        임파워링 리더행동과 팀원들의 학습행동 및 교류기억의 관계: 팀 효능감, 혁신성향 및 리더에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of empowering leader behavior on team learning behavior and team transactive memory (TTM) through mediated factors. We examined whether team efficacy, support for innovation, and trust to leader among team members mediated the effect of empowering leader behavior on team learning behavior and TTM, using 568 individuals from 112 teams in nine local companies and five multinational companies. The results indicated that empowering leader behavior was positively related to team efficacy, support for innovation, and trust to leader. In addition, team efficacy and support for innovation were positively related to both team learning behavior and TTM. However, trust to leader was significantly relevant to team learning behavior, but not to TTM. Therefore, team efficacy, support for innovation, and trust to leader mediated between empowering leader behavior and team learning behavior. Also, team efficacy and support for innovation mediated between empowering leader behavior and TTM, but trust to leader didn't. The implication and limitations of this research were discussed.

      • 明代朝鮮與女眞的關係硏究

        Nuchen is the ancestry of Manchu who built Qing Dynasty, the last feudal empire of China. Early two or three thousand year ago forefathers of Nuchen began to inhabit in the northeastern area of China. Manchu is the minority which has the second largest population next to Zhuanzu of all the 55 minorities of China, and occupies and important position in the history of Chian. Lee Dynasty of Korea, after its establishment, made great efforts to launch multi-directional diplomacy in order to guarantee domestic political stability, economical and cutural development. Especially at the beginning of establishment the rulers actively enhanced the relationship with Ming Dynasty for the purpose of gaining legisimism. Of course Nuchen, another neighboring nation, was also an important existence. At that time Jianzhou Nuchen (one of the three major tribes of Nuchen, i.e. Haixi, Yeren, Jianzhou) had the most inseparable relationship with Korea geographically. This thesis will discuss the relationship between Korea and Nuchen putting the relationship of Korea and Jianzhou Nuchen at the central point. With the relationship between Korea and Jianzhou Nuchen as a central topic, this thesis elaborates power relationship of Northeastern Asia at that historical period, and at the same time analyses power struggle that Nuchen carried out with Ming Dynasty and Korean Dynasty, and studies how Ming Dynasty and Korean Dynasty maintained their relationship in the period of transitional development of Nuchen. First of all it analyses the influence of south moving of Nuchen to the relationship between Ming Dynasty and Korean Dynasty and the influence caused to Nuchen itself, and at the same time analyses its route and cause. Secondly through studying historical situation of the era of Yongle Emperor of Ming Dynasty, it analyses all the efforts that Korean and Ming Dynasty had made to control Nuchen. In other words, it elaborates how Ming Dynasty, the leader of the Northeastern Asia, and Korean Dynasty just established contended for Nuchen, how Korea tried to control Nuchen in its diplomacy with strong Ming Dynasty, and how Nuchen developed into agricultural nation from a hunting tribe amidst the struggle between the two powers. Thirdly it analyes the policy on Nuchen of the Korean Dynasty dividing it into placate and punitive policies. This thesis discusses amicable policy of Korea to become reconciled with Nuchen and how she punished Nuchen with its tough policy by making punitive expedition. Finally it discusses cultural intercourse between Korea and Nuchen. Whatever displomacy they carried, there were not only cultural interchanges participated by governments, but also spontaneous interchanges of culture between the people in the border area, as they were neighboring countries. This thesis discusses the method of cultural intercourse between the two nations and its influence to both nations. Above is the summary of this thesis. Historically the relationship between Korea and Nuchen is of great significance, but it used to be hidden behind the large shade of the relationship of Korea and China, and failed to be studied fully. Regarding this point, as a student who learns about minorities in the northeastern area of China, I decided to select this theme. I am afraid my talent and study are not sufficient, and made a lot of mistakes and lacks in the thesis. I hope all the teachers attended give me encouragement and tell me how to supplement indufficient points.

      • 勢道政治體制와 租稅 : 19세기 경상도 상주를 중심으로

        본 논문은 19세기 세도정치체제가 경제에 미친 영향을 경상도 상주지방을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 세도정치는 대리인 비용을 증가시킨 전형적인 정치제도였다. 양란이후 조선정부는 만성적인 재정부족을 극복하고, 안정적인 조세수입을 확보하고자 수취체계를 변화시켰고, 체제안정을 기하기 위하여 향촌지배질서를 왕-지방수령-이서향임으로 이어지는 관료중심으로 변화시키기 시작하였다. 지배방식과 조세수취방식의 변화는 백성들의 조세부담을 증가시키는 결과를 초래하였다. 조세수취방식은 모든 세금을 토지로 집중시키는 도결이 시행되었다. 지방수령의 권한이 확대되고 중앙의 감시감독기능이 약한 상태에서 조세제도의 변화는 봉록이 거의 없는 地方守令들의 자의적인 착취를 보다 용이하게 만들었다. 각종 문서에 나타난 공식적인 세율은 약23% 정도였으나, 실제적으로는 40%정도에 이르고 있었다. 그 결과 세도정치하의 과도한 조세부담은 상주지역의 확대재생산의 길을 막아버리는 결과를 가져왔다. 즉, 19세기 세도정치는 조세의 임의성을 증가시켜 실질조세율을 증가시키고, 생활여건의 악화를 초래하였다. 이는 곧 농민들의 생산의욕의 저하와 조선경제의 발전을 억제하였던 것이다.

        폭소노미에 따른 웹 분류 연구 - 이용자 태깅 행위 분석을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 실제 폭소노미를 사용하는 참여자의 태깅 경험, 태깅과 폭소노미에 대한 인식을 파악하며, 폭소노미에 따른 웹 분류의 의미에 대해 탐구하고자 한다. 세 개의 폭소노미 시스템 Connotea, CiteULike, Delicious의 12명 참여자와 함께 정성적 연구의 틀 내에서 웹 설문, 인터뷰, 일기연구를 수행하였다. 참여자들의 태깅 행위를 이루는 기본구성요소를 파악하고, 태깅활동에 참여하게 되는 동기와 그 태깅동기들이 참여자들이 사용하는 태그에 어떻게 반영되는지를 조사하였다. 또한 정보탐색(information foraging) 이론을 적용하여 참여자들이 태깅을 통해 참여하는 사회성과 상호작용성에 대한 경험과 인식을 분석하고, 정보냄새로서의 태그에 대하여 논의하였다. 이용자 참여를 기반으로 하는 본 연구의 실증적 연구결과들은 폭소노미를 활용한 웹 정보서비스를 다양한 각도에서 이해하는데 도움을 주고, 웹 정보자원의 분류와 조직에 있어서 폭소노미의 유용화를 연구하는 개념적 틀을 제시함으로써 폭소노미 현상의 연구 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to explore how users are tagging in order to utilize a folksonomy and whether they understand the social and interactive aspects of tagging in three different folksonomic systems, Connotea (www.connotea.org), Delicious(http://delicious.com), and CiteULike(www.citeulike.org). The study uses internet questionnaires, qualitative diary studies, and follow-up interviews to understand twelve participants’ tagging activities associated with folksonomic interactions. The flow charts developed from the twelve participants showed that tagging was a quite complex process, in which each tagging activity was interconnected, and a variety of folksonomic system features were employed. Three main tagging activities involved in the tagging processes have been identified: item selection, tag assignment, and tag searching and discovery. During the tag assignment, participants would describe their tagging motivations related to various types of tags. Their perception of the usefulness of types of tags was different when their purpose was for social sharing rather than personal information management. While tagging, participants recognized the social potential of a folksonomic system and used interactive aspects of tagging via various features of the folksonomic system. It is hoped that this empirical study will provide insight into theoretical and practical issues regarding users’ perceptions and use of folksonomy in accessing, sharing, and navigating internet resources.

        Teacher Efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Secondary Teachers Who Are Effective in Social and Emotional Learning

        Theoretically adopted from the prosocial classroom model, this study attempts to explore the nature of social and emotional competence and wellbeing of teachers who are effective in social and emotional learning (SEL) focused on teacher efficacy and job satisfaction in South Korea. Findings from a survey, interviews, and a focus group show that teachers effective in SEL have higher levels of teacher efficacy and job satisfaction than the national average. Efficacy in teaching appears to be a prerequisite of SEL implementation. Once successfully implemented, the ensuing positive responses from students or colleagues become important sources of job satisfaction and a motivator to continue SEL.
