The transesterification reaction between diethanolamine and methyl methacrylate was kinetically investigated in the presence of various metal acetate catalysts at 120℃. The amount of reacted methyl methacrylate was measured by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography, and the reaction rate also measured from the amount of reaction products and reactants under each catalyst. The transesterification reaction was carried out in the first order with respect to the concentration of diethanolamine and methyl methacrylate, respectively. The over-all order is 2nd. The apparent rate constant was found to obey first-order kinetics with respect to the concentration of catalyst. The maximum reaction rate was appeared at the range of 1.4 to 1.6 of electronegativity of metal ions and instability constant of metal acetates.
Effect of the Organometallic Catalyst in the Preparation of Polybutylenesuccinate

Esterification reaction between succinic acid[SA] and 1,4-butanediol [BD} was kinetically investigated in the presence of organometallic catalysts (ESCAT- 100Ag18, MBTO)at 150∼180℃. The reaction followed from the measurement of the quantity of water which was distilled from the reaction vessel. The esterification reaction was carried out under the first order kinetics with respect to the concentration of reactants and catalyst, respectively. The overall reaction order was 2nd. From the examination of relationship between apparent reaction rate constants and reciprocal absolute temperature, the activation energy has been calculated as 146.70 kJ/mol(ESCAT-100Ag18) and 87.57 kJ/mol(MBTO), respectively.

This study is a survey on the effect of working security and worksite environment connected to the worst case of noise and dust which was generated in the manufacturing workshop of machinery and casting. The noise intensity of the manufacturing process tends to increase up to the limited strength of 90dB (A) or the higher during the last 4∼5 years in 1990∼1994. This result requires a significant improvement of worksite environment of unit workshop. The concentration of dust in the gouging process tends to increase to a significantly high level compared with other worksite, which also requires a local ventilation method to reduce the dust diffusion. Organic solvents used most frequently in the manufacturing process machinery were the aromatic hydrocarbons, but were gradually diversed in recent years.

Through phenomenological suspension(the epoche) everything in the life world is reduced to pure phenomenon, that is everything can be so reduced. Phenomenological reduction is the realm of pure consciousness which is absoluted certain and apodictic. To know the social phenomenon we must gain knowledge of it through the ego, through cogitation (or noesis). So I tried to concern the frame of reference and cogitation process by phenomenology. The frame of reference have composed three subsystems knowledge system, feeling system and value system. The process of cogitation is very important for increasing the knowledge system. The process of cogition are as follows : ① Perception function and process ② Inference function and process ③ Judgement function and process ④ Activity and attude process I proposed eight principles to insight of the social phenomenon. These are as follows: ① Principle of camparison ② Principle of systematic method ③ Principle of correlation ④ Principle of structure ⑤ Principle of function ⑥ Principle of change ⑦ Principle of history ⑧ Principle of consciousness. What is man? What is the world? What is man's place in the uninverse? Seheler defined philosophy from the phenomenological standpoint, as follws. : "In essence philsophy is strictly self evident insight, which cannot be either augmented or nullified by induction and which has a priori validity for contizent existents" We must return to the lebenswelt, The world which we meet in the lived-in experience, our immediate of world, we must make a distinction between self-evident perception and merely adequate thought or apoditic self evidence. The world is not what I think, but what I live through. I am open to the world, I have no doubt that I am in communication with it, but I do not possess it; it is inexhaustible. Primary is perceived levenswelt (life-world). we have direct access to being and truth through perceptual consciousness, which provides us with the bases of higher level structures of intellectural consciousness, but higher order experience are not reducible to perceptual consciousness. Furthmore perceptual consciousness and principles insight embraces not only mere sense-data but also the immediate exprience of an intersubjective or social levenswelt. From the phenomenology of perception we arrive at other levels of experience, such as the phenomenology of inter subjeitive truth. So I believe the eidetic method is the method of phenomenological positivism which bases the possible on the real.
p-Nitroazobenzene 함유한 Polyamic Acid의 합성과 수면상의 변위전류 측정

The synthesis of polyamic acid was studied to get optimized conditions. The spectrum of the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophres was investigated by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry in various solvent at room temperature. Recrystallization of reaction product in ethanol solvent atomosphere results 73.2% monomer, 78.6% anhydride tetracarbonic acid, and 96% polyamic acid. Maxwell displacement current(MDC)measuring technique has been applied on the study of monolayers of polyamic acid. The displacement current was generated from monolayers on the water surface by monolayer compression and expansion. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule was about 250Ųand 120Ų. The charge flow and Maxwell displacement currents were investigated in connection with monolayer compression cycles. It was found that The maximum of MDCs appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in both 1st and 2nd compression cycles.
