Supratentorial hemangioblastomas are extremely rare since almost all of the hemangioblastomas of the central nervous system were occurred in the cerebellum. We have experienced a case of the right parieto-occipital hemangioblastoma which was removed successfully and confirmed histologically. A 64-year-old woman was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital, Catholic Medical College in October, 1973, because of headache, vomiting, left hemiparesis and mental confusion. She had had severe headache since 6 months prior to admission and associated with frequent nausea and vomiting. Mental confusion and progressive left hemiparesis were detected by family since 2 months prior to admission. On admission, neurological examination revealed drowsiness and disorientation. Ophthalmological examination disclosed visual impairment, papilledema and left inferior quadrantanopsia. There was left face supranuclear type weakness and left hemiparesis with positive pathological reflex. Right carotid angiogram showed a well demarcated homogenous round tumor stain at paramedian area of the right parieto-occipital Iobe. Brain scan with 99'Tc pertechnetate showed a round uptake at the right parieto-occipital region. Through the right temporo-parieto-occipital craniotomy we found a brownish red solid mass which was embedded into medial aspect of the occipital lobe adjacent to falx. The tumor was not attached to the meninges or falx. The tumor was successfully removed en bloc, and it was measured 5. 5cm X4. 5cm X2. 5cm in size. Postoperative course was uneventful and follow-up observation noted improvement of previous symptoms and signs except visual defect. Histological features of the tumor showed numerous delicate vascular channels primarily of capillary type with blood in the lumina of the large vessels. Histological diagnosis was hemangioblatoma.
레이더 신호의 실시간 추출을 위한 소형 레이더 목표 추출기 개발

현재 사용되고 있는 소형 레이더 장치는 타선의 진운동정보(진침로, 진속력)나 충돌회피정보(CPA, TCPA) 및 주위 상황 변화에 대한 다양한 물표 정보를 제공할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제에 주목하여 일반 소형 어선에 탑재되어 있는 저가형의 소형 레이더 장치로부터 analog video signal, trigger, bearing 및 heading pulse를 공급받아 현용의 자동 레이더 플롯팅 장치(Automatic Radar Plating Aid, ARPA) 레이더에서 제공하는 수준의 각종 정보를 정량적으로 추출 및 제공할 수 있는 레이더 목표 추출 장치(Radar Target Extractor, RTE)를 개발하여 소형 레이더 장치에 부착시켜 소형 연근해 어선에서도 타선의 진운동정보 및 충돌회피 정보와 같은 항해 정보를 수집, 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. Using of small Radar device can not supply the real exercise information of ellipse circumference or CPA, TCPA and the changing of surroundings fur various target information. Therefore, for the above problem, we develop RTE that is able to and of for each information from ARPA Radar which supply analog video signal, trigger bearing and heading pulse from low-cost small Radar device is equiped with general small fishing boat. The small fishing is equipped with small Radar device, so it is able to collect and apply sailing information such as real exercise information and TCPA.
