment, during rest, after exercise and after 30 minuter from rest period. Second, TC, HDL-C, TG after 8-weeks, training showed very high correlation at the level of .001 between before training and rest time, before training and after rest time and after exercise, rest time and after 30 minutes from rest time, after training and after 30 minutes from rest time in both high intensity group and low intensity one. Third, LDL-C after 8-weeks, training showed high correlation at the level of .01 between before training and rest time in both high and low intensity group, that after 30 minutes from rest time showed high correlation at the level of exercise, rest time and afrer 30 minutes from rest time showed reverse correlation due to reduction of LDL-C, which was not statistically significant one. Fourth, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC/HDL-C after 8-weeks high intensity and low intensity training reduced, the amount of HDL-C increased, which showed statistically significant difference.

      • 스포츠 에어로빅스 국제 우수 선수와의 연기내용 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to pursue a better dancing composition by conducting a comparison analysis the number of the degree of difficulty and the level composing the time of the major performance of the works of Korean players together with the work of the players of mixed pair part among the winners of top 6th palce in sports aerobics world championship contest. Taking a view over the result of this study, specially in the space composition(large in size) the distinguished foreign players demonstrated a colorful performance over the four (4) aspects of the stage. Although the Korean players had acted over many portions of the stage space their motion was somewhat restricted in simply straight form such as moving forward and back, left and right, montonously. Secondly, regarding the time for the performance, both of he local and foreign players took almost equal time respectively. Thirdly, in the level of degree of difficulty, while the foreign players had distributed the number of their degree of difficulty almost uniformly over their entire range of performance, the local players failed in demonstrating an equally distributed number of degree of difficulty that their last part of performance were noticed as remarkably drop down of the degree compared with that of foreign players. Based on the result of this study, the researcher would suggest that in the composition of space the local team of players will require a well diversified space motion rather than concentration in straght motion though they have had displayed a colorful dancing performance by using the four aspects of the stage. Regarding the time of performance, their dancing performance may be carried on in a consideration of well proportionated physical strength and effective allocation of the given time. Lastly, in regard with the number of degree of representation of artistic sentiment by performing an accurate degree of difficulty by equal distribution of the number of degree of difficulty over the ensure works.
