      • 郡山港을 根據地로 한 船舶의 海難事故에 對하여

        According to the decision of maritime Inquiry court, during : 1968-1977(10-years), I have researched maritime accident of vessels based on Gun San Harbour. The results are as follows. 1) Most maritime accidents were taken place by seamen's poor operation and unskilled quality. 2) By the aspects, the submersion(52%) and the collesion(28%) is more than any other accident, it occupied 80% of the total. 3) The martime casualties are occured by the type of operation of stow netter, drift gill netter, Small size Bull Trawler, freighter, medium- Bull Trawller. 4) Most accident are taken place frequently at the Scale of 10-30 in stze and at the narrow channel surrounding the coast and Island. 5) Major casualties are broken out during time of 20-05(65%) in restricted visibility. 6) On account of rough weather, strongale, Fog, most casualtis came about.

        원위 요골 골밀도의 측정 자세 및 요추 골밀도의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 원위요골의 회전에 따른 골밀도의 변화를 알아보고 원위요골 골밀도와 요추 골밀도를 비교 분석 하였다. 골밀도 측정시 정확한 측정 자세를 알아보고자 자체 제작한 보조기구를 이용하여 수술, 기형이나 외상력이 없는 20, 30대 남성 11명을 대상으로 전완부를 DR(digital diagnostic IR-1100-150 ; Philips)로 촬영하였고 남 성 21명을 DXA(QDR 4500W ; HOLOGIC, USA)로 골밀도 측정을 시행하였다. 실험은 두 가지로 수행하였다. 첫째, 보조기구를 이용하여 11명을 대상으로 전완부를 DR로 중립위(0도)를 기준으로 내회전 및 외회전 각각 3, 6, 9도에서 촬영하였고 둘째, 요추 및 전완부(Forearm)의 골밀도를 21명을 대상으로 DXA 장비를 이용해 중립위(0도)를 기준으로 내회전 및 외회전 각각 5, 10도에서 측정하였고 통계 프로그램 SPSS 12.0v으로 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 DR로 촬영한 11명의 원위요골 회전각은 내회전인 경우가 82%(n = 9)로 가장 많았으며, 평균 내회전 각도는 7도였다. 외회전 6도와 중립위(0도)에서도 1명(9%)씩 나타났다. 전체평균 회전각은 내회전 5.1도였다. DXA로 측정한 21명의 원위요골 회전각은 내회전인 경우가 43%(n = 9)로 가장 많았으며, 평균 내회전 각도는 7.2도였다. 외회전은 24%(n = 5)이고 평균 외회전 각은 6도이며 중립위(0도)은 33%(n = 7)로 나타났다. 전체평균 회전각은 내회전 4.1도였다. 요추와 원위요골의 상관 계수는 r = 0.30, p = 0.18로 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 요추의 골밀도가 원위요골의 골밀도를 대변하지 못하기 때문에 원위요골 골밀도의 평가는 원위요골에서 측정해야 한다. 전완부 골밀도 측정시 중립위는 원위요골이 외회전이 대부분이기 때문에 최저 골밀도의 회전각에서 일정하게 골밀도를 측정하기 위해서는 중립위 보다 내회전이 필요하며 내회전 각은 약 5도가 추천된다. The aim of this study was to evaluate the change of bone mineral density according to distal radius rotation and the correlations of the lowest BMD measured by DXA at the lumba versus distal radius. The eleven males were projected distal radius by DR X-ray and the measurement of BMD by DXA of the appropriate position of the forearm were performed on 21 males. The healthy 11 and 21 volunteers without any history of operations, anomalies, or trauma were enrolled. The experiment was performed by two methods. First, The DR X-ray was measured distal radius of 11 males in pronation and supination with three, six and nine degrees, including a neutral position. The ROI was measured by the m-view program on the PACS monitor. Second, The DXA was measured distal radius of 21 males in pronation and supination with five and ten degrees, including a neutral position to evaluate the changes of BMD according to the rotation. A correlation of the BMD in the distal radius with BMD that lumbar spine was performed, along with analysis of the data by SPSS 12.0v. The mean rotation angle of the distal radius about eleven males DR X-ray measured 7° of pronation (82%, n = 9), 6° of supination and 0° of neutral of (9%, n = 1), The total average rotation angle in 11 male was 5.1° of pronation. The rotation angle of the distal radius about twenty one males on DXA measured 7.2° of pronation (43%, n = 9), 7° of supination (24%, n = 5), and 0° of neutral (33%, n = 7), The total average rotation angle in 21 people was 4.1° of pronation. The correlation of the analysis of lumba and distal radius were r = 3.0, p = 0.18. consequently, The correlation was not significance. Because BMD of lumba was not coverd for BMD of the distal radius, with a neutral position, Pronation is needed for BMD in the distal radius with the rotation angle measuring at the lowest BMD. the rotation angle about five degrees of pronation of the distal radius is recommended.

        The maritime accidents of fishing boats were investigated in order to classify their causes by using the maritime accidents data in Korea from 1976 to 1982. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) The maritine accidents of fishing vessel were occurred mainly on account of the operational fault(57.8%), rough weather(11%) and violation of the mevigation rules(10.4%). 2) As the restricted visibility, the accidents were frequently occured from october to march next year(60%), and 20-40 o'clock(41.6%) in time. 3) The types of accidents were collision(44.9%) and submersion(23.9%) in order. 4) The accidents rates by the types of vessel were showed deep-sea vessel(20.2%), drifting net vessel(19.4%) and stow net vessel(18.6%) respectively. 5) The main cause of accidents by weather was appeared to be rough weather was appeared to be rough weather condition(74.8%), and also ebb tide was main cause(52.8%) in tides. 6) The accidents were mainly taken place at around horbour and near coast(61.6%), and more than 50 G/T fishing vessel.

        I have researched the aspect of lights on board as the objects of 375 vessels which is entered in Gunsan port. The results are as follows. 1.The lights of plastic made which is violated the rule 45%. The glass inserted has been attached immitation was 49%. 2.In the intensity of the lights has been appealed masthead light: 15%,side lights: 33%, stern light: 38% less or more than standard. The material of cable was less than standard (19%).

        I have investigated the fishing amounts, a sum of money landed at Gun San by means of statistical method during 1974-1977(4 years) . The results are as follows. 1.Total catches has been increased slightly every year. It has been 1.74 times compared to the 1974 year, the seasonal of the catches by species are raised at July(145.5), Oct(165.9)on the contrary, lowered at Jan, Feb(31.9-45.1) 2.A sum of money consigned sale has been increased 3.72 times in 1977 year against the 1974 year Fishing output. 3.The amount of catches by species consists of hair tail(23%) Pomfret(5.2%) yellowcorvenia(4.7%), Cuttle fish(3.9%), flounder(1.5%), flatfish(1%) 4.The seasonal Variation of the amount of catches by species has been inclined to high ranks at, Hairtail sep-Nov(223.4-297.8), pomfret May-July(168.2), flounder Apr-Nev (239-240), flatfish Mar- Apr(265-281.3), cuttlefish Jan-Feb(208-219.7).

        I have researched maritime accident of fishing vessel according to the decision of inquiry court during 5 years (1976- 1980) 1.The maritime casualties has been represented as the operational fault (54.9%) and unskilled temperament of seamen. 2.The marine accident has been much happened Nov. Mar. by month (50.2%), 20-06 by time (57.1%). 3.By the type, the casualties has been much occured at the rate of collision(43.1%), foundering(23.7%). 4.The accident has happened at the drift gillnetter, stow netter, Bull trawler, carrier, etc. in turn. 5.The accident of Fishing vessel has been occupied 51% less than 50ton, the casualties were much happened at the fairway and shore around the Island, also, the casualties has been happened on strong gale, rough weather, and strong period of ebb tide.

        The provision and intake of food and the calorie consumption for the crew and the students were investigated in the training ship (401 Jeonbuk) of Kunsan National Fisheries Jr. College from April 25 to May 8, 1985. The summarized results of this investigation are as follows: 1.Protein, minerals substance in the diet are supplied sufficiently as much as 1.5-36 times with respect to the standard value. On the other hand, Vitamine Bl , Vitamine B2, C and A are provided just a little. 2.The providing heat values in the average 3,015.4 Kcal, 2,903, 2,965.96 and 3,175.61 Kcal in the first, middle and end period respectively, and these values mean that the food stuffs are not supplied evenly. 3.The average calorie of crew (2,869 Kcal) is higher than that of students (2,715 Kcal), amount of the intake of the crew and students are getting increase with the navigation days. 4.The provision selection and the menu improvement are needed with aspect of mutritive effect, because calorie of 79% are provided by way of the principal food such as rice and pulse and so on. 5.The relationship between the intake and consumption calorie shows the balance. 6.The supply of drinking water is sufficient, the weights of crew are not changed, while the weights of students at the day of leaving ship lose about 1.4 kilograms in average compared with that at the day of boarding ship. 7.The rule 3 which is concerned to the regulation of foodstuffs supply for the crew prescribed at the provision 74 of the Seamen Act is thought to be amended as the realistic contents.

        산성 사이징된 재활용 섬유와 중성 사이징의 상용성

        Neutral or alkaline papermaking provides many advantages in paper strength and processing conditions. It also provides the opportunity of using calcium carbonate fillers in papermaking. These diverse advantages have made almost all paper machines of printing and writing papers run under neutral and alkaline conditions. On the other hand, linerboard machines, which use recycled papers as a raw material, are running under acid conditions using a rosin sizing system. Because the recycled raw materials used by the linerboard industry contain significant amounts of alkaline papers, the linerboard industry has an interest in the possibility of using the neutral or alkaline papermaking opportunity. In this study, the compatibility of the recycled linerboards under neutral or alkaline papermaking conditions was examined by recycling them under various pH conditions. The sizing degree of the papers recycled under neutral or alkaline was significantly lower than that of acid formed papers indicating that during the neutral or alkaline recycling process the rosin sized papers lost their sizing efficiency. Recycling of acid formed linerboards under neutral or alkaline conditions increased the amount of foam, and the foam contained substantial amount of solid materials derived from the acid sizing systems. Use of cationic polyelectrolytes including PEI and poly-DADMAC improved the sizing degree of the recycled papers under neutral and alkaline conditions. PEI decreased the foam generation as well while poly-DADMAC did not show any reducing effect of the foam. These results suggest that PEI forms coordinate bonds with rosin acid and precipitate them onto the surface of recycled fibers, while the reaction products between poly-DADMAC and rosin acid ions still remain water soluble under neutral or alkaline conditions.
