본 논문에서는 이동로봇 조향장치의 기계적 구조를 제안하고 조향위치 제어를 위한PID 제어기를 설계하였다. PID 제어기의 이득결정 방법에서 초기 시스템변수는 Ziegler-Nichols 계단응답 방법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 측정된 시스템변수와 시스템스케일상수를 디지털PID 제어기 시스템전달함수에 대입하여 최종적인 비례, 미분 그리고 적분 이득을 얻었다. 이득을 이용하여 제안한 조향구조의 이동로봇을 셀프튜닝과 이득 결정 방법으로 실험했다. 조향장치의 셀프튜닝 시간은 1 회 평균 1 분 이내로 안정적인 성능을 보여주었다. 또한, 오버슈트, 언더슈트 그리고 정상상태에서 진동과 같은 불안정한 상태는 발생되지 않았다. 수렴 유지오차는 0.5° 이내로 적은 오차를 보여주었으며, 산술평균화를 이용한 셀프튜닝이득의 시스템편차가 적게 나타났다. 실험을 통하여 PID 제어기는 이동로봇의 조향시스템에사용이 가능하고 응답 시간이 빠르게 도달하여 안정하게 제어됨을 확인하였다.

This study is to analyze the social welfare activities and current status of Cheondoism. Because there are not study on the social welfare activities and current status of Cheondoism. It is meaningful that academic research trends reveal the social welfare activities and current status of Cheondoism in these circumstances. In order to see relations with other religions or to make comparative studies, more studies of Cheondoism, which are lacking in various fields, must be presented. Social participation in religion, including religious social welfare, is the practice of religious doctrine. The main doctrine of Cheondogism is Sicheonju(시천주), Sainyeocheon(사인여천), and Innaecheon(인내천). This doctrine led the Donghak Revolution, the 3.1 Movement, the peasant movement, the children’s movement, and the youth movement. In the present, social welfare and social movement are separated, in the past social movement was social welfare and social participation. Since the emergence of the concept of social welfare, Cheondoism’s social welfare activities have been limited. After liberation, Cheondoism can not afford to act for social welfare. Christianity (Catholicism and Protestantism), Buddhism, and Won Buddhism, which had been active since the Korean War, have grown in social welfare activities since the civil government. However, Cheondoism started operating a daycare center in 1982. The gap between other religions is large enough to establish the Welfare Foundation only in 2015. It was only natural for Cheondoism, which had failed to develop for several reasons before 1990, when the religious social welfare market grew, compared to other religions. Since religious social welfare correlates with the growth of religious organizations, active Cheondoism activities are needed. 본 연구의 목적은 천도교의 사회복지 활동과 현황에 대한 분석이다. 천도교의 사회복지 활동과 현황을 연구하는 데에는 다른 종교와 달리 천도교에 대한 연구가 많지 않기 때문이다. 학계의 연구동향이 이러한 상황에서 천도교의 사회복지 활동과 현황을 밝히는 것은 의미가 있다. 다른 종교들과 관계 또는 비교 연구를 위해서는 다른 종교들에 비해 여러 분야에서 부족한 천도교의 연구가 더 많이 나와야 한다. 종교사회복지를 포함한 종교의 사회참여는 종교 교리의 실천이다. 천도교의 종지는 시천주, 사인여천, 인내천이다. 이러한 교리의 실천으로 동학혁명, 3.1운동, 농민운동, 어린이운동, 청년운동을 주도했다. 사회복지와 사회운동이 구분되는 현재와는 달리 당시에는 사회운동이 사회복지였고, 사회참여였다. 사회복지 개념이 등장한 이후 천도교의 사회복지 활동은 많지 않았다. 해방이후 사회복지 활동에 매진할 여력이 없었기 때문이다. 한국전쟁을 기점으로 꾸준히 사회복지 분야에서 활동했던 그리스도교(천주교와 개신교)와 불교, 원불교는 문민정부 이후 사회복지활동이 더욱 성장했다. 그러나 천도교는 1982년에 들어서 어린이집 운영을 시작했다. 그리고 2015년에 들어서야 복지재단을 설립했을 정도로 다른 종교와 격차가 크다. 종교사회복지 시장이 성장하던 1990년 이전 여러 이유로 역량을 키우지 못했던 천도교로서는 다른 종교에 비해 밀리는 것은 당연하다. 종교사회복지가 종교조직의 성장과 상관관계가 있는 만큼 천도교의 활발한 활동이 필요하다.

We consider a facility layout problem for optimized material flow system design in the automated production system design. Existing facility layout algorithm have a weak point that arranged facilities have irregular shape or don't preserve their own shape and size. The proposed algorithm give a layout which is minimize total material handling cost and maximize space utility under preserving each facilities own shape and size.

Background: The incidence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) is increasing with the increase in the elderly population. Kümmell’s disease following OVCF occurrence is not a rare complication and is frequently associated with severe pain or neurologic deficit with progressive kyphotic deformity. Kümmell’s disease initially meant post-traumatic delayed vertebral collapse, but now it is also termed nonunion, osteonecrosis, or intravertebral vacuum cleft, all of which suggest the disruption of the healing process. Current Concepts: The major pathogenesis of Kümmell’s disease is a vascular compromise caused by mechanical stress or intravascular pathology. The key radiologic sign to diagnose Kümmell’s disease is the presence of intravertebral vacuum cleft, observed using simple X-ray, computed tomography, or magnetic resonance imaging. Magnetic resonance imaging is the most useful diagnostic tool showing gas or fluid signals. The risk factors for the progression of Kümmell’s disease after OVCF include middle-column injury, confined low signal intensity on T2-weighted image, posterior wall combined fracture, kyphotic angle >10°, and a height loss >15%. Its treatment can be broadly classified as conservative treatment, bone cement injection, and surgical treatment. The appropriate treatment method is selected based on the pain intensity, neurological symptoms, and the severity of the kyphotic deformity. Discussion and Conclusion: Kümmell’s disease usually develops along with osteoporosis. Therefore, the treatment should be focused on relief from symptoms associated with Kümmell’s disease and osteoporosis. It is recommended that an anabolic agent should be administered after the diagnosis of Kümmell’s disease, regardless of the treatment modality.

In this study, we developed a OBE(On Board Equipment) system in which moving cars communicate directly each other to exchange traffic information. this system achieved by using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication). this technology can improve the fidelity of collected information by transferring current state information from a moving car to center in real time. As a consequence of it, moving cars can be offer information service of hight quality even in a shadow zone. and also, in addition to basic ETC function for toll payment, using our newly developed system, delivering traffic information and providing additive service like GPS can be achieved by car-to-car direct communication within shadow areas without additional infra-structure. 본 연구는 OBE(On Board Equipment) 단말기를 이용하여 특별한 인프라 없이 무선통신이 가능하도록 하는 단거리 무선통신(DSRC)을 이용하여 차량간 직접통신을 통한 교통정보교환방식 서비스 체계를 개발하였다. 본 기술은 이동차량의 상태정보를 실시간으로 센터에 전달함으로써 수집정보의 정밀도를 개선할 수 있도록 하였으며, 통신 음영지역에서도 고품질의 교통정보 서비스 제공이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 통행료를 지불하는 ETC 기능과 함께 그 다음 통신 음영지역 에서도 차량간 직접통신을 통해 교통정보 지점방송과 GPS 등의 부가 통신서비스를 인프라 없이 제공 할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.
