        알칼리減量加工이 polyester 織物의 洗滌性에 미치는 影響 : 表面構造의 效果를 中心으로 The effects of surface structure

        To study the effects of surface structure of fiber on the decrement of fatty soil removal at high temperature, the following variables were selected: controled and alkali-treated P.E.T. (polyester) fabrics and chopped fibers as substrates to estimate the detergencies, different aging methods of soiled substrates, and different washing temperatures and surfactant solutions. Radiotagged tripalmitin was used as soil and the detergency was estimated by means of liquid scintillation counting method. The results were as following: The surface of the fiber became rough with many grooves and the hydrophilicity of the fiber was increased and the structure of the fabric became loose by alkali treatment. While the detergency of alkali-treated P.E.T. fabric was better than that of controled P.E.T. fabric, there was no significant differences between the detergencies of controled and alkali-treated chopped fibers. These results indicate that the increment of detergency of alkali-treated P.E.T. fabric is mainly resulted from the changes of fabric structure and the improved hydrophilicity of fiber by alkai treatment. The detergency of tripalmitin was increased with elevating temp. below the m.p. of tripalmitin, was decreased around the m.p., and again was increased above the m.p.. It is considered that the decrement of detergency around the m.p. is due to the diffusion of molten tripalmitin into the grooves on fiber surface, the inner part of fiber, and between fibers. When controled and alkali-treated soiled fabrics and soiled chopped fibers were washed in the distilled water and in the Na-DBS solution respectively, below 60? detergencies of alkali-treated fabrics and chopped fibers were improved. However above 60? this result was reversed. Therefore these results are regarded as the effects of grooves on fiber surface at high temp. and improved hydrophilicity at low temp. by alkali treatment. When controled and alkali-treated soiled fabrics and soiled chopped fibers were hot-aged before washing, the detergencies of both species were decreased generally. Because the soil was diffused into the grooves on fiber surface, the inner part of fiber, and between fibers during hot-aging. The detergencies of hot-aged species were also decreased above certain temp.. These results suggest that the decrement of detergency at high temp. be resulted not only from the diffusion of soil into the grooves on fiber surface, the inner part of fiber, and between fibers, but also from the characteristics of surfactant solutions.

        PBL을 활용한 <패션의 이해> 수업 사례 및 학습효과

        The purposes of this study were to develop PBL programs for <Understanding Fashion> class, and to examine the effects of PBL. The 2 PBL experiencing the roles of “fashion editor” and “fashion stylist” were conducted in “Fashion & Social Culture” and “Fashion Design” parts. The objects were 29 students in Home Economics Education Department. The effects of PBL were observed through contents analysis to reflective journals. Also, self assessment and learning satisfaction were analyzed. The effectiveness of PBL presented in reflective journals were ‘understanding of cooperative learning’, ‘related knowledge adaption’, ‘real experience’, ‘self-examination & changed self’, ‘problem solving ability’. Also students’ self-assessment and learning satisfaction were very high in two PBL programs. However, they had difficulties in co-working and lack of time. 사범대학 가정교육과 <패션의 이해> 과목에서 새로운 교수학습방법인 PBL을 시도하고 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 패션과 사회문화부분에서는 ‘패션 에디터’, 패션디자인 부분에서는 ‘패션 스타일리스트’를 체험하는 2개의 PBL 문제를 개발하고 수업을 설계한 후가정교육과 대학생 29명을 대상으로 2번의 PBL 수업을 진행하였다. PBL 수업효과는 학생들의 성찰일지를 키워드 중심의 내용분석과빈도분석으로 살펴보았고, 자기평가와 학습만족도는 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였다. PBL의 학습효과는 협동학습에 대한 이해, 관련지식 습득 및 적용, 실제 경험 및 체험, 자아성찰 및 변화된 자신, 문제해결력 향상으로 나타났다. PBL 수업에 대한 학생들의 자기평가와 학습만족도는 높은 편이었다. 그러나 PBL 학습과정에서 학생들은 팀원 간의 관계를 가장 힘들어했으며 시간이 부족하다고 하였다.

        인터넷 의류구매자의 의류쇼핑행동,태도 및 특성

        In this study, Internet users were separated into 3 groups(clothing shoppers, clothing non-shoppers, non-shoppers). Shopping behavior of clothing shoppers(those who used the internet channel for clothing shopping) and the attitude to internet clothing shopping were examined. And characteristics of clothing shoppers were compared with characteristics of clothing non-shoppers(those who purchased goods except clothing on internet) and non-shoppers(those who purchased nothing on internet). The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didn't purchase clothing on internet was also investigated. Questionaire was used as method of gathering data. Mean, ANOVA, Duncan-test, t-test and x^2-test were used for data analysis. 1. Clothing shoppers considered carefully design, exchange & refund, quality and price and purchased generally T-shirt, underwear, jeans and sports wear. 2. Clothing shoppers thought clothing in internet shopping malls was not various in item, design, color, size and price. But they were satisfied with shopping convenience 3. Clothing shoppers were more conscious of the shopping cost compared with clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers. Recreational shopping orientations and fashion leader orientations were low in both groups. Self-confidence in connection with clothing purchase were high in each groups, but that of clothing shoppers were relatively higher than clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers. 4. The reason why clothing non-shoppers and non-shoppers didn't purchase clothing in internet shopping malls was that they wanted to buy after trying on clothing in a store, didn't believe the quality of clothing, didn't need to purchase clothing in internet shopping malls, and worried about exchange & refund.

        Clinical Aspects of the Differential Diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonism

        Parkinsonism is a clinical syndrome presenting with bradykinesia, tremor, rigidity, and postural instability. Nonmotor symptoms have recently been included in the parkinsonian syndrome, which was traditionally associated with motor symptoms only. Various pathologically distinct and unrelated diseases have the same clinical manifestations as parkinsonism or parkinsonian syndrome. The etiologies of parkinsonism are classified as neurodegenerative diseases related to the accumulation of toxic protein molecules or diseases that are not neurodegenerative. The former class includes Parkinson’s disease (PD), multiple-system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, and corticobasal degeneration. Over the past decade, clinical diagnostic criteria have been validated and updated to improve the accuracy of diagnosing these diseases. The latter class of disorders unrelated to neurodegenerative diseases are classified as secondary parkinsonism, and include drug-induced parkinsonism (DIP), vascular parkinsonism, and idiopathic normal-pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH). DIP and iNPH are regarded as reversible and treatable forms of parkinsonism. However, studies have suggested that the absence of protein accumulation in the nervous system as well as managing the underlying causes do not guarantee recovery. Here we review the differential diagnosis of PD and parkinsonism, mainly focusing on the clinical aspects. In addition, we describe recent updates to the clinical criteria of various disorders sharing clinical symptoms with parkinsonism.

        Postoperative respiratory difficulty due to asymptomatic anterior cervical osteophyte after brain tumor surgery -a case report-

        Anterior cervical osteophytes are commonly found in elderly patients, but rarely produce symptoms. When symptoms occur, they can range from mild symptoms of dysphagia, dysphonia, and foreign body sensation to severe symptoms of airway obstruction due to compression of the pharynx or larynx. We report the case of a 59-year-old man who underwent brain tumor surgery, and developed post-operative respiratory difficulty due to progressive pharyngo-laryngeal edema, requiring urgent endotracheal intubation, secondary to the presence of a previously asymptomatic anterior cervical osteophyte. It is paramount to recognize that asymptomatic anterior cervical osteophytes are a potential cause of life-threatening post-operative respiratory complications that can rapidly progress to life-threatening airway obstruction after surgeries in the prone position, especially in elderly patients.

        국립민속박물관을 활용한 <의생활문화> PBL 수업 사례

        The purpose of this study were to develop PBL(problem-based learning) program, and to examine the effects of PBL. This paper applied PBL to a “Culture of Clothing” class, comprised of 23 undergraduate students majoring in Home Economics. As part of the PBL curriculum, the class assigned students to design and create brochures about the culture of clothing by going on field trips to the National Folk Museum of Korea. The class met for five weeks, 3 hours per week. The effectiveness of PBL was measured based on the students’ self-reflective journals, self-assessments, and satisfaction surveys. The study gathered three major feedbacks from the students after taking the PBL class. First, the students recognized the importance of cooperation and communication in problem-solving process. Second, the students appreciated that students themselves were implementing the self-directed learning. Third, the students were satisfied with the overall quality of the PBL class, based on their feedbacks and surveys. However, the students’ self-assessments show their acknowledgement of the lack of creativity and critical-thinking skills. The study also observed relatively low-satisfaction ratings about the learning environment at the National Folk Museum of Korea. 가정교육과 대학생을 대상으로 가정생활문화 교과내용 중 의생활문화 수업에 국립민속박물관 현장학습을 활용한 PBL 수업을 진행하였다. ‘국립민속박물관 의생활문화 홍보책자 만들기’라는 PBL 문제를 개발하여 가정교육과 3-4학년 23명을 대상으로 박물관이라는실제 상황을 중심으로 설계된 수업이 1주에 3시간씩 5주간 진행되었다. 학생들의 성찰일지와 자기평가지로 PBL 수업의 효과를 분석하였고, 박물관 현장학습의 만족도 역시 분석하였다. 학생들은 문제해결방법을 배우고 문제해결과정에서 협동과 의사소통이 매우 중요하다는 것을 인식하였다. 또한 학생들이 학습의 주체임을 객관적으로 긍정적으로 평가하고 있었다. 다만 문제의 다양한 분석과 비판적/창의적 의견, 생각과 아이디어의 논리적 도출부분이 부족했다고 스스로 평가하고 있었다. 그리고 박물관 현장학습에 대해 전반적으로 만족도가 높게 나타났으나 박물관 현장학습 환경 및 진행과정에 대한 만족도는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다.

        한국의 초등학생을 대상으로 한 성폭력 예방 교육 프로그램에 관한 통합적 고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review sexual abuse prevention education program for Korean elementary school students. Methods: Whittemore and Knafl’s integrative review methods were used and Gough's weight of evidence was employed as a quality appraisal tool. Articles published in Korean or English were identified through electronic search engines and scholarly web sites using three keywords: "elementary school student", "sexual abuse", and "prevention education". Peer-reviewed articles published between 2000 and 2018 were included in this review. Results: Twelve articles met the inclusion criteria and were appraised as being high-quality. Among the 12 selected studies, seven were descriptive, while five were intervention studies. Sexual abuse prevention education programs were effective in improving perceptions, knowledge, attitudes, and preventive behaviors among elementary school students. However, deficiencies were found in the variety of educational methods, utilization of experts, and standardization of the content of sexual abuse prevention education. Conclusion: We need to provide various educational methods that are appropriate for specific developmental stages, and the sexual abuse prevention content should draw upon the current sexual education program administered to this population. Furthermore, parents and trained teachers or school health teachers should be included to provide effective education programs for elementary students.
