본 연구의 목적은 움직임을 싫어하는 비만 아동들에게 운동의 필요성을 인식하게 하여 언제 어디서나 쉽게 수행할 수 있는 줄넘기 운동을 통하여 비만도를 개선하고 기초 체력을 향상하며 자주적으로 꾸준히 운동하는 태도를 기르는데 있다. 한국 소 아발육 표준치에 따른 비만도표에 의해 비만도 20% 이상인 5학년 남학생 10명을 연 구 대상으로 선정하여 10주 동안, 주 3~5회, 50~80% HRmax의 강도로 운동처방 프 로그램을 실시하여 신장, 체중, 체지방의 신체적 변화와 50m달리기, 윗몸일으키기, 제자리멀리뛰기, 1000달리기의 체력 변화를 운동처방 전․후로 측정하였다. 자료 분 석은 SPSS/PC+ 프로그램을 이용하여 인원수가 적을 경우 이용하는 통계처리방법인 비모수 검정방법 중 사전․사후 검정 도구인 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 이용하여 통 계처리하고 유의수준은 P<.05 수준으로 비교․분석하였다. 줄넘기 운동처방을 통해 신장은 149.59㎝에서 150.81㎝로 증가하여 유의한 차이 가 있었으나 이는 운동에 의한 증가보다는 자연적 증가로 생각된다. 체중은 61.25㎏ 에서 61.00㎏으로 0.25㎏ 감소하였고, 운동처방 후 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 체 지방량은 34.33%에서 32.49%로 1.84%로 감소하였고, 운동처방 후 유의한 차이가 있 었다. 줄넘기 운동처방을 통해 50m 달리기에서는 평균 0.12초 단축되었고 윗몸일으 키기에서는 평균 1.8회 증가하였으며, 운동처방 후 유의한 차이가 있었다. 제자리멀 리뛰기에서는 민첩성 향상 등으로 1.3㎝ 증가하였고, 오래달리기와 걷기를 통해 1000m 달리기에서는 심폐지구력이 향상되어 35초 감소하였고, 운동처방 후 유의한 차이가 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to know the difference of visual acuity (VA) of athletes and nonathletes, men and women students. Subjects were 459 athletes and 1698 nonathletes of elementary, middle and high schools. The data for research were used to health documents which | measured at 5 may 1993. The results were as follow: 1) The VA of athleies was better than that of nonathletes. The difference between two groups did have significance on 0.001 level, but women of elemetary school did not. The older are the subjects the better grew the VA of athletes, but die worse grew the VA of nonathlotes. Women were rapid worsed at high school in particular. 2) The VA of men were better than that of women. The difference between two groups did have significance on 0.001 level in elementary and high school. Number of ammetropic eye in men was 26% in elementary, 33% in middle, 43% in high school and 36% in elementary, 37% in middle, 62% in high school in women. Number of ammetropic eye was slowly increased in men, but it was rapidly increased in women. I think that the results come from the factors that athletes and men did much exercise and did more distance work of eye in the large space than near work of eye in the small space.

본 硏究는 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의한 最適 管網解析에 필요한 알고리즘을 개발하는데 目的을 두고 있으며, 管網解析을 위한 시스템의 구성은 節點의 수와 각 節點에 따른 要素로 구성되어 있다. 한편 본 硏究에서는 管網시스템을 線形解析으로 適用·分析하였으며, 그 결과 線形解析 技法으로서 Hazen-Williams 式에 의한 Newton-Rapson 方法의 線形解析 알고리즘이 보다 精密하고 신속한 解를 얻을 수 있었다. This study deals with the analysis of pipe networks. The analysis of pipe network is normally done by computer programming. And the systems are composed of as follows ; elements, the pipes, connected with specified number of nodes. The pipe network system should be solved for the network systems solution. The element level, head losses for each elements are calculated from the head losses. From this process, the network solutions are completed. The critical step in this analysis is the determination of individual element behaviour. For this the method which is based on the Hazen-Williams formula and used Newton-Rapson technique is chosen. This linear analysis leads precise results.
창출 · 지모 · 육계 복합추출물의 고지방식이 유도 당뇨병 마우스에서의항당뇨 효능 및 C2C12 골격근세포에서의 조절기전 연구

Objective : This study investigated the anti-diabetic effects of DM1, a herbal mixture with Atractylodis Rhizoma, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, and Cinnamomi Cortex in high fat diet (HFD)-induced diabetic mice and the mechanism in C2C12 mouse skeletal muscle cells. Methods : The C57B/6 mice were fed high fat for 12 weeks, and then administrated DM1 extract (500 ㎎/㎏, p.o.) for 4 weeks. The changes of body weight, calorie and water intakes, fasting blood glucose levels and the serum levels of glucose, insulin, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, AST and ALT were measured in mice. The histological changes of liver and pancreas tissues were also observed by H&E stain. C2C12 myoblasts were differentiated into myotubes and then treated with DM1 extract (0.5, 1, and 2 ㎎/㎖) for 24 hr. The expression of myosin heavy chain (MHC), PGC1α, Sirt1 and NRF1, and the AMPK phosphorylation were determined in the myotubes by western blot, respectively. Results : The DM1 extract administration significantly decreased the calorie and water intakes, glucose, triglyceride, AST and ALT levels and increased insulin and HDL-cholesterol in HFD-induced diabetic mice. DM1 extract inhibited lipid accumulation in liver tissue and improved glucose tolerance. In C2C12 myotubes, DM1 treatment increased the expression of MHC, PGC1α, Sirt-1, NRF-1 and the AMPK phosphorylation. Conclusion : In our results indicate that DM1 can improve diabetic symptoms by decreasing the obesity, glucose tolerance and fatty liver in HFD-induced diabetic mice, and responsible mechanism is might be related with energy enhancement.
